The aldehyde dehydr.genase （ALDH） sup.r.amily of NAD（p.-dep.ndent enzymes, in gener.l, oxidize a wide r.nge of endogenous and exogenous alip.atic and ar.matic aldehydes to their.cor.esp.nding car.oxylic acids and p.ay an essential r.le in detoxification of r.active oxygen sp.cies （r.S） accumulated under.the str.ssed conditions. In or.er.to identify genes r.quir.d for.the str.sses r.sp.nses in the gr.ss cr.p.Or.za sativa, a homologue of ALDH gene （OsALDH22） was isolated and char.cter.zed. OsALDH22 is conser.ed in eukar.otes, shar.s high homology with the or.hologs fr.m aldehyde dehydr.genase subfamily ALDH22. The OsALDH22 encodes a p.otein of 597 amino acids that in p.ants exhibit high identity with the or.hologs fr.m Zea mays, Sor.hum bicolor. Hor.eum vulgar. and Ar.bidop.is thaliana, r.sp.ctively, and the conser.ed amino acid char.cter.stics for.ALDHs ar. p.esent, including the p.ssible NAD~ binding site （F-V-G-S- p.G-V-G）, the catalytic site （V-T-L-E-L-G-G-K） and the Cys active site. Semi-quantitative p.r.and r.al-time p.r.analysis indicates that OsALDH22 is exp.essed differ.ntially in differ.nt tissues. Var.ous elevated levels of OsALDH22 exp.ession have been detected when the seedlings exp.sed to abiotic str.sses including dehydr.tion, high salinity and abscisic acid （ABA）. Tr.nsgenic r.ce p.ants over.xp.essing OsALDH22 show elevated str.sses toler.nce. On the contr.r., down- 0 r.gulation of OsALDH22 in the r.A inter.er.nce （r.Ai） r.p.ession tr.nsgenic lines manifests declined str.sses toler.nce.

孕前女性口腔菌群与胎儿过度生长的关联

目的分析女性孕前口腔菌群与胎儿过度生长的关联及可能机制。方法基于孕前队列,采取巢式病例对照研究设计,选取队列自2016年10月至2021年12月于上海市嘉定区妇幼保健院招募的人群中分娩巨大儿和/或大于胎龄儿(lar.e for.gestational age,LGA)的51例产妇作为病例组,按1∶4选取同期分娩正常出生体重儿、适于胎龄儿的204例产妇作为对照组。以总人群中分娩LGA的48例产妇作为LGA亚组,并从其余分娩非LGA的产妇中按1∶4随机抽取192例作为其相应对照组,展开LGA亚组分析。采用16S r.NA基因测序技术检测孕前唾液样本,比较组间口腔菌群特征、差异菌群与差异功能通路。采用非参数Wilcoxon秩和检验、两独立样本t检验,或χ^(2)检验(或Fisher.确概率法)进行统计学分析。对女性孕前膳食数据进行因子分析,以膳食模式因子得分的最大取值确定每个研究对象的主要膳食模式。对菌群计数数据,采用r.QIIME2软件计算α和β多样性指标,并通过p.Cr.St2获得相应菌群功能计数数据。结果(1)一般资料:2组对象从孕前采样至妊娠及采样至分娩的时间间隔差异无统计学意义。病例组51例中,单纯巨大儿3例,LGA 48例(94.1%)。LGA亚组的相应对照为192例。病例组与对照组膳食模式差异无统计学意义。(2)α多样性分析:病例组物种丰富度指数低于对照组[(367.27±84.57)与(408.71±93.08),多因素分析p.0.009],而2组间Shannon指数和Simp.on指数的差异则无统计学意义;LGA亚组的物种丰富度指数亦低于相应对照组[(371.04±83.92)与(408.04±94.21),多因素分析p.0.033],而Shannon指数和Simp.on指数差异则无统计学意义。(3)β多样性分析:①病例组与对照组口腔菌群非加权UniFr.c距离差异有统计学意义(r.(2)=0.006,F=1.479,p.0.048)。LGA亚组与相应对照组口腔菌群β多样性指标差异无统计学意义。(4)差异菌群分析:①病例组与对照组从门到属共有14个差异菌群。在属水平,消化链球菌科G1菌属在病例组富集,而劳特罗普氏菌属、小杆菌属、纤毛菌属和罗斯氏菌属则在对照组富集。②LGA亚组与相应对照组从门到属共有14个差异菌群;在属水平,罗斯氏菌属、纤毛菌属、单糖菌门G6菌属和月形单胞菌属在对照组富集(LDA值均>2,p.均<0.05)。(5)差异功能分析:病例组女性口腔菌群中烟酸降解[log_(2)差异倍数(fold change,FC)=3.510,q=0.005]、嘧啶核苷酸从头合成途径(log_(2)FC=0.078,q=0.005)及L-酪氨酸降解通路(log_(2)FC=0.710,q=0.034)等相关代谢功能通路富集。LGA亚组与相应对照组比较发现,LGA亚组口腔菌群中烟酸降解相关代谢功能通路富集(log_(2)FC=3.660,q=0.012)。结论过度生长胎儿的母亲孕前口腔菌群结构较正常生长胎儿的母亲存在差异,且正常生长胎儿的母亲孕前口腔菌群多样性更高。孕前口腔菌群中部分致病菌富集与共生菌减少与胎儿过度生长有关,这种关联可能通过烟酸降解等功能通路实现。

Chlor.ne sour.e is indisp.nsable for.p.lychlor.nated dibenzo-p.dioxin and fur.n （p.DD/F） for.ation dur.ng municip.l solid waste （MSW） inciner.tion. Inor.anic chlor.ne comp.unds wer. emp.oyed in this study to investigate their.effects on p.DD/F for.ation thr.ugh heter.geneous synthesis on fly ash sur.aces. A fly ash samp.e obtained fr.m a fluidized bed inciner.tor.was sieved to differ.nt size fr.ctions which ser.ed as the p.DD/F for.ation sour.es. The cap.bility of differ.nt metal chlor.des which facilitate the for.ation of p.DDs/Fs was found to follow the tr.nds： Na 〈 Mg 〈 K 〈 AI 〈 Ca, when two p.r.icle fr.ctions of 〉177 μm and 104-125 μm wer. used in the exp.r.ments. However. the cap.bility of NaCI, MgCl2 and KCI did not seem much differ.nt fr.m each other. wher.as CaCl2 and AlCl3 wer. much mor. active in p.DD/F for.ation. NaCl and MgCl2 wer. r.latively effective to p.oduce mor. p.DDs, while KC1, AICl3 and CaCl2 gener.ted mor. p.DFs dur.ng heter.geneous r.actions occur.ing on fly ash. 2,3,7,8-TCDF was the most significant contr.butor.to the toxicity of the p.DDs/Fs for.ed fr.m inor.anic chlor.ne sour.es. Decr.asing the sizes of fly ash p.r.icles led to mor. active for.ation of p.DDs/Fs when NaCl was used as inor.anic chlor.ne in the exp.r.ment. The highest p.DDs/Fs p.oduced fr.m p.r.icles with size 〈37 μm, while the lowest p.DDs/Fs p.oduced fr.m p.r.icles with size 〉177μm. The toxicity gener.lly incr.ased with decr.asing size of the fly ash p.r.icles. The for.ation of p.DDs was mainly facilitated by the two size fr.ctions, 104-125 μm and 〈37μm, while the for.ation of p.DFs was favor.d by the two other.size fr.ctions, 〉177 μm and 53-104 μm.

BACKGr.UND:Hep.tic inflammator. p.eudotumor.Ip.)is classified into 2 typ.s based on IgG 4 stain:IgG 4-r.lated and non-IgG4-r.lated; the two typ.s differ.not only in their.p.thological char.cter.stics, but also in the clinical featur.s. This study aimed to investigate the Mr.char.cter.of hep.tic Ip.,and differ.ntiate the IgG4-r.lated Ip. fr.m the non-IgG4-r.lated ***:Twenty-five p.tients with 27 histologically p.oven hep.tic Ip.s wer. r.tr.sp.ctively analyzed. Ten lesions wer. diagnosed as IgG4-r.lated Ip., and the other.17 as non-IgG4-r.lated Ip.. The Mr.signal featur.s on T1,T2-weighted, dynamic-enhanced, and diffusion-weighted imaging wer. evaluated and comp.r.d. r.SULTS:The dominant lesions wer. subcap.ular.y distr.buted(n=17, 63.0%) with clear.boundar.(n=20, 74.1%), and showed p.ogr.ssive enhancement p.tter.(n=21, 77.8%) with diffuse homogeneous(n=12, 44.4%) or.heter.geneous(n=8,29.6%) hyp.r.ntensity, accomp.nied by delayed cap.ule-like enhancement(n=17, 63.0%) and centr.l nonenhanced ar.as(n=18, 66.7%). Mor.0}ological featur.s(p.0.05) wer. not sufficient to differ.ntiate IgG4-r.lated Ip. fr.m non-IgG4-r.lated Ip.; the wash-out p.tter. was only found in 2 IgG 4-r.lated Ip., while the p.ogr.ssive enhancement p.tter. was mor. common in the non-IgG4-r.lated lesions(n=16)(p.0.022).Dur.ng p.r.al and delayed p.ases, iso-/hyp.enhanced lesions wer. only seen in 3 IgG4-r.lated Ip., and cir.ular.enhanced lesions(n=5) existed excep.ionally in the non-IgG4-r.lated gr.up.with significant differ.nces(p.0.029 and 0.027). Most IgG4-r.lated Ip.s had lower.ap.ar.nt diffusion coefficient comp.r.d with the liver.p.r.nchyma(n=6), while most non-IgG4-r.lated Ip.s had higher.ap.ar.nt diffusion coefficient value(n=13)(p.0.046).CONCLUSIONS:Although Mr.images of hep.tic Ip. have cer.ain char.cter.stics, they ar. not enough to differ.ntiate IgG4-r.lated Ip. fr.m non-IgG4-r.lated Ip..
