Wormlike micelles, obtained in anionic surfactam sodium oleate （NaOA） solutions in the presence of sodium phosphate （Na3PO4）, were studied using the steady and dynamic rheological methods. The laboratory simulation flooding experiments were used to investigate the effects of flooding for the wormlike micelles system. The results show that the oil recovery is 32.7%. This flooding system is a new type and has high activity with a low cost.

Solid lipid nanoparticles loaded with bovine serum albumin（BSA） were prepared by a double emulsion method. As the mass fraction of the model drug BSA increased from 0 to 15%, the particle size gradually increased. The physical stability of the nanoparticles was investigated by zeta potential measurement and they were shown to be quite stable. Fluorescence spectroscopy confirmed that the loaded position of BSA was on the interface between the inner aqueous phase and the solid lipid phase. Both Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectra indicate that BSA in the nanoparticles was not destroyed, but the secondary structure was disrupted slightly.

Uniform CdS colloidal spheres have been successfully synthesized via a simple hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction （XRD） analyses indicate that the products exhibit a hexagonal structure. Scanning electron （SEM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM） are used to characterize CdS colloidal spheres. The final size of the spheres may be selected from a range of 71± 2 nm to approximately 181 ± 5 nm by changing the amount of polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP） and hexamethylenetetramine （HMT）. The CdS colloidal spheres are not obtained in the absence of either of the capping agents. A synergistic effect between HMT and PVP is proposed to be crucial for the formation of colloidal spheres.

Silver nanorods have been successfully synthesized in large scale by the ethylene glycol（EG） reduction in the presence of ionic liquid（IL） 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate（bmimBF_4） and polyvinyl-pyrrolidone（PVP）.The silver nanorods were characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy（HRTEM）,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,electron energy disperse spectroscopy（EDS） and UV-vis *** results showed that the uniform silver nanorods have an average diameter of about 100 nm and the aspect ratio from 15 to ***,bmimBF_4 may play a role of capping agent together with PVP in the formation of silver *** the other band,bmimBF_4 may accelerate nucleation and improve the stability of the resulting Ag nanorods due to the low interface tension of IL.

To study the effects of Siqi decoction on rats with Myocardial Ischemia, the model of Myocardium Ischemia was made for the Wistar rats cured with posterior pituitary injection through vein in tail. Siqi decoction, Diaoxinxuekang（DK） and Fufangdanshenpian（FD）, the latter two drugs of which were effective TCM drugs of anti-Myocardial Ischemia at present, were administrated to the rats with Myocardium Ischemia for 5 days to compare the effect of anti-Myocardium Ischemia as reference drugs by measuring the changes of NO concentration and activity of NOS in the rat blood serum with Myocardial Ischemia. There was a remarkable increase in the NO concentration and activity of NOS in serum in Siqi decoction groups compared with those in control group（p〈0.05）. The results of the prevention group in experiment of Siqi decoction are better than those of the cure group. Siqi decoction was really fit for Myocardium Ischemia via increasing NO concentration by stimulating the activity of NOS in serum. The effect of Siqi decoction against Myocardium Ischemia in preventive group is better than the curative that of Siqi decoction in the curative group.

We isolated and purified high purity and high activity soluble Guanylate cyclase(sGC) from bovine lung. The electronic absorption and resonance Raman spectra of the ferrous and ferric forms of sGC were recorded. In the ferrous state of sGC, the electronic absorption spectra showed a sharp peak at 431 nm and a single broad peak in the α/β region at 559 nm. The resonance Raman spectra of sGC(ferrous) showed a stronger band at 1357 cm -1 and a single peak at 1473 cm -1 . For the ferric form of sGC, the Soret band was at 390 nm and resonance Raman peak was at 1375 cm -1 . These spectra show that the heme iron of the ferrous and ferric sGC are all 5 coordination and high spin.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill(GXDSDP) in treating anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: A total of 1,428 patients diagnosed with CHD screened for anxiety, depression, and quality of life(QOL) at baseline received 0.4 g of GXDSDP treatment 3 times per day and returned for monthly reassessment. Patients were recruited after stable treatment for CHD and received assessment of General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) for evaluating anxiety, depression, and *** were followed up 3 times, once every 4 weeks, during outpatient visits for 12 weeks. Results: At the third follow-up(F3), the anxiety symptom of 63.79%(673/1,055) of the patients improved to sub-clinical level, and the GAD-7 score improved significantly(8.11 vs. 3.87, Plinical level, with a significant improvement in PHQ-9 score(8.69 vs. 4.41, Pline(all Plimitation(31.17 vs. 34.14), anginal stability(2.74 vs. 4.14), anginal frequency(8.16vs. 9.10), treatment satisfaction(13.43 vs. 16.29), and disease perception(8.69 vs. 11.02). Conclusions: A fixed dosage of GXDSDP may be a potential treatment option for CHD patients comorbid with anxiety or depression.(Registration No. ChiCTR2100051523)

lipid-bound [VHb（406）] and lipid-free [VHb（402）] wide type Vitreoscilla hemoglobin were separated from E. coli BL21（DE3）. The RZ is 3.30 for [VHb（406）] and 3.15 for [VHb（402）], respectively. VHb（406） shows a characteristic absorption band at 626 nm, while VHb（402） shows one at 644 nm, and it has more α-helix than VHb（402）. Data of Raman spectra experiment shows under the excitation wavelength 488 nm, υ4 vibration of both VHb（402） and VHb（406） had a pure and strong signal at 1375 cm-1, which proves that iron porphyrin of both the samples is at their trivalence oxidation state. And no matter lipid binds VHb or not, the vinyl of porphyrin is at cis state. The catalase activity of Vitreoscilla hemoglobin was explored with L-dopa and H2O2 as substrates. The results indicate that VHb（406） has more catalase activity than VHb（402）, VHb is a cell’s oxygen modulator and its catalase ability is modulated by the membrane.
