lithium-sulfur （li-S） batteries have gained great attention due to the high theoretical energy density and low cost,yet their further commercialization has been obstructed by the notorious shuttle effect and sluggish redox ***,we supply a strategy to optimize the electron structure of Ni2P by concurrently introducing B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P （Vp-B-Ni2P）,thereby enhancing the bidirectional sulfur *** study indicates that the simultaneous introduction of B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P causes the redistribution of electron around Ni atoms,bringing about the upward shift of d-band center of Ni atoms and effective d-p orbital hybridization between Ni atoms and sulfur species,thus strengthening the chemical anchoring for lithium polysulfides （liPSs） as well as expediting the bidirectional conversion kinetics of sulfur ***,theoretical calculations reveal that the incorporation of B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P selectively promotes li2S dissolution and nucleation ***,the li-S batteries with Vp-B-Ni2P-separators present outstanding rate ability of 777 m A h g-1at 5 C and high areal capacity of 8.03 mA h cm-2under E/S of 5μL mg-1and sulfur loading of 7.20 mg *** work elucidates that introducing heteroatom and vacancy in metal phosphide collaboratively regulates the electron structure to accelerate bidirectional sulfur conversion.

The development of alkaline fuel cells is moving forward at an accelerated pace,and the application of ether-free bonded polymers to anion exchange membranes （AEMs） has been widely ***,the question of the“trade-off”between AEM ionic conductivity and dimensional stability remains *** strategy of inducing microphase separation to improve the performance of AEM has attracted much attention recently,but the design of optimal molecular structures is still being ***,this work introduced different ratios of 3-bromo-1,1,1-trifluoroacetone （x=40,50,and 60） into the main chain of poly（p-terphenylene isatin）.Because fluorinated groups have excellent hydrophobicity,hydrophilic hydroxyl-containing side chains are introduced to jointly adjust the formation of phase separation *** results show that PTI-PTF50-NOH AEM with the appropriate fluorinated group ratio has the best ionic conductivity and alkali stability under the combined effect of *** has an ionic conductivity of 133.83 mS cm-1at 80°*** addition,the OH-conductivity remains at 89%of the initial value at 80°C and 3 M KOH for 1056 h of *** cell polarization curve based on PTI-PTF50-NOH shows a power density of 734.76 mW cm-2at a current density of 1807.7 mA cm-2.

六盘山地区泉水地球化学特征

根据六盘山地区泉水的化学组成和氢、氧同位素数据,讨论了该区地下水的化学类型、成因及其动态变化特征。2012年11月和2014年7月在六盘山地区采集10处泉水样品,氢氧同位素由液态水同位素分析仪测定,离子组分浓度由离子色谱和化学滴定法测定。水样的TDS范围为218~27 508 mg/L,δ^(18) O和δD值分别为-12.0‰^-8.5‰,-88.5‰^-61.3‰。δ^(18) O和δD指示该区泉水来源于大气降水,并受水循环条件及水岩反应程度的影响。根据舒卡列夫分类法,所采水样可划分为10种水化学类型,受含水层岩性控制,宁南地区的水化类型主要为SO_4-na型,渭北西部地区的水化类型主要为HCO_3-Ca·Mg型。两次所采水样的离子浓度显示多数水样点的HCO_3^-具有夏高冬低的季节性变化特征,千川村(QC)、双井村(SJ)等因含水层赋存环境较封闭,受降水干扰小;硝口村(XKH)泉水的离子毫克当量比值变幅最大,说明该泉点水岩反应程度变化较大,易受断层带活动的影响。研究结果确定了六盘山地区水文地球化学背景和水的来源,为该区流体地球化学地震监测、预测提供了背景资料。

Alzheimer's disease is an age-related neurodegenerative disorder with a complex and incompletely understood pathogenesis. Despite extensive research, a cure for Alzheimer's disease has not yet been found. Oxidative stress mediates excessive oxidative responses, and its involvement in Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis as a primary or secondary pathological event is widely accepted. As a member of the selenium-containing antioxidant enzyme family, glutathione peroxidase 4 reduces esterified phospholipid hydroperoxides to maintain cellular redox homeostasis. With the discovery of ferroptosis, the central role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in anti-lipid peroxidation in several diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, has received widespread attention. Increasing evidence suggests that glutathione peroxidase 4 expression is inhibited in the Alzheimer's disease brain, resulting in oxidative stress, inflammation, ferroptosis, and apoptosis, which are closely associated with pathological damage in Alzheimer's disease. Several therapeutic approaches, such as small molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological treatments, ameliorate pathological damage and cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease by promoting glutathione peroxidase 4 expression and enhancing glutathione peroxidase 4 activity. Therefore, glutathione peroxidase 4 upregulation may be a promising strategy for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This review provides an overview of the gene structure, biological functions, and regulatory mechanisms of glutathione peroxidase 4, a discussion on the important role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in pathological events closely related to Alzheimer's disease, and a summary of the advances in small-molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological therapies targeting glutathione peroxidase 4 for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell Rna technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc Rna-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

[目的/意义]随着互联网的普及,突发事件发生后信息的发布、获取以及传播已然成为影响公众情绪以及社会稳定的重要因素,探索情绪对突发事件信息加工的影响变得重要起来。[方法/过程]以洪涝灾害作为研究背景,以眼动追踪技术作为研究方法,并采用3(个体情绪状态:正性、中性、负性)×3(材料情绪模式:积极、中性、消极)混合设计。通过对注视时间、注视次数、回视次数、瞳孔直径等眼动数据和被试对所阅读信息的记忆程度,来探究情绪对信息加工程度的影响。[结果/结论]与中性情绪相比,正性(积极)情绪和负性(消极)情绪对材料的注视时间、注视次数、回视次数都要小;不同情绪下瞳孔直径的大小关系为:负性(消极)>正性(积极)>中性;不同情绪下被试对材料的记忆程度大小关系为:正性(积极)>中性>负性(消极)。结果表明正性(积极)情绪下有利于被试对信息加工,而负性(消极)情绪使被试产生明显"回避"反映,不利于对信息加工,且个体情绪状态与材料情绪模式之间存在明显的交互作用。

Targets capture by distributed active swarms via bio-inspired reinforcement learning

natural swarms arranged from cells to herds are usually decentralized but display intriguing collective intelligence in coordinating individuals across large scales to efficiently achieve their common goals. Learning from nature may provide new strategies for controlling collective dynamics of synthetic swarms to accomplish specific functions. Here, we present a bioinspired computational framework that steers distributed active swarms to collectively capture and merge targets via reinforcement learning. We exploit collective milling structures of natural herds to cage the targets, and adopt a switching control policy inspired by sperms' chiral dynamics to optimize the trajectories of individuals, through which the active swarms can selforganize to enclose single or multiple distant targets in a dynamical, adaptive and scalable manner. There exists a critical swarm size, beyond which the excessive competition between agents would generate large mechanical forces, leading to capture instability but enabling the transition from short-distance to long-distance merging capture of multiple targets. This work provides physical insights into distributed active swarms and could offer a multilevel, decentralized strategy toward controlling swarm robotics in wide applications such as bio-medical devices, machine immunity, and target clearance.
