The development of artificial intelligence-enabled medical health care has created both opportunities and challenges for next-generation biosensor *** are extensively used as biological macromolecular markers in disease diagnosis and the analysis of therapeutic *** protein biosensors have achieved desirable specificity by using the specific antibody–antigen binding principle in ***,the active centers of protein biomarkers are surrounded by a peptide matrix,which hinders charge transfer and results in insufficient sensor ***,electrode-modified materials and transducer devices have been designed to increase the sensitivity and improve the practical application prospects of electrochemical protein *** this review,we summarize recent reports of electrochemical biosensors for protein biomarker *** highlight the latest research on electrochemical protein biosensors for the detection of cancer,viral infectious diseases,inflammation,and other *** corresponding sensitive materials,transducer structures,and detection principles associated with such biosensors are also addressed ***,we present an outlook on the use of electrochemical protein biosensors for disease marker detection for the next few years.

BACKGROUND Perianal fistulas pose dual challenges to Crohn's disease(CD)*** patient compliance due to the complexity of existing examination methods plagues the treatment and follow-up management of perianal *** To determine the accuracy of endoanal ultrasound(EUS)and shear wave elastography(SWE)for evaluating perianal fistulizing CD(PFCD)*** This was a retrospective cohort study.A total of 67 patients from August 2022 to December 2023 diagnosed with CD were divided into three groups:Non-anal fistula group(n=23),low-activity perianal fistulas[n=19,perianal disease activity index(PDAI)≤4],high-activity perianal fistulas(n=25,PDAI>4)based on the *** patients underwent assessments including EUS+SWE,pelvic magnetic resonance[pelvic magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)],C-reactive protein,fecal calprotectin,CD activity index,*** The percentage of fistulas indicated by pelvic MRI and EUS was consistent at 82%,and there was good consistency in the classification of perianal fistulas(Kappa=0.752,P<0.001).Significant differences were observed in the blood flow Limberg score(χ^(2)=8.903,P<0.05)and shear wave velocity(t=2.467,P<0.05)between group 2 and *** wave velocity showed a strong negative correlation with magnetic resonance novel index for fistula imaging in CD(Magnifi-CD)score(r=-0.676,P<0.001),a weak negative correlation with the PDAI score(r=-0.386,P<0.05),and a weak correlation between the Limberg score and the PDAI score(r=0.368,P<0.05).CONCLUSION EUS combined with SWE offers a superior method for detecting and quantitating the activity of perianal fistulas in CD *** may be the ideal tool to assess PFCD activity objectively for management strategies.

Molecular-frame photoelectron momentum distributions(MF-PMDs) of an H_(2)^(+) molecule ion in the presence of a pair of counter-rotating circularly polarized attosecond extreme ultraviolet laser pulses is studied by numerically solving the two-dimensional time-dependent Schrodinger equation within the frozen-nuclei approximation. At small time delay, our simulations show that the electron vortex structure is sensitive to the time delay and relative phase between the counterrotating pulses when they are partially overlapped. By adjusting time delay and relative phase, we have the ability to manipulate the MF-PMDs and the appearance of spiral arms. We further show that the internuclear distance can affect the spiral vortices due to its different transition cross sections in the parallel and perpendicular geometries. The lowest-order perturbation theory is employed to interpret these phenomena qualitatively. It is concluded that the internuclear distancedependent transition cross sections and the confinement effect in diatomic molecules are responsible for the variation of vortex structures in the MF-PMDs.

In this study,the hydrogel network was reinforced by covalent-like hydrogen bonding,and the strong binding ability of boron-nitrogen coordination served as the main driving *** them,acrylamide(AM)and 3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid(AAPBA)were the main body,and the numerous hydroxyl groups in the trehalose(Treh)molecule and other polymer groups formed strong hydrogen bonding interactions to improve the mechanical properties of the PAM/PAAPBA/Treh(PAAT)hydrogel and ensured the simplicity of the synthesis *** hydrogel possessed high strain at break(1239%),stress(64.7 kPa),low hysteresis(100%to 500%strain,corresponding to dissipation energy from 1.37 to 7.80 kJ/m^(3)),and outstanding cycling stability(retained more than 90%of maximum stress after 200 ten-sile cycles).By integrating carbon nanotubes(CNTs)into PAAT hydrogel(PAATC),the PAATC hydrogel with excellent strain response performance was successfully *** PAATC conductive hydro-gel exhibited high sensitivity(gauge factor(GF)=10.58 and sensitivity(S)=0.304 kPa^(-1)),wide strain response range(0.5%-1000%),fast response time(450 ms),and short recovery time(350 ms),excellent fatigue resistance,and strain response ***,the PAATC-based triboelectric nanogener-ator(TENG)displayed outstanding energy harvesting performance,which shows its potential for appli-cation in self-powered electronic devices.

We investigate the ground states of spin-orbit coupled spin-1 Bose-Einstein condensates in the presence of Zeeman *** introducing the generalized momentum operator,the linear version of the system is solved exactly,yielding a set of Bessel ***,based on linear solution and using variational approximation,the solutions for the full nonlinear system and their ground state phase diagrams are derived,including the vortex states with quantum numbers m=0,1,as well as mixed *** this work,mixed states in spin-1 spin-orbit coupling(SOC)BEC are interpreted for the first time as weighted superpositions of three vortex ***,the results also indicate that under strong Zeeman splitting,the system cannot form localized *** variational solutions align well with numerical simulations,showing stable evolution and meeting the criteria for long-term observation in experiments.

The shale gas development process is complex in terms of its flow mechanisms and the accuracy of the production forecasting is influenced by geological parameters and engineering parameters. Therefore, to quantitatively evaluate the relative importance of model parameters on the production forecasting performance, sensitivity analysis of parameters is required. The parameters are ranked according to the sensitivity coefficients for the subsequent optimization scheme design. A data-driven global sensitivity analysis(GSA) method using convolutional neural networks(CNN) is proposed to identify the influencing parameters in shale gas production. The CNN is trained on a large dataset, validated against numerical simulations, and utilized as a surrogate model for efficient sensitivity analysis. Our approach integrates CNN with the Sobol' global sensitivity analysis method, presenting three key scenarios for sensitivity analysis: analysis of the production stage as a whole, analysis by fixed time intervals, and analysis by declining rate. The findings underscore the predominant influence of reservoir thickness and well length on shale gas production. Furthermore, the temporal sensitivity analysis reveals the dynamic shifts in parameter importance across the distinct production stages.

High-efficiency long-wavelength phosphorescence emissions of large singlet-triplet energy gap(ΔE_(ST))materials are essential for applications in biology and ***,few long-wavelength phosphorescence emissions of largeΔE_(ST)materials have been reported due to the weak spin-orbit coupling(SOC)and strong non-radiative ***,we develop a strategy to achieve highly efficient long-wavelength room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)emission of largeΔE_(ST)materials,which display bright red RTP emission with above 400μs lifetime and 6.5%phosphorescent quantum *** experiments and theoretical calculations reveal that the fishbone-like packing and the zig-zag interactions provide favorable conditions for suppressing the non-radiative transitions of triplet state excitons,and heavy atoms effectively promote the intersystem crossing(ISC)process for highly efficient long-wavelength phosphorescence *** universality of the method for highly efficient long-wavelength RTP emission of largeΔE_(ST)materials was further investigated in various ***,these materials with largeΔE_(ST)manifest the advantages of large color contrast on the display and utilization potentiality in information *** strategy paves the way for the high contrast display and development of information encryption with RTP emission.

High-speed railway tunnels in various countries have continuously reported accidents of vault falling concrete *** the concrete block falling occurs,serious consequences follow,and traffic safety may be *** aerodynamic shockwave evolves from the initial compression wave may be an important inducement causing the tunnel lining cracks to grow and form falling concrete blocks.A joint calculation framework is established based on ANSYS Fluent,ABAQUS,and FRANC3D for calculating the crack tip field under the aerodynamic *** intensification effect of aerodynamic shockwaves in the crack is revealed,and the evolution characteristics of the crack tip field and the influence factors of stress intensity factor(SIF)are *** show that(1)the aerodynamic shockwave intensifies after entering the crack,resulting in more significant pressure in the crack than the input *** maximum pressure of the inclined and longitudinal cracks is higher than the corresponding values of the circumferential crack,respectively.(2)The maximum SIF of the circumferential,inclined,and longitudinal crack appears at 0.5,0.68,and 0.78 times the crack front *** maximum SIF of the circumferential crack is higher than that of the inclined and longitudinal *** possibility of crack growth of the circumferential crack is the highest under aerodynamic shockwaves.(3)The influence of train speed on the SIF of the circumferential crack is more than 40%.When the train speed,crack depth,and crack length change,the change of pressure in the crack is the direct cause of the change of SIF.

Ischemic stroke is increasing worldwide, and stent intervention has gradually become one of the effective treatments. Owing to its good mechanical properties and biocompatibility, biodegradable Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy(ZE21B) has good application prospects in vascular ***, too fast degradation and delayed endothelialization are the bottleneck problem to limit its further application. In this study, the bio-inspired coating barnacle cement cp19k is constructed on ZE21B surface through electrostatic spraying to improve the corrosion resistance and pro-endothelialization ability. The coating was evaluated through electrochemistry, static immersion corrosion,in vitro blood experiments and cell experiments. Cp19k effectively improved the corrosion resistance of the substrate ZE21B, reduced the degradation rate, improved endothelial cell proliferation and migration capabilities,inhibited smooth muscle cells proliferation and regulated contractile phenotype, inhibited macrophage adhesion,regulated macrophage M2 phenotype, and reduced the expression of inflammatory factor of TNF-a and inhibited fibroplasia in vivo. Our data indicated that the barnacle cement cp19k coating had potential application on the surface modification of Mg alloy cerebrovascular stent.
