In this paper, we introduce a new definition of fractional derivative which contains a fractional factor, and its physical meanings are given. When studying the fractional Schrdinger equation(FSE) with this form of fractional derivative, the result shows that under the description of time FSE with fractional factor, the probability of finding a particle in the whole space is still conserved. By using this new definition to construct space FSE, we achieve a continuous transition from standard Schrdinger equation to the fractional one. When applying this form of Schrdinger equation to a particle in an infinite symmetrical square potential well, we find that the probability density distribution loses spatial symmetry and shows a kind of attenuation property. For the situation of a one-dimensional infinite δ potential well,the first derivative of time-independent wave function Φ to space coordinate x can be continuous everywhere when the particle is at some special discrete energy levels, which is much different from the standard Schrdinger equation.

RAPD and SSR were applied to assess genetic diversity in 61 tomato varieties from different species （Solanum lycopersicum L., hirsutum. Humb L., pimpinellifolium Miller L., chilense Dun. L., chmielenskii L., peruvianum Miller L., parvuflorum Miller L.）. 2 062 and 869 clear fragments were amplified by RAPD and SSR, respectively. On the other hand, more polymorphic products were found by SSR as compared to RAPD, i.e., 100 and 43.84%, respectively. In addition, a higher value of the average similarity coefficient and lower PIC value were reflected in RAPD （0.79, 0.407） compared to SSR （0.56, 0.687）. It can be inferred that SSR was a higher effective marker than RAPD to assess genetic diversity in tomato accessions. Similarly, the genetic base of tomato varieties in Chinese market was narrow. It is suggested that wild tomato varieties should be used to enrich the genetic base of the cultivated tomato varieties.

In order to improve the electrical conductivity of nylon 6(PA6)and avoid misfires and explosions caused by static charge accumulation,a quaternary ammonium salt polyionic liquid(PIL)antistatic agent was synthesized in this *** surface resistance of PA6 was reduced to 10~8Ωwith the addition of 2 wt%antistatic agent,and the mechanical properties and aging resistance of the substrate were ***,the morphology and crystallinity of PIL/PA6 composites were further characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersion spectrometer(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).It is worth noting that the quaternary ammonium salt polyionic liquid antistatic agent synthesized in this paper has the advantages of excellent antistatic effect,durability,low cost,and simple reaction condition,so it has a broad application prospect in the antistatic aspect of PA6.

KCNA1 is the coding gene for Kv1.1 voltage-gated potassium-channelα*** variants of KCNA1 have been reported to manifest as paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia(PKD),but the correlation between them remains unclear due to the phenotypic complexity of KCNA1 variants as well as the rarity of PKD *** the whole exome sequencing followed by Sanger sequencing,we screen for potential pathogenic KCNA1 variants in patients clinically diagnosed with paroxysmal movement disorders and identify three previously unreported missense variants of KCNA1 in three unrelated Chinese *** proband of one family(c.496G>A,p.A166T)manifests as episodic ataxia type 1,and the other two(c.877G>A,p.V293I and c.1112C>A,p.T371A)manifest as *** pathogenicity of these variants is confirmed by functional studies,suggesting that p.A166T and p.T371A cause a loss-of-function of the channel,while p.V293I leads to a gain-of-function with the property of voltage-dependent gating and activation kinetic *** reviewing the locations of PKD-manifested KCNA1 variants in Kv1.1 protein,we find that these variants tend to cluster around the pore domain,which is similar to ***,our study strengthens the correlation between KCNA1 variants and PKD and provides more information on genotype–phenotype correlations of KCNA1 channelopathy.

BLUPmrMLM:A Fast mrMLM Algorithm in Genome-wide Association Studies

Multilocus genome-wide association study has become the state-of-the-art tool for dissecting the genetic architecture of complex and multiomic ***,most existing multilocus methods require relatively long computational time when analyzing large *** address this issue,in this study,we proposed a fast mrMLM method,namely,best linear unbiased prediction multilocus random-SNP-effect mixed linear model(BLUPmrMLM).First,genome-wide single-marker scanning in mrMLM was replaced by vectorized Wald tests based on the best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)values of marker effects and their variances in ***,adaptive best subset selection(ABESS)was used to identify potentially associated markers on each chromosome to reduce computational time when estimating marker effects via empirical ***,shared memory and parallel computing schemes were used to reduce the computational *** simulation studies,BLUPmrMLM outperformed GEMMA,EMMAX,mrMLM,and FarmCPU as well as the control method(BLUPmrMLM with ABESS removed),in terms of computational time,power,accuracy for estimating quantitative trait nucleotide positions and effects,false positive rate,false discovery rate,false negative rate,and F1 *** the reanalysis of two large rice datasets,BLUPmrMLM significantly reduced the computational time and identified more previously reported genes,compared with the aforementioned *** study provides an excellent multilocus model method for the analysis of large-scale and multiomic *** software mrMLM v5.1 is available at BioCode(https://***/biocode/tool/BT007388)or GitHub(https://***/YuanmingZhang65/mrMLM).

As a carrier of knowledge,papers have been a popular choice since ancient times for documenting everything from major historical events to breakthroughs in science and *** the booming development of science and technology,the number of papers has been growing *** like the fact that Internet of Things(IoT)allows the world to be connected in a flatter way,how will the network formed by massive academic papers look like?Most existing visualization methods can only handle up to hundreds of thousands of node size,which is much smaller than that of academic networks which are usually composed of millions or even more *** this paper,we are thus motivated to break this scale limit and design a new visualization method particularly for super-large-scale academic networks(VSAN).Nodes can represent papers or authors while the edges means the relation(e.g.,citation,coauthorship)between *** order to comprehensively improve the visualization effect,three levels of optimization are taken into account in the whole design of VSAN in a progressive manner,i.e.,bearing scale,loading speed,and effect of layout *** main contributions are two folded:(1)We design an equivalent segmentation layout method that goes beyond the limit encountered by state-of-the-arts,thus ensuring the possibility of visually revealing the correlations of larger-scale academic entities.(2)We further propose a hierarchical slice loading approach that enables users to observe the visualized graphs of the academic network at both macroscopic and microscopic levels,with the ability to quickly zoom between different *** addition,we propose a“jumping between nebula graphs”method that connects the static pages of many academic graphs and helps users to form a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of various academic *** our methods to three academic paper citation datasets in the AceMap database confirms the visualization scalability of VSAN in t

Previous studies have shown that Biochanin A,a flavonoid compound with estrogenic effects,can serve as a neuroprotective agent in the context of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury;howeve r,its effect on spinal cord injury is still unclea r. In this study,a rat model of spinal cord injury was established using the heavy o bject impact method,and the rats were then treated with Biochanin A(40 mg/kg) via intrape ritoneal injection for 14 consecutive *** res ults showed that Biochanin A effectively alleviated spinal cord neuronal injury and spinal co rd tissue injury,reduced inflammation and oxidative stress in spinal cord neuro ns,and reduced apoptosis and *** addition,Biochanin A inhibited the expression of inflammasome-related proteins(ASC,NLRP3,and GSDMD)and the Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor-κB pathway,activated the Nrf2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling pathway,and increased the expression of the autophagy markers LC3 Ⅱ,Beclin-1,and *** r,the therapeutic effects of Biochanin A on early post-s pinal cord injury were similar to those of *** findings suggest that Biochanin A protected neurons in the injured spinal cord through the Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor κB and Nrf2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling *** findings suggest that Biochanin A can alleviate post-spinal cord injury at an early stage.
