黄河干流山东段流经的25县市区是山东省推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的核心区,研究该区域表层土壤重金属污染现状、来源及潜在风险具有重要的意义.以黄河干流流经山东的25县市区为研究区,采集并测定了103个表层土壤样品中8种(As、Cu、Pb、Cr、Zn、Ni、Cd和Hg)重金属的含量,采用地累积指数法与潜在生态风险指数法对重金属污染特征进行分析和评价,利用相关性分析和正定矩阵因子分解(PMF)模型对土壤重金属进行来源解析.结果表明,Cu和Cr含量平均值低于山东省土壤背景值,As、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd和Hg含量平均值分别是背景值的1.16、1.42、1.05、1.14、2.29和1.85倍,8种重金属元素含量平均值均远低于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值;从不同重金属变异情况看,As、Pb、Cr、Zn、Ni和Hg为中度变异,Cd和Cu为高度变异;研究区Cd和Hg呈轻度污染,其余6种元素无污染;Cd和Hg属于中等潜在生态风险水平,其余重金属处于低风险;联合受体模型表明研究区表层土壤重金属来源受农业活动、自然来源、工业排放和大气降尘等4种因素影响,综合贡献率分别为32.4%、34.9%、16.5%和16.2%.

Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)have important applications in both reproduction and regenerative ***,specific genes and signaling transduction pathways in mediating fate decisions of human SSCs remain ***,we have demonstrated for the first time that OIP5(Opa interacting protein 5)controlled the self-renewal and apoptosis of human *** sequencing identified that NCK2 was a target for OIP5 in human SSCs,and interestingly,OIP5 could interact with NCK2 as shown by Co-IP(co-immunoprecipitation),IP-MS(mass spectrometry),and GST pulldown ***2 silencing decreased human SSC proliferation and DNA synthesis but enhanced their ***,NCK2 knockdown reversed the influence of OIP5 overexpression on human ***,OIP5 inhibition decreased the numbers of human SSCs at S and G2/M phases,while the levels of numerous cell cycle proteins,including cyclins A2,B1,D1,E1 and H,especially cyclin D1,were remarkably ***,whole-exome sequencing of 777 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA)revealed 54 singlenucleotide polymorphism mutations of the OIP5 gene(6.95%),while the level of OIP5 protein was obviously lower in testes of NOA patients compared to fertile ***,these results implicate that OIP5 interacts with NCK2 to modulate human SSC self-renewal and apoptosis via cell cyclins and cell cycle progression and that its mutation and/or lower expression is correlated with *** such,this study offers novel insights into molecular mechanisms underlying the fate determinations of human SSCs and the pathogenesis of NOA,and it provides new targets for treating male infertility.

To realize low harmonic distortion of the vibration waveform output from electromagnetic vibrators,we propose a vibration harmonic suppression technology based on an improved sensorless feedback control *** changing the original driving circuit,the alternating current(AC)equivalent resistance of the driving coil is used to obtain high-precision vibration velocity information,and then a simple and reliable velocity feedback control system is *** the study of the effect of different values of key parameters on the system,we have achieved an effective expansion of the velocity characteristic frequency band of low-frequency vibration,resulting in an enhanced harmonic suppression capability of velocity feedback *** present extensive experiments to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method and make comparisons with conventional control *** the frequency range of 0.01-1.00 Hz,without using any sensors,the method proposed in this study can reduce the harmonic distortion of the vibration waveform by about 40%compared to open-loop control and by about 20%compared to a conventional sensorless feedback control method.

Future Sixth-Generation (6G) mobile communication networks extremely require the global connectivity and the ground Base Stations (BSs) are difficult to develop in some specific areas,such as mountainous ***,the aerial networks are the key framework for the future communications,in which the aerial vehicle could act as the access ***,Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is also essential to enhance the data processing capabilities of aerial *** this paper,we study a comprehensive communication-computation resource management problem for jointly optimizing user pairing,power and time allocation in the MEC aided Cognitive Radio (CR) aerial networks,namely CR-MEC aerial ***,this multilevel optimization problem could be decomposed into the user pairing and power allocation as well as time allocation *** the conceived CR-MEC aerial networks,we propose a User Pairing and Computation Offloading Management Algorithm (UPCOMA) based on three-sided matching theory,aiming to minimize the system’s energy *** the first step of UPCOMA,multiple Primary Users (PUs) and Cognitive Users (CUs) on the ground negotiate to each other with the suitable power allocation coefficients and construct the stable user ***,the stable user pairs would match to a high altitude platform who act as the base station,which is for appropriately allocating Transmission Time Slots (TSs) at the second step of ***,a hybrid offloading mode is proposed in our conceived networks in order to support ground users to offload their tasks adaptively according to their individual ***,the simulation results reveal that the relative performance of UPCOMA is close to that of the Brute-Force Search Algorithm (BFSA) with low ***,the hybrid offloading mode with less energy consumption supports much more ground user pairs to offload tasks compared to the binary mode.

γδ T cells represent one unique recognition pattern, the limited recognition, which distinguishes from the specific recognition for αβ T cells and pattern recognition for macrophages. Vδ1 γδT cell is the major subset of human γδT cells, which predominates in mucosal tissue including the intestinal epithelia. Presently, a few antigens that human Vδ1TCR can recognize have been identified. Among them, MHC class I chain-related molecules A （MICA） have been studied most intensively. Besides Vδ1TCR, MICA is also the ligand of NKG2D, a C-type lectin-like activating immunoreceptor. In human, only Vδ1 cells can simultaneously express both types of receptors of MICA while NK cells, αβ T cells and other subsets of γδT cells likewise express NKG2D. Although the precise mechanisms are still enigmatic, this distinct pattern of Vδ1 cells recognizing MICA predicts unique biological significance of Vδ1 cells in immune defense. Recent years, some progresses have been made in this issue. In this review we summarize the related reports and put forward some novel views based on our group＇s studies.

Low-temperature graphitization of lignin via Co-assisted electrolysis in molten salt

The ever-growing energy demand and environmental issues have stimulated the development of sustainable energy ***,an efficient and environmentally friendly electrochemical transformation technology was proposed to prepare highly graphitized carbon materials from an abundant natural resource-lignin （LG）.The preparation process mainly includes pyrolytic carbonization of raw LG material and electrochemical conversion of amorphous carbon ***,with the assistance of Co catalyst,the graphitization degree of the products was significantly improved,in which the mechanism was the removal of heteroatoms in LG and the rearrangement of carbon atoms into graphite ***,tunable microstructures （nanoflakes） under catalytic effects could also be observed by controlling the electrolytic *** with the products CN1 （without catalyst） and CN5 （with 10%catalyst）,the specific surface area are 158.957 and202.246 m2g-1,*** used as the electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,CN5 delivered a competitive specific capacity of～350 m Ah g-1（0.5 C） compared with commercial *** strategy proposed in this work provides an effective way to extract value-added graphite materials from lignin and can be extended to the graphitization conversion of any other amorphous carbon precursor materials.

Effects of TRPA1 activation and inhibition on TRPA1 and CGRP expression in dorsal root ganglion neurons

Transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 （TRPA1） is a key player in pain and neurogenic inflammation, and is localized in nociceptive primary sensory dorsal root ganglion （DRG） neurons. TRPA1 plays a major role in the transmission of nociceptive sensory signals. The generation of neurogenic inflammation appears to involve TRPAl-evoked release of calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP）. However, it remains unknown whether TRPA1 or CGRP expression is affected by TRPA 1 activation. Thus, in this study, we examined TRPA 1 and CGRP expression in DRG neurons in vitro after treatment with the TRPA1 activator tbrmaldehyde or the TRPA1 blocker menthol. In addition, we examined the role of extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase 1/2 （ERK1/2） in this process. DRG neurons in culture were exposed to formaldehyde, menthol, the ERK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 ＋ formaldehyde, or PD98059 ＋ menthol. After treatment, real-time polymerase chain reaction, western blot assay and double immunofluorescence labeling were performed to evaluate TRPA1 and CGRP expression in DRG neurons. Formaldehyde elevated mRNA and protein levels of TRPA 1 and CGRP, as well as the proportion of TRPA1- and CGRP-positive neurons. In contrast, menthol reduced TRPA1 and CGRP expression. Furthermore, the effects of lbrmaldehyde, but not menthol, on CGRP expression were blocked by pretreatment with PD98059. PD98059 pretreatment did not affect TRPA1 expression in the presence of formaldehyde or menthol.

Modeling of Rectangular Microchannel Heat Sink with Non-Uniform Channels and Multi-Objective Optimization

Rectangular microchannel heat sinks(MCHS)are widely used to cool high-heat-flux electronic ***,previous studies focused mainly on MCHS with uniform channels(UCs).This study considers a microchannel heat sink with non-uniform channels(NUCs).A mathematical model is developed based on energy equations and the Darcy flow *** expressions for total thermal resistance and coolant pressure drop are derived using the thermoelectric *** and numerical simulations are performed to verify the mathematical *** non-uniformity increases,total coolant pressure drop decreases but at the cost of higher thermal *** overall performance of NUCs is better than that of UCs because of their lower ratio of pumping power to cooling *** transfer performance of NUCs changes little for more than 120 channels and depends mainly on channel arrangement.A multi-objective optimization is conducted to minimize the thermal resistance and pumping power of an *** optimal NUC saves 64%pumping power compared with a conventional UC for the total thermal resistance of 0.1℃/W,indicating that the use of non-uniform channels could be very helpful to reduce the flow resistance of MCHS.
