随着知识经济时代的到来,越来越多的企业将知识作为战略资源以提升市场竞争力。档案作为企业经营管理活动的伴生物,是企业自主核心知识资产的重要组成部分。档案部门有必要提升知识服务能力,助力企业增强自主创新能力。基于文献分析,以档案领域中知识图谱技术的应用为切入点,探索知识图谱技术对企业档案知识服务的赋能作用,并构建基于知识图谱的企业档案知识服务模式。该模式突破了单一的技术视角,兼顾与档案知识服务发展趋势相适应的服务运营环境、服务基础、服务标准等要素,丰富了企业档案知识服务理论,弥补了对实践模式提炼较少的不足,将推动企业档案知识服务实践发展,为企业利用知识图谱技术开展档案知识服务提供参考。

Traditionally, herbal medicine is consumed by drinking decoctions produced by boiling herbs with water. The functional components of the decoction are heat stable. Small RNAs(sRNAs) were reported as a new class of functional components in decoctions. However, the mechanisms by which sRNAs survive heat treatment of the decoction and enter cells are *** studies showed that plant-derived exosome-like nanoparticles(ELNs), which we call botanosomes, could deliver therapeutic reagents in vivo. Here, we report that heat-stable decoctosomes(ELNs) from decoctions have more therapeutic effects than the decoctions in vitro and demonstrate therapeutic efficacy in vivo. Furthermore, sRNAs, such as HJT-sRNA-m7 and PGY-sRNA-6, in the decoctosome exhibit potent anti-fibrosis and anti-inflammatory effects, respectively. Decoctosome is comprised of lipids, chemical compounds, proteins, and s RNAs. A medical decoctosome mimic is called bencaosome. A single lipid sphinganine(d22:0) identified in the decoctosome was mixed and heated with the synthesized sRNAs to form the simplest bencaosome. This simple bencaosome structure was identified by critical micelle concentration(cmc) assay that sRNAs coassembled with sphinganine(d22:0) to form the lipid layers of vesicles. The heating process facilitates co-assembly of sRNAs and sphinganine(d22:0) until a steady state is reached. The artificially produced sphinganine-HJT-sRNA-m7 and sphinganinePGY-sRNA-6 bencaosomes could ameliorate bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis and poly(I:C)-induced lung inflammation, respectively, following oral administration in mice. Our study not only demonstrates that the herbal decoctosome may represent a combinatory remedy in precision medicine but also provides an effective oral delivery route for nucleic acid therapy.

Par manque d’ un programme national, l’enseignement du F.L.E. ne pouvait pas atteindre la qualité de celui de l’anglais régi par un programme national depuis 1986. L’anglais régi par un programme national d’enseignement du F.L.E. ne souffre aucun délai, nous nous sommes mis à l’ oeuvre en 1988 sous la direction du Comité national pour l’Education et avons mené notre entreprise à terme en 1990.

The friction stir lap welding(FSLW)of metal to polymer is a challenging work due to the unavoidable polymer *** this problem,a novel seal-flow multi-vortex friction stir lap welding(SM-FSLW)technology based on the subversively-designed multi-step pin was put *** 7075 aluminum alloy and short glass fiber-reinforced polyether ether ketone(PEEK)as research subjects,the welding temperature,material flow,formation and tensile shear strength of dissimilar materials lap joint under the SM-FSLW were studied and compared with those under traditional FSLW based on the conical *** multi-step pin rather than the conical pin effectively hindered the polymer overflowing due to the formation of vortexes by the step,thereby attaining a joint with a smooth *** with traditional FSLW,the SMFSLW obtained the higher welding temperature,the more violent material flow and the larger area with high flow velocity,thereby producing the macro-mechanical and micro-mechanical interlockings and then heightening the joint loading *** tensile shear strength of lap joint under SM-FSLW was 27.8% higher than that under traditional *** SM-FSLW technology using the multi-step pin provides an effective way on obtaining a heterogeneous lap joint of metal to polymer with the excellent formation and high strength.

This study evaluated the safety of a modified method to implant an intraocular lens (IOL) into the capsular bag immediately after capsulorhexis with a whole or partial nucleus to protect the posterior capsule (PC) during phacoemulsification in a series of 12 Morgagnian cataracts. For 3 cases of hypermature cataracts with smaller and rigid nuclei, after a complete capsulorhexis, an IOL was directly inserted into the capsular bag, which protected the PC during the subsequent phacoemulsification process in the iris plate. For the other 9 cases with larger and softer nuclei, after the nucleus was partially emulsified, the IOL was inserted into the bag. Even with an obvious surge for some cases, the surgeries were uneventful in all 12 cases, with no PC rent or vitreous loss. IOL implantation into the capsular bag with a whole or partial nucleus can provide effective protection for the PC for hypermature cataract during phacoemulsification.

Since the time of Darwin,subspecies have been recognized as an initial stage in the evolution of ***,the impact of dispersal on subspecies richness in birds globally has received little attention,despite dispersal being a key factor in determining the rate of evolution and playing a significant role in evolutionary ***,it is important to conduct a comprehensive study to address this *** this study,we aimed to assess the association between subspecies richness(measured by the number of subspecies)and dispersal ability(measured by the hand-wing index)on a global scale,using a dataset of over 7000 bird *** results revealed a negative correlation between dispersal ability and the number of subspecies,without any quadratic *** wing is a crucial phenotypic trait for birds,and the concept of subspecies is important in speciation theory and conservation ***,our findings not only enhance our understanding of the association between avian morphological traits and evolutionary divergence but also have implications for the conservation of avian species diversity.

目的:系统评价半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗H型高血压的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase等中英文数据库,检索时限均为建库至2022年2月25日,收集半夏白术天麻汤加减(试验组)对比常规西药(对照组)治疗H型高血压的随机对照试验(RCT)。筛选文献并提取资料,同时采用Cochrane系统评价员手册5.1.0推荐的偏倚风险评估工具评价纳入文献质量,运用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17项RCT,涉及1327例病人。Meta分析结果显示,试验组血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平[SMD=-2.77,95%CI(-3.52,-2.02),P<0.00001]、收缩压[MD=-10.42,95%CI(-12.91,-7.93),P<0.00001]、舒张压[MD=-8.92,95%CI(-10.38,-7.46),P<0.00001]、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平[MD=-10.73,95%CI(-11.34,-10.11),P<0.00001]、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平[MD=-16.17,95%CI(-17.04,-15.30),P<0.00001]、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平[MD=-30.69,95%CI(-31.90,-29.47),P<0.00001]、不良反应发生率[RR=0.38,95%CI(0.15,0.92),P=0.03]均明显低于对照组,叶酸[MD=7.11,95%CI(6.61,7.61),P<0.00001]、维生素B_(12)水平[SMD=2.44,95%CI(2.11,2.77),P<0.00001]、临床疗效总有效率[RR=1.21,95%CI(1.15,1.28),P<0.00001]均明显高于对照组。结论:现有证据表明,半夏白术天麻汤加减有可能提高H型高血压病人的临床疗效,降低Hcy水平,减少不良反应,安全性更高,但临床疗效结论仍需扩大样本量进一步验证。

目的了解昆明市男男性行为人群(MSM)梅毒新发感染率及其影响因素,为降低本地区该人群梅毒感染率开展综合干预措施提供参考依据。方法2018年6月至2020年12月,采用互联网、同伴推荐和外展动员的综合方式招募MSM建立前瞻性、开放性队列,每6个月随访进行问卷调查和血清学检测。运用Cox回归模型采用单因素和多因素分析方法对MSM梅毒新发感染的影响因素进行分析。结果198名MSM纳入队列,梅毒新发感染率为1.36/100人年。研究对象的性取向[HR=4.526(1.213~112.36)]、交友途径[HR=4.274(1.113~56.285)]、近1年是否被诊断过性病[HR=0.045(0.005~0.433)]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。多因素Cox回归分析显示交友途径为非互联网(HR=15.553)、近1年曾被诊断过性病(HR=59.129)是MSM感染梅毒的危险因素。结论虽然昆明市MSM梅毒新发感染率较低,但危险性仍然较高。应采取综合干预模式降低MSM梅毒的新发感染。
