Aiming at the applications of NOC （network on chip） technology in rising scale and complexity on chip systems, a Torus structure and corresponding route algorithm for NOC is proposed. This Torus structure improves traditional Torus topology and redefines the denotations of the routers. Through redefining the router denotations and changing the original router locations, the Torus structure for NOC application is reconstructed. On the basis of this structure, a dead-lock and live-lock free route algorithm is designed according to dimension increase. System C is used to implement this structure and the route algorithm is simulated. In the four different traffic patterns, average, hotspot 13%, hotspot 67% and transpose, the average delay and normalization throughput of this Torus structure are evaluated. Then, the performance of delay and throughput between this Torus and Mesh structure is compared. The results indicate that this Torus structure is more suitable for NOC applications.

Weeds that grow among crops are undesirable plants and have adversely affected crop growth and ***,the study explores corn identification and positioning methods based on machine *** ultra-green feature algorithm and maximum betweenclass variance method(OTSU)were used to segment maize corn,weeds,and land;the segmentation effect was significant and can meet the following shape feature extraction ***,the identification and positioning of corn were achieved by morphological reconstruction and pixel projection histogram *** experiment reveals that when a weeding robot travels at a speed of 1.6 km/h,the recognition accuracy can reach 94.1%.The technique used in this study is accessible for normal cases and can make a good recognition effect;the accuracy and real-time requirements of robot recognition are improved and reduced the calculation time.

A new method is presented to study the function projective lag synchronization(FPLS) of chaotic systems via adaptive-impulsive control. To achieve synchronization, suitable nonlinear adaptive-impulsive controllers are designed. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and the impulsive control technology, some effective sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the drive system and the response system can be rapidly lag synchronized up to the given scaling function matrix. Numerical simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness and the feasibility of the analytical results.

Thermal deformation of a concrete dam changes periodically, and its variation lags behind the air temperature variation. The lag, known as the hysteresis time, is generally attributed to the low velocity of heat conduction in concrete, but this explanation is not entirely sufficient. In this paper, analytical solutions of displacement hysteresis time for a cantilever beam and an arch ring are derived. The influence of different factors on the displacement hysteresis time was examined. A finite element model was used to verify the reliability of the theoretical analytical solutions. The following conclusions are reached:(1) the hysteresis time of the mean temperature is longer than that of the linearly distributed temperature difference;(2) the dam type has a large impact on the displacement hysteresis time, and the hysteresis time of the horizontal displacement of an arch dam is longer than that of a gravity dam;(3) the reservoir water temperature variation lags behind of the air temperature variation, which intensifies the differences in the horizontal displacement hysteresis time between the gravity dam and the arch dam;(4) with a decrease in elevation, the horizontal displacement hysteresis time of a gravity dam tends to increase, whereas the horizontal displacement hysteresis time of an arch dam is likely to increase initially, and then decrease; and(5) along the width of the dam, the horizontal displacement hysteresis time of a gravity dam decreases as a whole, while the horizontal displacement hysteresis time of an arch dam is shorter near the center and longer near dam surfaces.

In this paper,a novel SSIM-based NLM algorithm is *** replace the exponential weighted kernel function with a cosine coefficient weighted Gaussian kernel function and incorporate the structural similarity（SSIM） index,which is the state-of-the-art image quality assessment measure,into the NLM image denoising *** results indicate that the proposed SSIM-based optimal NLM algorithm can get higher PSNR and SSIM,meanwhile,it keeps more detail information and structure feature of the original image and acts out the best visual quality.

Oriented thin films of P3HT were obtained by a friction-transfer technique. The morphology and structure of the film were studied by means of optical microscopy, atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Optical microscopy observation indicates that large size well-ordered P3HT thin films can be produced by a friction-transfer technique. Highly ordered lamellae were observed in P3HT friction-transferred films by electron microscopy. Electron diffraction results confirm the existence of high orientation with the a- and c-axes of P3HT crystals aligned in the film plane while the c-axis parallel to the friction-transfer direction. The atomic force microscopy observation of the as-prepared P3HT thin film shows, however, a featureless top surface morphology, indicating the structure inhomogeneity of the obtained film. To get highly oriented P3HT thin films with homogenous structure, high temperature annealing, solvent vapor annealing and self-seeding recrystallization of the friction-transferred film were performed. It is confirmed that solvent vapor annealing and self-seeding recrystallization methods are efficient in improving the surface morphology and structure of the friction- transferred P3HT thin film. Highly oriented P3HT films with unique structure can be obtained through friction-transfer with subsequent solvent vapor annealing and self-seeding recrystallization.

The Laplacian pyramid （LP） plays an important role in multiresolution processing. It can be viewed as a special oversampled filter bank （OFB） frame that provides a redundant signal representation. This paper studies the computation and optimization of frame bounds for the LP frame. For any given N-level LP, an algorithm is developed to compute its polyphase matrix, based on which the linear matrix inequality （LMI） conditions are provided to compute the frame bounds. We show that the frame bound ratio can be decreased by adjusting the gain of each sub-channel without changing frequency selective property. The minimal ratio as well as the corresponding optimal gain factors has been obtained by solving some LMIs, which can be easily solved by existing handy software. Various numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
