The isoindolinone and biaryl scaffolds are prevalent in natural products and drug molecules,which have showed broad and interesting biological *** efficient construction of such hybridized molecules and biological evaluation are of great interest to medicinal chemistry *** this communication,we report an efficient BrΦnsted acid-promoted C(sp^3)-H functionalization approach that enables the rapid construction of biologically important isoindolinone/[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine hybrids from 5-methyl-7-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine,2-formylbenzoic acid and various *** title compounds were generated in high to excellent yields(up to 96%)regardless of the electronic nature and steric effects of the *** this reaction,an isoindolinone scaffold,one C-C single bond,and two C-N bonds were formed simultaneously with high atom *** this work,we have envisioned that the methyl group linked to the electron-deficient Nheterocycles could be used as a new synthetic handle for late-state diversification and may have broad applications in the field of organic and medicinal ***,the title compounds have exhibited promising activity against the SKP2-CKS1 interaction.

210pb was measured during the 3rd Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition cruise to investigate its spa- tial pattern in the western Arctic Ocean, as well as its relation with the thermocline in the Canadian Basin. The specific activities varied from 0.04 to 2.72, 〈0.013 to 4.37, and 0.1 to 4.85 Bq/m3 for dissolved, particu- late, and bulk 210pb, respectively, corresponding to respective averages of 0.65, 0.43, and 1.08 Bq/m3. In the Canadian Basin, the minimum 210pb activities occurred in the thermocline, which was characterized by low temperature of-1.52℃ and salinity of 33.1. Combining the spatial distribution of 210pb and hydrographical characteristics in the western Arctic Ocean, this scenario was ascribed to the effective scavenging of 210pb when the Pacific water flowed across the Chukchi Shelf. Quantitatively, this interpretation was supported by both the shorter residence times and higher scavenging efficiencies （SE） of dissolved 210pb over the Chukchi Shelf. The highest SE values were observed in the Herald Shoal and bottom waters over the slope.

This study presents the complete mitochondrial genome of the hybrid Epinephelus moara♀× Epinephelus lanceolatus♂. The genome is 16886 bp in length, and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 2 r RNA genes, 22 t RNA genes, a light-strand replication origin and a control region. Additionally, phylogenetic analysis based on the nucleotide sequences of 13 conserved protein-coding genes using the maximum likelihood method indicated that the mitochondrial genome is maternally inherited. This study presents genomic data for studying phylogenetic relationships and breeding of hybrid Epinephelinae.

The retina is a complex visual tissue that perceives light signals because of an exquisite orchestration of high cellular complexity(Fig. 1A). It is of great significance to explore the transcriptome diversity of each cell type for comprehensive understanding(Voigt et al.,2020b). Unlike conventional sequencing methods, single-cell RNAsequencing(scRNA-seq) and single-nucleus RNA-sequencing(snRNA-seq) accurately profile transcriptomic characterization of individual whole cells and nuclei, respectively.

Understanding phosphorus dynamics in marine environment is of great importance, and appropriate trac- ers for phosphorus cycling in oceans are invaluable. In this study, two methods were developed for extrac- tion, purification, and determination of naturally occurring ^32p and ^33P in rainwater, marine plankton and sediments using both a low-level beta counter （LBC） and an ultra-low-level liquid scintillation spectrome- ter （LSS）. Blanks, chemical yields and counting efficiencies were quantified for both methods. The chemical purification of ^32P and ^33P separated by both procedures was validated by their decay curves. The absorber thickness of aluminum for LBC was assessed as 39.2 mg/cm2. ^32P and ^33P specific activities in some rain samples were determined by both methods and showed good consistent results. The advantage of the LSS over the LBC is apparent in its high counting efficiency and in determining samples with high concentration of stable phosphorus. However, when measuring environmental samples with low concentration of stable phosphorus, such as rainwater, both methods can be used and each has its distinct advantage.

The growth of SrMnO3 films on SrTiO3（111） substrates by pulsed laser deposition was studied and found to produce cubic and hexagonal （4H） structures in the SrMnO3 films. By adjusting the substrate temperature and oxygen pressure, the stability of the two phases was fine-tuned, resulting in the growth of cubic-SrMnO3（lll） or 4H-SrMn03（0001） film, with the 4H phase being the more stable at room temperature and ambient pressure in the bulk form. The growth temperature of the cubic phase was also further lowered relative to the bulk thermodynamics by strain at the heterointerface, and once obtained, it was stable at temperatures of up to 800 ℃.

We have collected all available spectra and photometric data from the SDSS catalog for bright AGNs complied from the first three months of the Fermi large area telescope all-sky survey. Based on the 106 high-confidence and 11 low-confidence associated bright AGN list, the photometry data are collected from SDSS DR7 for 28 sources （12 BL Lacs and 16 FSRQs）, two of which are low-confidence associated bright AGNs. Among these 28 SDSS photometric sources, SDSS spectra are available for 20 sources （6 BL Lacs and 14 FSRQs）. The black hole masses MBH and the broad line region （BLR） luminosity were obtained for 14 FSRQs by measuring the line-widths and strengths of broad emission lines from the SDSS spectra. The broad emission line measurements of five FSRQs are presented for the first time in this work. The optical continuum emission of these 14 FSRQs is found to be likely dominated by the non-thermal jet emission by comparing the relationship between the broad Mg II line and continuum luminosity to that of radio-quiet AGNs. The black hole mass of the 14 FSRQs ranges from 10^8.2 M⊙ to 10^9.9 M⊙, with most of the sources larger than 10^9 M⊙. The Eddington ratio Lbol/LEdd ranges from 10-1＇5 to - 1. This implies that an optically thin, geometrically thick accretion disk may exist in these FSRQs.

In this article, results obtained from wideband multiple-input multiple-output channel measurements at 4.9 GHz are presented. Measurements were performed in an indoor hotspot scenario with both line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight propagation conditions. Vertical polarized uniform linear arrays （ULAs） with different antenna spacing and orientation were utilized for investigating the impact of antenna configurations on the system performance. Based on measured channel impulse responses, the spatial correlation of ULA is analyzed and compared with the theoretical values calculated from the power azimuth spectrum. Following that, the eigenvalue statistics and capacity with respect to antenna spacing and orientation are given and compared. The diversity-multiplexing tradeoff （DMT） of measured channels at operational signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） is also presented. The reason why the DMT of measured channels is much lower than that ofi.i.d. Rayleigh channels is specified.

Sources and conservative mixing of uranium in the Taiwan Strait

Seawater samples are collected in the spring of 2013 from the Taiwan Strait for the analysis of uranium（U）concentrations and isotopic compositions using MC-ICP-MS, and the geochemical behavior patterns of U in the Taiwan Strait are then investigated. Average concentrations of individual U isotopes are（3.23±0.14） μg/kg for 238 U,（2.34±0.09）×10^（–2） μg/kg for ^（235）U and（2.05±0.07）×10^（–4） μg/kg for 234 U. Correspondingly, the U isotopic compositions are 155±18 for δ234U and 138±2 for 238U：235U. The U concentrations and isotopic ratios in the Taiwan Strait are similar to those of open ocean seawater, suggesting the dominance of the open ocean input to the strait＇s U ***, river input, as suggested by the slightly lower salinity than that of the open ocean, also affected the U concentrations and isotopic compositions in the strait. From a compilation of U concentrations in the Taiwan Strait and adjacent areas, including the Jiulong Estuary and Zhujiang Estuary, the Xiamen Bay and the northern South China Sea, a strong and significant relationship between U concentration and salinity [U：S; U=（0.093 4±0.002 4）S＋（0.092 0±0.061 5）] is revealed, suggesting conservative mixing of U in the Taiwan Strait. To better understand the U geochemistry in the Taiwan Strait, a multiple endmembers mixing model is applied to estimate the contributions of potential sources. The open ocean seawater contributed 69%–95% of U in the Taiwan Strait, with river water approximately 2%, and dust deposition only around 0.13%. Therefore, the model results supported the open ocean input source and the conservative mixing behavior of U derived from the observation of U concentrations and isotopic ratios and U：S ratios. The sediment interstitial water may be an important source of U to the Taiwan Strait with a possible contribution of 3%–29%, consistent with previous investigations based on radium ***, further investigations are warranted to examine the U concentration in the sedim
