Accurately identifying small objects in high-resolution aerial images presents a complex and crucial task in thefield of small object detection on unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).This task is challenging due to variations inUAV flight altitude,differences in object scales,as well as factors like flight speed and motion *** enhancethe detection efficacy of small targets in drone aerial imagery,we propose an enhanced You Only Look Onceversion 7(YOLOv7)algorithm based on multi-scale spatial *** build the MSC-YOLO model,whichincorporates an additional prediction head,denoted as P2,to improve adaptability for small *** replaceconventional downsampling with a Spatial-to-Depth Convolutional Combination(CSPDC)module to mitigatethe loss of intricate feature details related to small ***,we propose a Spatial Context Pyramidwith Multi-Scale Attention(SCPMA)module,which captures spatial and channel-dependent features of smalltargets acrossmultiple *** module enhances the perception of spatial contextual features and the utilizationof multiscale feature *** the Visdrone2023 and UAVDT datasets,MSC-YOLO achieves remarkableresults,outperforming the baseline method YOLOv7 by 3.0%in terms ofmean average precision(mAP).The MSCYOLOalgorithm proposed in this paper has demonstrated satisfactory performance in detecting small targets inUAV aerial photography,providing strong support for practical applications.

Large-scale vegetation restoration can reduce local watershed water yield,limit vegetation establishment and subsequent growth,and influence regional ecosystem *** management by reducing aboveground parts of grassland was gradually recommended and adopted in Grain-for-Green project management to offset these additional ***,scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of clipping management on infiltration and runoff processes is necessary for maintaining the stability of the surface water system and the sustainability of vegetation restoration in semi-arid regions.A field simulated rainfall experiment was conducted with four managed clipping grasslands(mainly bunge needlegrass and Stipa grandis),including no clipping,light clipping,heavy clipping,and complete clipping under three slope gradients(10,20,and 30°)and three rainfall intensities(60,90,and 120 mm/h)to explore the mechanism of runoff and infiltration responses to clipping using structural equation modeling and variation partitioning based on an SCS-CN *** results showed the runoff coefficient of the light clipping,heavy clipping,and complete clipping plots were 1.33,2.22,and 4.22 times that of the no clipping *** light clipping,heavy clipping,and complete clipping plots decreased the infiltration coefficients by 0%,5%,and 26%relative to the no clipping *** intensity dominated runoff and infiltration amounts,and clipping intensity's total effect was stronger than slope *** intensity and slope gradient were more influential on runoff with increasing rainfall *** mutual inhibition effect was between clipping intensity and slope gradient on *** order to maintain the sustainability of restoration,a 25-50%vegetation coverage after clipping maximizes the benefits of increasing runoff and maintaining enough soil water supply that prevents possible soil *** propose that future vegetation restoration policies should evaluate the appropriat

Mainlobe jamming(MLJ)brings a big challenge for radar target detection,tracking,and *** suppression of MLJ is a hard task and an open problem in the electronic counter-counter measures(ECCM)*** parameters and target direction estimation is difficult in radar MLJ.A target parameter estimation method via atom-reconstruction in radar MLJ is proposed in this *** proposed method can suppress the MLJ and simultaneously provide high estimation accuracy of target range and ***,the eigen-projection matrix processing(EMP)algorithm is adopted to suppress the MLJ,and the target range is estimated effectively through the beamforming and pulse *** the target angle can be effectively estimated by the atom-reconstruction *** any prior knowledge,the MLJ can be canceled,and the angle estimation accuracy is well ***,the proposed method does not have strict requirement for radar array construction,and it can be applied for linear array and planar ***,the proposed method can effectively estimate the target azimuth and elevation simultaneously when the target azimuth(or elevation)equals to the jamming azimuth(or elevation),because the MLJ is suppressed in spatial plane dimension.

The occurrence of high temperature(HT)in crop production is becoming more frequent and unpredictable with global warming,severely threatening food *** state of an organ’s growth and development is largely determined by the temperature conditions it is exposed to over *** is the main cereal crop,and its stem growth and plant architecture are closely related to lodging resistance,and especially sensitive to ***,systematic research on the timing effect of HT on the sequentially developing internode and stem is currently *** identify the timing effect of HT on the morphology and plasticity of the stem in maize,two hybrids(Zhengdan 958(ZD958),Xianyu 335(XY335))characterized by distinct morphological traits in the stem were exposed to a 7-day HT treatment from the V6 to V17 stages(Vn presents the vegetative stage with n leaves fully expanded)in *** results demonstrated that exposure to HT during V6-V12 accelerated the rapid elongation of *** instance,HT occurring at V7 and V12 specifically promoted the lengths and weights of the 3rd-5th and 9th-11th internodes,***,HT slowed the growth of internodes adjacent to the promoted ***,compared with control,the plant height was significantly increased soon after HT treatment,but the promotion effect became narrower at the subsequent flowering stage,demonstrating a self-adjusting mechanism in the maize plant in response to ***,HT altered the plant architectures,including a rising of the ear position and increase in the ear position ***335 exhibited greater sensitivity in stem development than ZD958 under HT *** findings improve our systematic understanding of the plasticity of internode and plant architecture in response to the timing of HT exposure.

As the search for effective treatments for COVID-19 continues,the high mortality rate among critically ill patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU)presents a profound *** study explores the potential benefits of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as a supplementary treatment for severe COVID-19.A total of 110 critically ill COVID-19 patients at the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of Vulcan Hill Hospital between Feb.,2020,and April,2020(Wuhan,China)participated in this observational *** patients received standard supportive care protocols,with a subset of 81 also receiving TCM as an adjunct *** characteristics during the treatment period and the clinical outcome of each patient were closely monitored and *** findings indicated that the TCM group exhibited a significantly lower mortality rate compared with the non-TCM group(16 of 81 vs 24 of 29;0.3 vs 2.3 person/month).In the adjusted Cox proportional hazards models,TCM treatment was associated with improved survival odds(P<0.001).Furthermore,the analysis also revealed that TCM treatment could partially mitigate inflammatory responses,as evidenced by the reduced levels of proinflammatory cytokines,and contribute to the recovery of multiple organic functions,thereby potentially increasing the survival rate of critically ill COVID-19 patients.

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)have been recognized as pivotal regulators in tumorigenesis,yet the biological functions as well as molecular mechanisms of the majority of circRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remain *** sought to unveil the expression profile and biological role of circMYBL2 in *** microarray analyses were conducted to probe the expression profile of circMYBL2 in HCC cells,and qRT‒PCR analysis was then performed in HCC cell lines and tissues,revealing significant upregulation of *** experiments were conducted to evaluate the biological function of circMYBL2 in HCC ***,bioinformatics analysis,qRT‒PCR analysis,luciferase reporter assays,and western blot analysis were employed to investigate the interplay among circMYBL2,miR-1205,and ***2 was found to exhibit marked upregulation in tumor tissues as well as HCC cell *** expression of circMYBL2 increased the proliferation and migration of HCC cells,whereas circMYBL2 knockdown elicited contrasting ***,our results indicated that circMYBL2 promoted E2F1 expression and facilitated HCC progression by sponging *** findings revealed that circMYBL2 contributed to HCC progression through the circMYBL2/miR-1205/E2F1 axis,suggesting the potential of circMYBL2 as a novel target for HCC treatment or a prognostic biomarker for HCC.

马克思针对布·鲍威尔等青年黑格尔派创立了“真正批判的世界观”。1843年年底,为了回应普鲁士政府的保守政治,布·鲍威尔以“自我意识哲学”为基础,把宗教批判进一步拓展为“纯粹批判”,寄希望通过对群众的“有限的自我意识”的批判实现人的自由。马克思在批判鲍威尔的过程中指出,其“纯粹批判”把人抽象为“自我意识”或“精神”,在一切领域贯彻“自我意识”同“实体”的对立,实质是在黑格尔哲学的基础上向康德费希特主义立场的后退。鲍威尔通过精神批判提升人的“自我意识”而实现的“自我意识的自由”是一种缺少现实内容的主观主义自由。马克思从“现实的个体的人”出发,指出人是社会历史的产物,在实质的意义上增进人的自由,不能寄希望于个体的“善良意志”和“普遍的自我意识”,而是必须改造现代市民社会,建立“真正的共同体”。马克思“真正批判的世界观”同鲍威尔“纯粹批判”哲学的争论,反映了黑格尔的弟子们是向后退回到康德费希特主义还是向前发展黑格尔主义来实现个体自由的差别。

为应对建筑施工行业数字化技术应用发展缓慢的发展现状,采用系统动力学模型探究施工企业在安全管理中应用数字化技术意愿的影响因素及各因素的影响程度。首先,基于技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)和技术组织环境(Technology-Organization-Environment,TOE)理论框架,构建应用意愿研究框架;然后,通过文献分析和半结构化访谈归纳总结影响应用意愿的维度及因素,根据维度和影响因素之间的关系构建系统动力学模型的因果图和流量图;最后,针对模型建立系统方程并进行仿真。结果表明:各维度及其影响因素共同作用于应用意愿的增长;通过敏感性分析发现,组织和环境维度对应用意愿的影响程度强于感知效能和科技维度;感知有用性、企业的重视程度、技术优化和政策支持是4个维度中对应用意愿作用最为显著的影响因素。

黄土高原径流侵蚀功率输沙模型的改进

水土流失对流域生态危害严重,输沙量模拟和预测可以为流域水土流失防治提供依据,因此精确的输沙模型是流域水土流失治理的重要工具。为了精确模拟变化环境下黄土高原年输沙量,该研究基于黄土高原19个水文站的径流和输沙数据,通过随机森林变量重要性度量方法评估年径流侵蚀功率、淤地坝指数、淤地坝相对指数、归一化植被指数、不透水地面积等因子对流域年输沙量的影响,使用非线性最小二乘法估算年输沙模型参数,对比分析不同因子组合的年输沙模型精度,提出适用性较强的黄土高原年输沙模型,据此开展年输沙量变化贡献率分析。结果表明:1)以幂函数形式构建的仅含径流侵蚀功率单因子输沙模型精度与流域面积有显著的负相关关系,相关系数为-0.505(P<0.05),模型精度随着流域面积增大而下降,在面积大于7000 km^(2)的流域适用性较差;2)年径流侵蚀功率、淤地坝指数及不透水地面积因子组合建立的多因子年输沙模型在黄土高原适用性最佳,模型在率定期纳什效率系数平均值为0.84,均方根误差平均值为0.21亿t,在验证期纳什系数平均值为0.79,均方根误差平均值为0.27亿t。3)影响研究流域年输沙量变化的因素依次是:年径流侵蚀功率、不透水地面积和淤地坝指数。研究可以为黄土高原不同区域水土流失防治和生态治理工作提供理论支撑。
