Recent advancements in biomedical research have underscored the importance of noninvasive cellular manipulation ***,a method that uses genetic engineering to produce ultrasound-sensitive proteins in target cells,is gaining prominence along with optogenetics,electrogenetics,and *** stimulation with ultrasound,these proteins trigger a cascade of cellular activities and *** traditional ultrasound modalities,sonogenetics offers enhanced spatial selectivity,improving precision and safety in disease *** technology broadens the scope of non-surgical interventions across a wide range of clinical research and therapeutic applications,including neuromodulation,oncologic treatments,stem cell therapy,and *** current literature predominantly emphasizes ultrasonic neuromodulation,this review offers a comprehensive exploration of *** discuss ultrasound properties,the specific ultrasound-sensitive proteins employed in sonogenetics,and the technique’s potential in managing conditions such as neurological disorders,cancer,and ophthalmic diseases,and in stem cell *** objective is to stimulate fresh perspectives for further research in this promising field.

Spin-orbit torque effect in silicon-based sputtered Mn_(3)Sn film

Noncollinear antiferromagnet Mn_(3)Sn has shown remarkable efficiency in charge-spin conversion,a novel magnetic spin Hall effect,and a stable topological antiferromagnetic state,which has resulted in great interest from researchers in the field of spin-orbit *** research has primarily focused on the spin-orbit torque effect of epitaxially grown noncollinear antiferromagnet Mn_(3)Sn ***,this method is not suitable for large-scale industrial *** this study,amorphous Mn_(3)Sn films and Mn_(3)Sn/Py heterostructures were prepared using magnetron sputtering on silicon *** spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance measurement demonstrated that only the conventional spin-orbit torque effect generated by in-plane polarized spin currents existed in the Mn_(3)Sn/Py heterostructure,with a spin-orbit torque efficiency of ***,we prepared the perpendicular magnetized Mn_(3)Sn/CoTb heterostructure based on amorphous Mn_(3)Sn film,where the spin-orbit torque driven perpendicular magnetization switching was achieved with a lower critical switching current density(3.9×1.^(7)A/cm^(2))compared to Ta/CoTb *** research reveals the spin-orbit torque effect of amorphous Mn_(3)Sn films and establishes a foundation for further advancement in the practical application of Mn_(3)Sn materials in spintronic devices.

It is interesting to study the characteristics of the whole family of B c which contains two different heavy *** and the proposed Z 0 factory provide an opportunity because a large database of the B c family will be achieved.B c and its excited states can be identified via their decay *** suggested by experimentalists,B-c (ns) → B c +γ is not easy to be clearly measured,instead,the trajectories of π + and π- occurring in the decay of B c (ns) → B c (ms) + π + π( n > m ) can be unambiguously identified,thus the measurement seems easier and more reliable;therefore this mode is more favorable at the early running stage of LHCb and the proposed Z 0 *** this work,we calculate the rate of B c (ns) → B c (ms) + π + π-in terms of the QCD multipole-expansion and the numerical results indicate that the experimental measurements with the luminosity of LHC and Z 0 factory are feasible.

Neuropeptide Y receptor Y8(NPY8R)is a fish-specific receptor with two subtypes,NPY8AR and *** in expression levels during physiological processes or in vivo regulation after ventricular injection suggest that NPY8BR plays an important role in feeding regulation;this has been found in only a few fish,at *** order to better understand the physiological function of npy8br,especially in digestion,we used clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)technology to generate npy8br-/-japanese medaka(Oryzias latipes).We found that the deletion of npy8br in medaka larvae affected their feeding and digestion ability,ultimately affecting their ***,npy8br deficiency in medaka larvae resulted in decreased feed intake and decreased expression levels of orexigenic genes(npy and agrp).npy8br-/-medaka larvae fed for 1. d(1.th day of feeding)still had incompletely digested brine shrimp(Artemia nauplii)in the digestive tract 8 h after feeding,the messenger RNA(mRNA)expression levels of digestion-related genes(amy,lpl,ctra,and ctrb)were significantly decreased,and the activity of amylase,trypsin,and lipase also significantly *** deletion of npy8br in medaka larvae inhibited the growth and significantly decreased the expression of growth-related genes(gh and igf1..Hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)sections of intestinal tissue showed that npy8br-/-medaka larvae had damaged intestine,thinned intestinal wall,and shortened intestinal *** far,this is the first npy8br gene knockout model established in fish and the first demonstration that npy8br plays an important role in digestion.

The exoskeleton is employed to assist humans in various domains including military missions,rehabilitation,industrial operation,and activities of daily living(ADLs).Walking is a fundamental ADL,and exoskeletons are capable of reducing the activation and metabolism of lower extremity muscles through active assistance during *** improve the performance of active assistance strategy,this article proposes a framework using an active hip ***,it correlates to an already established Bayesian-based human gait recognition algorithm,with a particular focus on linear and circular walking within industrial and ADL *** theorizing this strategy for exoskeletons,this study further reveals,in part,the activation characteristics of human hip muscles for the instruction and regulation of active assistance duration and onset *** proposed active assistance strategy provides new insights for enhancing the performance of assistive robots and facilitating human robot interaction within the context of ADLs.

A Dual Domain Robust Reversible Watermarking Algorithm for Frame Grouping Videos Using Scene Smoothness

The proposed robust reversible watermarking algorithm addresses the compatibility challenges between robustness and reversibility in existing video watermarking techniques by leveraging scene smoothness for frame grouping *** in the H.264 video coding standard,the algorithm first employs traditional robust watermark stitching technology to embed watermark information in the low-frequency coefficient domain of the U ***,it utilizes histogram migration techniques in the high-frequency coefficient domain of the U channel to embed auxiliary information,enabling successful watermark extraction and lossless recovery of the original video *** results demonstrate the algorithm’s strong imperceptibility,with each embedded frame in the experimental videos achieving a mean peak signal-to-noise ratio of 49.3830 dB and a mean structural similarity of *** with the three comparison algorithms,the performance of the two experimental indexes is improved by 7.59%and 0.4%on *** the same time,the proposed algorithm has strong robustness to both offline and online attacks:In the face of offline attacks,the average normalized correlation coefficient between the extracted watermark and the original watermark is 0.9989,and the average bit error rate is *** the face of online attacks,the normalized correlation coefficient between the extracted watermark and the original watermark is 0.8840,and the mean bit error rate is *** with the three comparison algorithms,the performance of the two experimental indexes is improved by 1.27%and 1..1.%on average,highlighting the algorithm’s ***,the algorithm exhibits low computational complexity,with the mean encoding and the mean decoding time differentials during experimental video processing being 3.934 and 2.273 s,respectively,underscoring its practical utility.

Regulation of Ti(C,N)deposition on hot surface of refractory in blast furnace hearth

Ti(C,N)concentration was found to be lower on the hearth sidewall of a blast furnace and increased gradually toward the bottom of the blast *** Ti(C,N)protective layer in a blast furnace is ***,the formation of a Ti(C,N)protective layer was promoted by studying the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium compounds on different substances and regulation measures for the deposition process of titanium compounds on refractories or *** lattice disregistry between the titanium compounds and the main components in the refractory or the main impurities in the protective layer was calculated using a two-dimensional disregistry equation to study the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium *** results revealed that in refractory materials,the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is weak when C,SiO_(2),and Al_(2)O_(3) are used as heterogeneous nucleation substrates,and the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is strong when TiO_(2) and SiC are used as heterogeneous nucleation *** nucleation phases,TiC,TiN,Ti(C_(0.3),N_(0.7)),and Ti(C_(0.5),N_(0.5))have similar heterogeneous nucleation ability in single component refractory,and the type of carbonitride has little effect on the lattice *** impurities in the protective layer as the substrate phases are not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of *** CaS was used as the substrate phase,the heterogeneous nucleation ability of carbonitride was the *** carbon and alumina were not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride,but carbon was more unfavourable than alumina.

Optimization for epitaxial fabrication of infinite-layer nickelate superconductors

The discovery of nickelates superconductor creates exciting opportunities to unconventional superconductivity. However, its synthesis is challenging and only a few groups worldwide can obtain samples with zero-resistance. This problem becomes the major barrier for this field. From plume dynamics perspective, we found the synthesis of superconducting nickelates is a complex process and the challenge is twofold, i.e., how to stabilize an ideal infinite-layer structure Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2), and then how to make Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) superconducting? The competition between perovskite Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(3) and Ruddlesden−Popper defect phase is crucial for obtaining infinite-layer structure. Due to inequivalent angular distributions of condensate during laser ablation, the laser energy density is critical to obtain phase-pure Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(3). However, for obtaining superconductivity, both laser energy density and substrate temperature are very important. We also demonstrate the superconducting Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) epitaxial film is very stable in ambient conditions up to 51. days. Our results provide important insights for fabrication of superconducting infinite-layer nickelates towards future device applications.

Discovery of Paleogene marine stratum along the southern side of Yarlung-Zangbo suture zone and its implications in tectonics

The Jiachala Formatiom is a new lithostratigraphic unit set up in this paper. This is the first report on the Paleogene marine sequences and microfaunas in Gyangze to the southern side of the Yarlung-Zangbo suture zone. On the basis of fossil abundance, species diversity, dominant species and first and last occurrences of key species, three dinoflagellate assemblages and three polynological assemblages were recognized in the Jiachala Formatiom. They are in ascending order as follows: Apectodinium quinquelatum-Apectodinium hyperacanthum, Cannin- gia chinensis-Palaeoperidinium pyrophorum and Cymatiosphaera reticulosa-Samlandia chla- mydophora dinoflagellate assemblages, and Arliaceoipollenites baculatus-Anacolosidites sub- trudens, Aglaoreidia cyclops-Pinuspollenites microinsigis, and Elaeangnacites asper-Ilexpol- lenites iliacus polynological Assemblages. According to the assemblages, the age of the Jiachala Formation is referred to Paleocene-early Eocene. The preliminary study on the Jiachala Forma- tion shows that this group of Paleogene deposits accumulated in an underfilled peripheral fore- land basin which was in response to the load of the crust thickening resulted from the Asia-India collision. The stratigraphic evidences provided by the evolution of foreland basin indicate that the India-Asia initional collision should occure near the Cretaceous/Paleogene boundary. The de- velopment and evolution of the southern Tibet foreland basin was under the control of the stress field from the subduct-collision between India and Asia and the structure pattern of the basement. The withering of Tethys Sea might occur after early Eocene in the Gyangze basin and should be after Priabonian of late Eocene in southern Tibet.
