Intravitreal injection practice patterns among Chinese ophthalmologists

Contrasting strategies of optimizing carrier concentration in bulk InSe for enhanced thermoelectric performance

Indium selenide (InSe),as a wide-bandgap semiconductor,has received extensive attention in the flexible electronics field in recent years due to its exceptional plasticity and promising thermoelectric ***,the low carrier concentration severely limits its thermoelectric performance *** this work,we conducted contrasting strategies that can be employed to increase the carrier concentration of InSe,including bandgap narrowing and heterovalent ***,the carrier concentration initially increases as a result of the reduced bandgap upon Te alloying and then slightly decreases due to the weak electronegativity of *** Br doping realizes high carrier concentration by pushing the Fermi level into the conduction bands and activating the multiple *** the other hand,both Te and Br obviously suppress the thermal conductivity due to the point defect *** contrast,Br doping realizes a higher thermoelectric performance with a maximum ZT of～0.13 at 773 K benefiting from the better optimization of carrier *** work elucidates the strategies for enhancing carrier concentration at anion sites and demonstrates the high efficiency of halogen doping in ***,the carrier concentration of InSe is promising to be further optimized,and future work should focus on employing approaches such as cation doping or secondphase compositing.

Relationship between postoperative rehabilitation style, gastrointestinal function, and inflammatory factor levels in children with intussusception

BACKGROUND Intussusception occurs in children and progresses *** not treated in time,it may lead to secondary complications such as intestinal perforation,which affect the quality of life and health of *** is the most common clinical treatment and has a good ***,the postoperative prognosis of children with intussusception has a correlation with the postoperative rehabilitation ***,in this study,we explored the relationship between postopera-tive rehabilitation,gastrointestinal function,and the expression of inflammatory factors in children with *** medical records of 18 children who were admitted to our hospital for intussusception surgery between October 2022 and May 2024 were retrospectively *** patients were divided into the routine nursing group(n=6)and rehabilitation training group(n=12)according to the postoperative rehabilitation *** general data,gastrointestinal function,and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were statistically *** correlation analysis of gastrointestinal function,inflammatory factors,and postoperative rehabil-itation was *** We found no significant intergroup differences in sex,age,or disease course(P>0.05).The times to first defecation,bowel sound recovery,and anal exhaust were shorter and inflammatory factor levels were lower in the rehabilitation training group than in the routine nursing group(Plin levels were positively correlated with postoperative rehabilitation(Plitation(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal function was positively correlated(P<0.05),and levels of inflammatory factors were negatively correlated with postoperative recovery time(P<0.05).CONCLUSION We found a positive correlation between gastrointe

Metabolic disorders and hepatitis: Insights from a Mendelian randomization study

BACKGROUND Hepatitis is a systemic disease that often results in various ***-bolic disorders,the most common comorbidities in clinical practice,were selected for this *** To investigate the causal relationship between comorbidities and hepatitis trea-tment *** A total of 23583378 single nucleotide polymorphisms from 1248743 cases and related summaries of genome-wide association studies were obtained from online public databases.A two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)was performed to investigate causality between exposure[type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2D),hyperlipidemia,and hypertension]and outcome(chronic hepatitis B or C in-fections).REsuLTS The data supported the causal relationship between comorbidities and hepatitis infections,which will affect the severity of hepatitis progression and will also provide a reference for clinical *** three exposures showed a link with progression of both hepatitis B(T2D,P=0.851;hyperlipidemia,P=0.596;and hypertension,P=0.346)and hepatitis C(T2D,P=0.298;hyperlipidemia,P=0.141;and hypertension,P=0.035).CONCLUSION The results of MR support a possible causal relationship between different ex-posures(T2D,hyperlipidemia,and hypertension)and chronic hepatitis progression;however,the potential mechanisms still need to be elucidated.

共情与幼儿园教师中华民族共同体意识的关系:伦理敏感性和民族交融态度的序列中介效应

增强共情对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识至关重要。为探讨民族地区幼儿园教师共情与其中华民族共同体意识的关系以及伦理敏感性和民族交融态度在二者关系中的作用,本研究采用共情量表、中华民族共同体意识量表、伦理敏感性量表、民族交融态度量表对甘肃省甘南藏族自治州的923名幼儿园教师进行了测量。结果发现:(1)幼儿园教师的中华民族共同体意识总体向好。(2)共情、伦理敏感性、民族交融态度、中华民族共同体意识在幼儿园类型、劳动关系、岗位、职称、学历、教龄、民族上存在显著差异,表现为:私立幼儿园教师民族交融态度与中华民族共同体意识显著较弱;行政管理岗位教师的中华民族共同体意识、伦理敏感性、民族交融态度表现最佳;未定级教师的共情、民族交融态度和中华民族共同体意识显著较弱;本科及以上学历教师在共情、民族交融态度、中华民族共同体意识方面的表现显著较优;经验型教师(3-9年教龄)的伦理敏感性最高;汉族教师在各变量上的表现优于其他民族教师。(3)共情、中华民族共同体意识、伦理敏感性、民族交融态度两两显著正向相关;共情显著正向预测中华民族共同体意识;伦理敏感性和民族交融态度是共情与中华民族共同体意识之间的中介变量。具体而言,共情通过三条路径影响幼儿园教师的中华民族共同体意识,一是伦理敏感性的单独中介作用(相对中介效应为31.58%),二是民族交融态度的单独中介作用(相对中介效应为57.89%),三是伦理敏感性和民族交融态度的序列中介作用(相对中介效应为10.53%)。
