Li metal batteries using high-voltage layered oxides cathodes are of particular interest due to their high energy ***,they suffer from short lifespan and extreme safety concerns,which are attributed to the degradation of layered oxides and the decomposition of electrolyte at high voltage,as well as the high reactivity of metallic *** key is the development of stable electrolytes against both highvoltage cathodes and Li with the formation of robust interphase films on the ***,we report a highly fluorinated ether,1,1,1-trifluoro-2.[(2.2.2.trifluoroethoxy)methoxy]ethane(TTME),as a cosolvent,which not only functions as a diluent forming a localized high concentration electrolyte(LHCE),but also participates in the construction of the inner solvation *** TTME-based electrolyte is stable itself at high voltage and induces the formation of a unique double-layer solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,which is embodied as one layer rich in crystalline structural components for enhanced mechanical strength and another amorphous layer with a higher concentration of organic components for enhanced *** Li||Cu cells display a noticeably high Coulombic efficiency of 99.2.%after 300 cycles and Li symmetric cells maintain stable cycling more than 32.0 h at 0.5 mA/cm^(2. and 1.0m Ah/cm^(2..In addition,lithium metal cells using LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)o_(2. and Li Coo_(2. cathodes(both loadings~3.0 m Ah/cm^(2.)realize capacity retentions of>85%over 2.0 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.4 V and 90%for 170 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,*** study offers a bifunctional ether-based electrolyte solvent beneficial for high-voltage Li metal batteries.

AgNbo_(3)(AN)and modified AgNbo_(3) have been extensively investigated as promising lead-free antiferroelectric(AFE)energy storage *** studies have focused mainly on the use of an ion dopant at the A/B site to obtain a stabilized AFE phase;however,simultaneous improvements in the recoverable energy storage density(Wrec)and efficiency(n)are stll difficult to ***,we innovatively constructed a AgNbo_(3)-NaNbo_(3)-(Sr_(0.7)Bi_(0.2.)Tio_(3)(AN-NN-SBT)ternary solid solution to achieve a relaxor AFE in AgNbo_(3)-based *** coexistence of antiferroelectric(M3)and paraelectric(o)phases in 0.8(0.7AgNbo_(3)-0.3NaNbo_(3))-0.2.Sro.7Bio.2.Tio_(3) confirms the successful realization of a relaxor AFE,attributed to multiple ion occupation at the A/B ***,a high Wrec of 7.53 ***^(-3) and n of 74.0% are acquired,together with superior stability against various temperatures,frequencies,and cycling ***,a high power density(2.8.7 MW·cm^(-3))and fast discharge speed(41.4 ns)are also demonstrated for the AgNbo_(3)-based relaxor *** work presents a promising energy storage AgNbo_(3)-based ternary solid solution and proposes a novel strategy for AgNbo_(3)-based energy storage via the design of relaxor AFE materials.

Uncovering Chemical Interactions between Danshen and Danggui Using Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry and Network Pharmacology-Based Research on Stroke

objective: The objective of this study was to decipher chemical interactions between Danshen and Danggui using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(LC-MS) and explore the mechanisms of Danshen–Danggui against stroke using network pharmacology and molecular docking. Materials and Methods: First, the chemical compounds of Danshen–Danggui were profiled using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-quadrupole time-of-flight MS. Accurately characterized compounds in various proportions of Danshen–Danggui were quantified using HPLC combined with triple quadrupole electrospray tandem MS. Network pharmacology was used to uncover the essential mechanisms of action of Danshen–Danggui against stroke. Discovery Studio Software was used for the molecular docking verification of key active chemicals and stroke-related targets. Results: A total of 53 compounds were characterized, and 2. accurately identified constituents(10 phenolic acids, 8 phthalides, and 4 tanshinones) were quantified in 15 proportions of Danshen–Danggui. The quantification results showed that Danggui significantly increased the dissolution of most phenolic acids(compounds from Danshen), whereas Danshen promoted the dissolution of most phthalides(compounds from Danggui). overall, the combination of Danshen and Danggui at a 1:1 ratio resulted in the maximum total dissolution rate. Further network pharmacology and molecular docking results indicated that Danshen–Danggui exerted anti-stroke effects mainly by regulating inflammation-related(tumor necrosis factor, hypoxia-inducible factor, and toll-like receptor) signaling pathways, which ranked among the top three pathways based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis. Conclusion: The chemical compounds in Danshen–Danggui could interact with each other to increase the dissolution of the most active compounds, which could provide a solid basis for uncovering the compatibility mechanisms of Danshen–Danggui and Danshen–Danggu

Advancements in power electronics necessitate dielectric polymer films capable of operating at high temperatures and possessing high energy *** significant strides have been achieved by integrating inorganic fillers into high-temperature polymer matrices,the inherently low dielectric constants of these matrices have tempered the magnitude of *** this work,we report an innovative nanocomposite based on sulfonylated polyimide(SPI),distinguished by the incorporation of sulfonyl groups within the SPI backbone and the inclusion of wide bandgap hafnium dioxide(Hfo_(2.)*** nanocomposite has demonstrated notable enhancements in thermal stability,dielectric properties,and capacitive performance at elevated *** simulations at both molecular and mesoscopic levels have elucidated the mechanisms behind these improvements,which could be attributed to confined segmental motion,an optimized electronic band structure,and a diminished incidence of dielectric breakdown ascribed to the presence of sulfonyl ***,the SPI-Hfo_(2.nanocomposite demonstrates a high charge-discharge efficiency of 95.7%at an elevated temperature of 150℃and an applied electric field of 2.0 MV/***,it achieves a maximum discharged energy density of 2.71 j/cm^(3),signalling its substantial potential for energy storage applications under extreme conditions.

Association analysis of an anti-obesity mechanism and key ripened Pu-erh tea bioactive components by mimicking human general tea drinking

Pu-erh tea， a traditional chinese beverage， performs an anti-obesity function， but the correlation between its components and efficacy remains unknown. Here， we screened two Pu-erh teas with significant anti-obesity efficacies from 11 teas. In vitro experiments revealed that lipid accumulation in L02.cells and lipid synthesis in 3T3-L1 cells were significantly better inhibited by Tea-B than Tea-A. Further in vivo experiments using model mice revealed that the differences in chemical components generated two pathways in the anti-obesity efficacy and mechanism of Pu-erh teas. Tea-A changes the histomorphology of brown adipose tissue (BAT) and increases the abundance of Coriobacteriaceae＿UCG＿002.and cyclic AMP in guts through high chemical contents of cyclopentasiloxane， decamethyl， tridecane and 1，2.3-trimethoxybenzene， eventually increasing BAT activation and fat browning gene expression; the high content of hexadecane and 1，2.dimethoxy-benzene in Tea-B reduces white adipose tissue (WAT) accumulation and the process of fatty liver， increases the abundance of odoribacter and sphinganine 1-phosphate， inhibits the expression of lipid synthesis and transport genes. These mechanistic findings on the association of the representative bioactive components in Pu-erh teas with the anti-obesity phenotypes， gut microbes， gut metabolite structure and anti-obesity pathways， which were obtained for the first time， provide foundations for developing functional Pu-erh tea.

因缺少性状的比较,我们对亚热带山地森林木质藤本和树木的与生态适应策略有关的功能性状变异格局仍知之甚少。本文通过研究中国西南亚热带山地森林中不同叶片习性的33种植物(7种落叶和4种常绿木质藤本、10种落叶和12.常绿树木)的13个性状的分化来填补此空白。研究结果表明,木质藤本的枝条木质部导管直径、理论导水率、比叶面积、叶片氮和磷含量显著高于树木,但其叶片干物质含量和氮磷比显著低于同域分布的树木,表明木质藤本采取获取的生态策略,具有更高效的枝条导水系统和生产力更强的叶片。与树木相比,木质藤本的导管直径变异更大,同时具有一些大导管和很多小导管,说明木质藤本具有较大的导管二型性。生长型解释了性状总变异的48.7%,叶片习性仅解释了3.8%的总变异,生长型和叶片习性之间没有显著的交互作用。此外,枝叶性状仅在树木中存在显著相关,木质藤本中不存在,表明亚热带木质藤本枝条的水力功能与叶片的性状是解耦的。上述结果表明,亚热带山地木质藤本和树木的枝条和叶片功能性状存在显著差异。加强对亚热带山地生态系统中木质藤本和树木生态策略差异机制的认识还需要深入研究。

The spin-orbit assisted Mott insulator α-RuCl_(3) is a prime candidate for material realization of the Kitaev quantum spin *** little attention has been paid to charge degrees of freedom,charge effects,such as electric polarization,may arise in this ***,we report distortion-induced local electric polarization in α-RuCl_(3) as evidenced by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,second harmonic generation(SHG)and dielectric *** SHG signal appears at room temperature and develops substantially in the Kitaev paramagnetic state when short-range spin correlations come into *** sizable pyroelectric currents in the Kitaev paramagnetic state,the absence of hysteresis in the polarization-electric field(P-E)points to the shortrange nature of electric *** localized electric polarization is likely the result of distortion-induced charge dimerization,achieved through virtual hopping-induced charge *** addition,the electric polarization is boosted by short-range spin correlations via spin-phonon coupling in the Kitaev paramagnetic *** results emphasize the importance of charge degrees of freedom in α-RuCl_(3),which establish a novel platform to investigate charge effects in Kitaev materials.
