Cryogenic loop heat pipes are highly efficient heat transfer devices at cryogenic temperature range,which have promising application prospects in satellites,spacecrafts,electronics,and so on.Cooling down process is a most critical process for a CLHP before startup.At present,secondary loop is a major way for a CLHP to fulfil cooling down and most studies are concentrated on heat transfer characteristics during normal operation.However,few investigations have been carried out on the cooling down process.In this paper,the cooling down process of a nitrogen-charged CLHP assisted with a secondary loop was experimentally investigated.A simple qualitative approach to estimate the cooling down time was proposed according to the law of conservation of energy.The two flow paths of the working fluid in the CLHP during the cooling down process were described.Experimental studies on the cooling down process with various secondary heat loads and working fluid inventory were presented in detail.With the increase of secondary heat load,the elapsed time of Stage III decreased significantly due to the larger mass flow rate in Path I.In addition,the effect of the working fluid inventory on the cooling down time was generally small in the range from 2.99 MPa to 3.80 MPa.However,with 2.80 MPa working fluid inventory,it required much longer cooling down time,which was because of the lack of liquid in the CLHP with low working fluid inventory.Moreover,the influence of gravity on the temperature variation of the components during the experiments was analyzed.This work is beneficial for better understanding of the cooling down process and optimizing of CLHPs.

The shock compression experiment of liquid helium is an available way to gain properties of specimen at high temperatures and pressures.Based on Fluent,a thermal insulation analysis and design of a liquid helium temperature target in the environment condition of 100 Pa for shock compression experiment is performed.Then,a cryogenic target with a 10 K helium vapor shield and a separated vacuum interval is particularly developed.A lowest temperature of 3.63 K and a stable temperature of 3.70 K in the specimen cavity with an accuracy of 0.1 K are obtained by means of continuous flow and vacuum cooling.Both time-consuming and temperature stability are well-suited to the requirements of the shock compression experiment.The results show that the calculated and experimental data well-matched each other.The simulation method may be effective and feasible for the optimal design of the cryogenic target.

Clinical efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) combined with Western Medicine(WM) in patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke.METHODS: Ninety patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The 45 patients in the treatment group were given standardized treatment with TCM combined with WM. They received corresponding oral Chinese decoctions three times daily, according to their TCM syndromes, along with basic western medical treatment. The 45 patients in the control group were given non-standardized treatment with TCM combined with WM.They received an oral Chinese decoction for promotion of blood circulation to inhibit hemostasis, re-gardless of their TCM syndromes, along with basic western medical treatment. The treatments lasted for 4 weeks. Scores were evaluated on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, activity of daily life(ADL) scores, and TCM symptoms before treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.RESULTS: Analysis of variance for repeated measurements showed that there were significant differences in NIHSS and ADL score before and after treatment in both groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION: Standardized treatment was superior to non-standardized treatment for clinical efficacy of TCM combined with WM in patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke, and the superiority was more obvious in improving neural dysfunction, ADL score, and TCM symptoms. The adverse reactions were similar in the two treatment groups.

Cryogenics and its applications in space have made a remarkable amount of progresses over the last few decades.In the area of space astronomy,some electronic detectors should be cooled to 1–4 K to improve their performance[1,2].So the miniature 1–4 K cryocooler for space application has become a key field for cryogenic research in recent years.In view of their flexibility and relatively higher efficiency,hybrid JT cryocoolers are widely used in space detectors working at below 4 K.In fact,nearly all the space applications of mechanical cryocoolers working at the temperature of 1–4 K,having been launched or under development are hybrid JT cryocoolers[2–6].

In order to meet the pressing demand for wide-area communication required by the Global Energy Interconnection(GEI),accelerating the construction of satellite-terrestrial Integra怕d networks that can achieve network extension and seamless global coverage has become the focus of power communication tech no logy development.In this study,we propose a satellite-terrestrial integrated network model that can support interconnection and interoperation on the IP layer between the satellite system and the怕rrestrial segment of the existing power communication system.First,the composition and function of the satellite-terrestrial collaborative network are explained.Then,the IP-based protocol stack is described,and a typical applicati on experime nt is con ducted to illustrate the particular process of this protocol stack.Fin ally,a use case of IP interconn ection that depends on GEO satellite communication is detailed.The experime ntal study has showed that the satellite-terrestrial collaborative network can efficiently support various IP applications for the GEI.

数字经济时代,数据已成为国民经济的重要生产要素之一。作为数据重要组成部分的语言数据,它的生产要素功能需要重视,需要认识。语言数据的生产要素功能在于参与经济活动。生产环节是经济活动的基础。语言数据参与生产的形式主要有四:生成性参与;加工性参与;测试性参与;应用性参与。在具体经济实践中,为满足不同场景化需求,各种参与生产形式以不同方式进行链条式组合,形成简单、复杂和循环三种参与链。生产要素要充分发挥作用,需要进入市场流通,而明晰的产权是生产要素有序流通、发挥作用的制度保障。可以从分配机制统一、产品性质和权责统一的角度,聚焦产权制度,探索语言数据的治理路径。

CMP过程多变量免疫预测R2R控制方法

为了解决多输入多输出和产品质量不易在线测量的化学机械研磨(chemical mechanical polishing,CMP)过程R2R(run-to-run)控制的难题,提出了一种基于贝叶斯最小二乘支持向量机(Bayes least squares support vector machine,BLS-SVM)预测模型和克隆选择免疫多目标滚动优化算法的CMP过程多变量R2R预测控制器BSVMPR2R。由LS-SVM和贝叶斯证据框架(Bayes evidence framework,BEF)方法分别构建材料去除率(material removal rate,MRR)和晶圆内非均匀度(within-wafer nonuniformity,WIWNU)的BLS-SVM预测模型,解决了线性预测模型的失配问题;通过预测误差对后续批次过程扰动和漂移进行在线估计实现反馈校正,提高了预测模型精度;将多变量控制问题转化为基于2个预测模型的多目标优化问题,由克隆选择免疫多目标滚动优化算法求解最优控制律提高了控制精度。仿真结果表明,BSVMPR2R控制器的性能优于双指数加权移动平均(double exponential weighted moving average,dEWMA)多变量控制器,抑制了CMP过程扰动和漂移的影响,显著降低了MRR和WIWNU的均方根误差。

A miniature liquid helium temperature JT cryocooler for space application

Along with the development of space science and technology,miniature liquid helium temperature long life cryocooler is a focus subject in cryogenic study.Since it is the precondition of space detection researches,institutions of space in many countries do the research on it.In this article,we designed a compound cooling system.A three-stage high frequency thermal coupled pulse tube cryocooler was used to precool a Joule-Thomson(JT)cryocooler.This system has no moving parts at low temperatures and is hence suitable for space operation.Liquid helium temperature was successfully achieved in both open loop and closed cycle experiments.In the closed cycle experiment,when 473 W electric power was inputted,the cooling system reached a no-load temperature of 4.4 K,and a cooling capacity of 11.6 mW was provided at 4.54 K.It is the first miniature liquid helium temperature JT cryocooler in China and the research achievement paves a way for the space application of ultra-long wave infrared detection and THz technologies.
