A multilayered spin valve film with a structure of Ta(5 nm)/Co_(75)Fe_(25)(5 nm)/Cu(2.5 nm)/Co_(75)Fe_(25)(5 nm)/Ir_(20)Mn_(80)(12 nm)/Ta(8 nm)is prepared by the high-vacuum direct current(DC)magnetron *** effect of temperature on the spin valve structure and the magnetic properties are studied by x-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and vibrating sample *** effect of temperature on the exchange bias field thermomagnetic properties of multilayered spin valve is studied by the residence time of samples in a reverse saturation *** results show that as the temperature increases,the IrMn(111)texture weakens,surface/interface roughness increases,and the exchange bias field *** 200℃,the exchange bias field decreases with the residence time increasing,and at the beginning of the negative saturation field,the exchange bias field Hex decreases first quickly and then slowly *** the temperature is greater than 200℃,the exchange bias field is unchanged with the residence time increasing.

Aconitine,a common and main toxic component of Aconitum,is toxic to the central nervous ***,the mechanism of aconitine neurotoxicity is not yet *** this work,we had the hypothesis that excitatory amino acids can trigger excitotoxicity as a pointcut to explore the mechanism of neurotoxicity induced by ***22 cells were simulated by aconitine and the changes of target cell metabolites were real-time online investigated based on a microfluidic chip-mass spectrometry ***,to confirm the metabolic mechanism of aconitine toxicity on HT22 cells,the levels of lactate dehydrogenase,intracellular Ca^(2+),reactive oxygen species,glutathione and superoxide dismutase,and ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 protein were detected by molecular *** of the detected results revealed that neurotoxicity induced by aconitine was associated with the process of excitotoxicity caused by glutamic acid and aspartic acid,which was followed by the accumulation of lactic acid and reduction of *** surge of extracellular glutamic acid could further lead to a series of cascade reactions including intracellular Ca^(2+)overload and oxidative stress,and eventually result in cell *** general,we illustrated a new mechanism of aconitine neurotoxicity and presented a novel analysis strategy that real-time online monitoring of cell metabolites can provide a new approach to mechanism analysis.

BACKGROUND: The number of loco-regional therapies (LRTs) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has increased dramatically during the past decade. Many patients with HCC who were beyond the Milan criteria were allowed to receive a liver transplantation (LT) once the HCC was successfully down-staged. This retrospective study aimed to analyze the outcomes of LRTs prior to LT in patients with HCC beyond the Milan criteria. METHODS: We analyzed 56 patients treated from June 2006 to March 2010: 22 met the Milan criteria (T1+T2, 39.3%), 16 had T3 tumors (28.6%), and 11 had T4a tumors (19.6%), while 7 were suspected of tumor vascular invasion (T4b, 12.5%). All patients underwent preoperative LRTs, including transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation, percutaneous ethanol injection, liver resection, and/or microwave coagulation therapy. The number of the patients who were successfully down-staged before LT, the types of LRTs used before LT, and their outcomes after LT were recorded. RESULTS: Eleven patients had necrotic tumors (pT0, 19.6%); 6 had pT1 tumors (10.7%), 22 had pT2 tumors (39.3%), 6 had pT3 tumors (10.7%), 5 had pT4a tumors (8.9%), and 6 had pT4b tumors (10.7%). The histopathologic tumors of 39 patients (69.6%) were down-staged and met the established Milan criteria (pT0-2). Imaging-proven under-staging was present in 5 HCC patients (8.9%) who had tumors involving the intrahepatic venous system. Twenty-three patients (41.1%) had stable HCC and 10 (17.9%) died. The 1-, 3- and 4-year survival rates were 96%, 73% and 61%, respectively, with a mean survival time of 22.29±1.63 months. Six patients died of tumorrecurrence. The 1-, 3- and 4-year recurrence-free survival (RFS) rates were 88%, 75% and 66%, respectively. The 3-year RFS of patients with pT0-2 tumors was 82%, which was markedly greater than that of patients with pT3 tumors (63%, P=0.018) or pT4 tumors (17%, P=0.000). A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （EliSA） suitable for the determination of the urea herbicide isoproturon, 3-（4-isopropylphenyl）-l,l-dimethylurea, in food and environmental samples was developed. Two haptens named 1-（3- carboxypropyl）-3-（4-isopropylphenyl）-1-methylurea （hapten 4C） and 1-（5-carboxypentyl）-3-（4-isopropylphenyl）-1- methylurea （hapten 6C） were synthesized. The haptens were coupled to bovine serum albumin （BSA） and ovalbumin （OVA）, respectively, using the N-hydroxysuccinimide reaction. The hapten 6C-BSA conjugate was used as the immunogen, with which a high-titer anti-isoproturon polyclonal antibody （pAb） was successfully obtained by immunization of New Zealand white rabbits. The hapten 4C-OVA conjugate was used as coating antigen and a method of the indirect competitive EliSA for isoproturon was established. The haptens were confirmed with TLC, IR, and 1H NMR. The conjugation molar ratios of hapten 4C to OVA and hapten 6C to BSA were 36：1 and 46：1, respectively, as calculated by a UV spectrophotometry. The highest titer of the anti-isoproturon sera determined by a non-competitive indirect EliSA procedure was 1.6 × 10^5. The optimal concentrations of the coating antigen and the dilution of the anti-isoproturon sera used in the EliSA were 0.1 mg·L^-1 and 1.0 × 10^5, respectively. The concentration of isoproturon that inhibits 50% of antibody-antigen binding （IC50） was 0.07 mg·mL^-1. The cross-reactivities of six urea herbicides including chlorbromuron, fluometuron, monolinuron were lower than 0.1%. Isoproturon is a small molecule without immune activity and active functional group for attaching to carrier protein. To produce an antibody against isoproturon with high titer and high specificity is the most important step in the development of an immunochemical method for the determination of isoproturon in food and environmental samples. In recent years,sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have been considered as one of the most promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries(liBs).Here,a new Na-super-ionic conductor(NASICON)cathode material Na Fe_(2)PO_(4)(SO_(4))_(2)is successfully prepared through solid state method for *** the poor electronic conductivity of iron-based materials results in its poor rate and cycle *** the electrochemical is effectively promoting via Ca^(2+)***_(0.84)Ca_(0.08)Fe_(2)PO_(4)(SO_(4))_(2)have achieved considerable electrochemical *** first discharge specific capacity is 121.6 m A h g^(-1)at 25 m A g^(-1)with the voltage platform(-3.1 V)corresponding to Fe^(2+/3+).After 100 cycles,the capacity retention is 55.1%.The excellent electrochemical performance is caused by some Na^(+)is substituted by Ca^(2+)and leading to the fast sodium kinetics,which is well proved by the powder X-ray diffraction pattern and well corresponding to the galvanostatic intermittent titration technique and cyclic voltammetry testing result(the diffusivity values are around at 10^(-12)cm^(2)s^(-1)).

A porous 3D cross-linked conductive network pierced by multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) was successfully designed from zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8). Zn@NPC@MWCNTs composites were tailored by the facile regulating the mass ratios and thermal annealing treatment. Due to the combination of less eddy current loss and dielectric loss together with multiple reflection attenuation caused by a unique structure. With a 10 wt% filler loading, the Zn@NPC@MWCNTs composites carbonized at 800℃ show two high reflection loss(RL) values with different thicknesses. An RL value is-53.18 dB with 4.09 mm thickness in the C-Band(4-8 GHz), and a minimum RL can reach-74.83 d B(10.8 GHz)with a matching thickness of 2.749 mm. The effective absorption bandwidth is 4 GHz(from 8 to 12 GHz,RL ≤-10 d B), which just covers the full X-band. Low cost and easy preparation can also provide advantages to develop MOF-based materials as effective EMW absorbents.

The inadvertent dissolution of gangue minerals is frequently detrimental to the flotation of valuable *** investigated the effect of conditioning time on the separation of brucite and serpentine by *** analyzing the Mg2+concentration,relative element content,and pulp viscosity,we studied the effect of mineral dissolution on brucite *** results of artificially mixed mineral flotation tests(with-10μm serpentine)showed that by extending the conditioning time from 60 to 360 s,a large amount of Mg2+on the mineral surface gradually dissolved into the pulp,resulting in a decreased brucite recovery(from 83.83%to 76.79%)and an increased recovery of serpentine from 52.12%to 64.03%.To analyze the agglomeration behavior of brucite and serpentine,we used scanning electron microscopy,which clearly showed the different adhesion behaviors of different conditioning ***,the total interaction energy,as determined based on the extended DLVO(Derjaguin-Landau-Verwey-Overbeek)theory,also supports the conclusion that the gravitational force between brucite and serpentine increases significantly with increased conditioning time.
