摘      要:Although putrescine(PUT)has been linked to plants responses to cadmium(Cd)stress,the exact mechanism is still *** the current investigation,the endogenous PUT concentration in rice roots was enhanced by Cd *** PUT increased root cell wall hemicellulose levels,which in turn increased its Cd binding capacity,concurrently decreasing the transcription level of genes such as OsNRAMP1 and OsCd1 that are responsible for root Cd *** a result。
