Tunable non-Markovian and quantum coherence in the single-qubit dephasing noise channel

In this paper, we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） system by employing the bath-engineering technology, and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise channel. Our findings indicate that for the single-qubit system, the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power spectrum. However, the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed, and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit system. Through our research, we discovered a fundamental relationship: if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian at ω0within 0-2t ms, shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω0. This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems, and it is not limited by the type of noise. Apart from system dynamics, quantum coherence is also a focal point of our research. We find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior, the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences revivals. Notably, the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity enhancement. Therefore, our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

Alternative treatment for the highly prevalent Helicobacter pylori infection is imperative due to rising antibiotic resistance. We unexpectedly discovered that the anti-H. pylori component in garlic is hydrogen polysulfide（H2S_n, n≥2）, not organic polysulfides. Studies on the mechanism of action（MoA） show that H2S_nspecifically inactivates H. pylori glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase（G6PDH） by interfering with electron transfer from glucose-6-phosphate（G6P） to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate（NADP+）. However, low H2S_nyield makes garlic derivatives hard to be a reliable donor of H2S_nto treat H. pylori infection. To address this challenge, we established a polysulfide transformation process from garlic organosulfur compounds into Fe3S4that generates H2S_nwith a 25–58 times increase in *** chitosan encapsulation, we designed a gastric-adaptive H2S_nmicroreactor（GAPSR） that eradicates H. pylori with 250 times higher efficiency under gastric conditions. A single GAPSR achieves more rapid H. pylori eradication than combined antibiotics therapy without disturbing the gut microbiota. These findings indicate a distinct MoA transformation mediated by polysulfide as an alternative candidate to treat H. pylori infection.

背景:基底膜基因与类风湿关节炎的发生发展密切相关,但不同中医证型下基底膜相关基因在其发病机制中的作用尚不明确。目的:基底膜基因联合转录组学分析探讨类风湿关节炎5种不同中医证型的发病机制差异,并进行潜在治疗药物预测。方法:基于GEO数据库整理类风湿关节炎相关中医证型芯片数据以及基底膜相关基因,利用R-limma包筛选差异表达基因,Mfuzz包进行表达趋势分析。借助STRING数据库构建PPI网络,UPset筛选关键基因,通过R-clusterProfiler包对差异表达基因进行GSEA及富集分析,同时绘制ROC曲线评估基底膜相关核心靶点对5种证型分别的诊断价值。基于CIBERSORT核心算法计算每种证型的免疫浸润情况。最后,利用SymMap和COREMINE数据库预测可靶向基底膜相关核心基因治疗类风湿关节炎不同证型的潜在中药及小分子药物。结果与结论:①在5种类风湿关节炎中医证型中(风湿痹阻证、寒湿痹阻证、肝肾亏虚证、气血两虚证及血瘀阻络证)分别筛选出67,47,59,57,55个基底膜相关差异表达基因,其中关键靶点分别为5,7,5,3,5个。③各证型中富集最多的为细胞基质黏附、免疫细胞迁移及胶原代谢等生物过程以及细胞外基质受体相互作用、PI3K-Akt、局灶性粘连和Rap1信号通路等。④药物预测结果显示,土茯苓、川乌、绵马贯众及黄精是通过影响基底膜基因治疗5种类风湿关节炎中医证型最具潜力的中药。⑤结果证实,基底膜相关基因的异常表达可能是通过调控细胞附着、免疫细胞迁移及炎症反应等多个途径影响类风湿关节炎的发生和发展,在不同证型中有着差异表现,其中ITGA6可作为5种类风湿关节炎证型中共同的诊断标志物。清热解毒类中药可能是类风湿关节炎不同证型治疗中可以贯穿始终的潜在有效药物。

背景:槲皮素具有抗炎、抗癌、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗抑郁等药理作用,具有极高的药用价值。槲皮素可以促进正常大鼠创面的愈合,但是以槲皮素为主要成分的药物研发较少,限制了其在临床的广泛应用。目的:以水凝胶材料负载槲皮素,探讨槲皮素-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶在糖尿病大鼠创面中的应用效果。方法:①分别制备羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶与槲皮素-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶,表征水凝胶的微观形貌、体外释药性能。②细胞实验:将小鼠L929成纤维细胞分4组培养,空白对照组常规培养,纯水凝胶组、药物组、载药水凝胶组分别加入羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶、槲皮素溶液与槲皮素-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶,检测细胞增殖与迁移能力。③动物实验:取80只SD大鼠建立糖尿病模型,造模成功后在大鼠背部制作直径2 cm的全层皮肤缺损创面,随机分4组干预,空白对照组、纯水凝胶组、药物组、载药水凝胶组创面分别注射生理盐水、羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶、槲皮素溶液、槲皮素-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶,每组20只,无菌纱布包扎固定。术后观察创面愈合情况、创面病理形态、炎症因子表达及血管生成情况。结果与结论:①扫描电镜下可见两种水凝胶的微观形貌相似,均呈疏松多孔的网络结构,并且槲皮素-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶具有良好的体外释药性能。②与空白对照组比较,其他3组细胞增殖与迁移率升高(P<0.05);载药水凝胶组细胞增殖与迁移率高于纯水凝胶组、药物组(P<0.05)。③载药水凝胶组大鼠术后5,11 d的创面愈合率高于其他3组;载药水凝胶组、纯水凝胶组、药物组大鼠术后18 d的创面愈合率基本达到100%,均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。苏木精-伊红染色显示,载药水凝胶组大鼠术后18 d创面可见完整的皮肤与皮肤附属器,空白对照组、纯水凝胶组、药物组大鼠术后25 d创面可见完整的皮肤与皮肤附属器。载药水凝胶组大鼠创面术后5,11,18 d的创面肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6水平均低于空白对照组(P<0.05),术后11,18 d的创面转化生长因子β1水平低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。载药水凝胶组大鼠术后11,18 d的CD31、血管内皮生长因子αmRNA表达量均高于其他3组(P<0.05)。④结果表明,槲皮素-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶中的槲皮素可发挥调节炎症反应、促进血管新生的作用,可通过促进成纤维细胞的增殖与迁移,促进糖尿病大鼠创面的愈合。

Recent progress of layered memristors based on two-dimensional MoS2

Memristors are memory-capable electronic components that consist of two terminals and a switching layer, whose resistance can be adjusted by an applied bias voltage. Two-dimensional(2D)materials with ultrathin layered structures are used as switching layers to overcome the limitations of traditional resistive materials in reducing the memristor sizes, demonstrating their potential in memory, flexible electronics,neuromorphic computing, and other related fields. Particularly, MoS2is widely used as a representative 2D semiconductor, and the MoS2-based memristors have been intensively studied. In this review article, we have summarized the recent progress of MoS2-based memristors, including the fabrication process, device structure, device performance, switching mechanism, and synaptic applications. In addition, we also discussed the prospects and challenges for their future development.

Three-dimensionally ordered macro-porous Pt/TiO_2 catalyst used for water-gas shift reaction

Three-dimensionally ordered macro-porous （3DOM） Pt/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by template and impregnation methods, and the resultant samples were characterized by using TG-DTA, XRD, SEM, TEM, and TPR techniques. The catalytic performance for water-gas shift （WGS） reaction was tested, and the influences of some conditions, such as reduction temperature of catalysts, the amount of Pt loadings and space velocity on catalytic performance were investigated. It was shown that Pt particles were homogeneously dispersed on 3DOM TiO2. The reduction of TiO2 surface was important for the catalytic performance. The activity test results showed that the 3DOM Pt/TiO2 catalysts exhibited very good catalytic performance for WGS reaction even at high space velocity, which was owing to the better mass transfer of 3DOM porous structure besides the high intrinsic activity of Pt/TiO2.

Graphene-based vertical thin film transistors

Vertical field effect transistors(VFETs), where the channel material is sandwiched between source-drain electrodes and the channel length is simply determined by its body thickness, have attracted considerable interest for high performance electronics owning to their intrinsic short channel length. To enable the effective gate modulation and current switching behavior, the electrode of conventional VFET is largely based on perforated metals, in which the gate electrical field could penetrate through. Recently,with the emerge of graphene, a new type of graphene based VFETs has been developed. With finite density of states and the weak electrostatic screening effect, graphene exhibits a field-tunable work-function and partial electrostatic transparency, it can thus function as an "active" contact with tunable graphene-channel junction, enabling entirely new transistor functions or higher device performance not previously *** this review, we discuss the research progresses of graphene-based VFET, including the its basic device structure, carrier transport mechanism, device performance and novel properties demonstrated.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.
