New Approaches and Markers for Identifying Secondary Biogenic Coalbed Gas

According to the adsorption-desorption characteristics of coalbed gas and analysis of various experimental data, this paper proposes that the generation of secondary biogenic gas （SBG） and its mixing of with the residual thermogenic gas at an early stage inevitably lead to secondary changes of the thermogenic gas and various geochemical additive effects. Experimental results also show that the fractionation of the carbon isotope of methane of coal core desorption gas changes very little; the δ13C1 value of the mixed gas of biogenic and thermogenic gases is between the δ13C1 values of the two ＂original＂ gases, and the value is determined by the carbon isotopic compositions and mixing proportions of the two ＂original＂ methanes. Therefore this paper proposes that the study on the secondary changes of the thermogenic gas and various additive effects is a new effective way to study and identify SBG. Herein, a systematic example of research on the coalbed gas （Huainan coalbed gas） is further conducted, revealing a series of secondary changes and additive effects, the main characteristics and markers of which are：（1） the contents of CO2 and heavy-hydrocarbons decrease significantly; （2） the content of CH4 increases and the gas becomes drier; （3） the δ13C and δD values of methane decrease significantly and tend to have biogenetic characteristics; and （4） the values of 513C2 and δ13Cc02 grow higher. These isotopic values also change with the degradation degrees by microbes and mixing proportions of the two kinds of gases in different locations. There exists a negative correlation between the △13C1 It＇S δ13Cco2 values. The δ13Cc2-c1 values obviously become higher. The distributions of the △δ^13Cco2-C1 values are within certain limits and show regularity. There exist a positive correlation between the N2 versus Ar contents, and a negative correlation between the N2 versus CH4 contents, indicating the down forward infiltration of the surface water containing air. Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted much attention due to their rapidly increased power conversion efficiencies,however,their inherent poor long-term stability hinders their *** degradation of PSCs first comes from the degradation of hole transport materials(HTMs).Here,we report the construction of periodicπ-columnar arrays and ionic interfaces over the skeletons by introducing cationic covalent organic frameworks(C-COFs)to the ***π-columnar arrays can optimize the charge transport ability and energy levels of the hole transport layer and suppress the degradation of HTM,and ionic interfaces over the skeletons can produce stronger electric dipole and electrostatic interactions,as well as higher charge *** C-COFs were designed and synthesized via Schiff base reaction by using 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol as a neutral knot and dimidium bromide as cationic *** neutral COFs(N-COFs)were also synthesized as a reference by using 3,8-diamino-6-phenylphenanthridine as neutral *** with cationic COF exhibit the highest efficiency of 23.4%with excellent humidity and thermal *** the best of our knowledge,this is the highest efficiency among the meso-structured PSCs fabricated by a sequential process.

Relationships between Basic and Silicic Magmatism in Continental Rift Settings:A Petrogeochemical Study of Carboniferous Post-collisional Rift Silicic Volcanics in Tianshan,NW China

Petrogeochemical data are reported for silicic volcanic rocks from the Tianshan Carboniferous rift, with the aim of discussing the petrogenesis of silicic magmas. Incompatible element vs. incompatible element diagrams display smooth positive trends for the Tianshan Carboniferous rift-related volcanic rocks; the isotope ratios of the silicic lavas [^87Sr/^86S（t）=0.699880.70532; eNd（t）=4.76-8.00; ^206pb/^204pb（t）=17.435-18.017; ^207Pb/^204Pb（t）=15.438-15.509; ^208Pb/^204Pb（t） = 37.075-37.723] encompass those of the basic lavas. These data suggest a genetic link between rhyolites and basalts, but are not definitive in establishing whether silicic rocks are related to basalts through fractional crystallization or partial melting. Geochemical modeling of incompatible vs. compatible elements excludes the possibility that silicic melts are generated by the melting of basaltic rocks, and indicates a derivation by fractional crystallization plus moderate assimilation of wall rocks （AFC） starting from intermediate rocks to silicic rocks. Continuous AFC from basalt to rhyolite, with small rates of crustal assimilation, best explains the geochemical data. The presence or absence of bimodal volcanism （the ＂Daly Gap＂） might be related to cooling rates of magma chambers. In central and eastern Tianshan, the crust was thinner and the cooling rates of the magma chamber within the crust were greater. These conditions resulted in a rapid fall in temperature within the magma reservoir and caused a narrow temperature interval over which intermediate melts formed, effectively reducing the volume of the intermediate melts.

Travelling-Wave Solutions and Interfaces for Non-Newtonian Diffusion Equations with Strong Absorption

In this paper, we first find finite travelling-wave solutions, and then investigate the short time development of interfaces for non-Newtonian diffusion equations with strong absorption. We show that the initial behavior of the interface depends on the concentration of the mass of u(x, 0) near x = 0. More precisely, we find a critical value of the concentration, which separates the heating front of interfaces from the cooling front of them.

Concentration　level　of　heavy　metals　in　the　Great　Wall　Bay，　Antarctica　in　austral　summer

Heavy metals in different marine environmental mediums from the Great Wall Bay, Antarctica were determined. Sea water samples from 14 stations, surface sediments from 2 stations and marine organisms from 1 station were analyzed for Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, Hg concentrations, The results showed that the terrestrial input characteristics of Cu, Pb and Cr in sea water was evident. Zn concentration in the outlet water was high. The difference of each heavy metal concentration in two sediments was low. The enriching ability of seaweed to Zn was relatively high. Generally speaking, the concentration level of heavy metals in the Great Wall Bay was low.

Comparative Study of Hydrogen and Carbon Isotopic Composition of Gases Generated from the Pyrolysis of a Peat under Saltwater and Freshwater Conditions

To understand the influence of the diagenetic water medium on the isotopic compositions of thermogenic coalbed gas, both hydrous and anhydrous closed-system pyrolyses were performed at temperatures of 250°C to 650°C on an herbaceous marsh peat. Compared to the results of anhydrous pyrolysis, the hydrocarbon gases generated from hydrous pyrolyses have very different hydrogen isotopic compositions. However, the carbon isotopic compositions of the hydrocarbon gases became only slightly heavier in hydrous pyrolysis, compared to that from anhydrous pyrolysis. With the progress of thermal evolution from peat to a more advanced thermal maturity of vitrinite reflectance values（Ro） of 5.5% during the pyrolysis, the difference in the average δD value increased from 52‰ to 64‰ between the hydrous pyrolysis with saltwater and anhydrous pyrolysis and increased from 18‰ to 29‰ between the hydrous pyrolysis with freshwater and anhydrous pyrolysis, respectively. The difference in the average δ^（13）C value was only 1‰–2‰ between the hydrous and anhydrous pyrolysis. The relationships between the δD values of the generated hydrocarbon gases and Ro values as well as among δD values of the hydrocarbon gas species are established. The close relationships among these parameters suggest that the water medium had a significant effect on the hydrogen isotopic composition and a minimal effect on the carbon isotopic composition of the hydrocarbon gases. The results of these pyrolyses may provide information for the understanding of the genesis of coalbed gas from herbaceous marsh material with the participation of different diagenetic water media.

A Comparison Study on the δD Value of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Hydrous Pyrolysate of Herbaceous Peat with Different Water Medium

To investigate the influence of diagenetic water media on the hydrogen isotopes of individual sedimentary aromatic compounds,a series of hydrous pyrolyses were conducted on herbaceous *** aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in hydrous pyrolysed samples and their hydrogen isotopic composition characteristics were *** aqueous medium demonstrated a significant influence on the hydrogen isotopic composition of the individual PAHs generated during *** results showed that the PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a saltwater medium with high δD value from a salt lake had a heavy hydrogen isotopic *** PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a fresh water medium with low δD value from a swamp had a light hydrogen isotopic *** difference in the average PAHδD value between the two hydrous experiments varied from -174‰ to -109‰,suggesting that the hydrogen isotopic composition of individual sedimentary PAHs can reflect the source of the diagenetic water *** addition,a comparative study found that the hydrogen isotopes of PAHs were superior to those of n-alkanes in the same sample for diagenetic water *** results indicated that the exchange of water-derived inorganic hydrogen and organic hydrogen was more intensive in freshwater experiments than in saltwater *** an increase in the simulation temperature,the average δD value of PAHs generated in the hydrous simulation experiments showed an increasing trend,reflecting that the δD value of sedimentary PAHs formed with the participation of diagenetic water media was still closely related to the thermal maturity of organic *** studies showed that theδD values of different types of organic compounds produced by hydrous pyrolysis of peat were in the order,PAHs>n-alkanes>methane.

Developing agents that can accurately differentiate tumors from normal healthy tissues is of utmost importance for safe cancer *** targeting has been considered as an effective technique for tumor *** this work,we demonstrate a folate-functionalized nanoscale covalent organic framework(FATD nCOF)highly specific to cancer cells through active targeting of their enriched folate receptors(FRs).The FATD nCOF prepared by simple post-synthetic modification of the COF surface defeats disperses well in water and exhibits a high loading capacity for various anticancer *** biocompatible FATD nCOF is selectively internalized by FR-harboring cancer cells and consequently augments the efficacy of the loaded drug,Withaferin A(Wi-A),for targeted cancer cell *** biomolecular mechanism studies,Wi-A-loaded FATD(FATD@Wi-A)nanocomposites show remarkably a higher rate of apoptosis in FR-enriched cancer *** analyses of FR-positive and FR-negative tumor xenografts reveal enhanced selective antitumor activity of FATD@Wi-A *** together,the study findings suggest that FATD nCOF holds great promise for active targeting of tumors in *** simple yet effective technology might be valuable for creating new state-of-the-art COFs for chemical and biomedical applications.

Rainfall-triggered waste dump instability analysis based on surface 3D deformation in physical model test

Landslide is the second largest natural disaster after earthquake. It is of significance to study the evolution laws and failure mechanism of landslides based on its surface 3D deformation information. Based on the rainfall-triggered waste dump instability model test, we studied the failure mechanisms of the waste dump by integrating surface deformation and internal slope stress and proposed novel parameters for identifying landslide stability. We developed a noncontact measurement device, which can obtain millimeter-level 3D deformation data for surface scene in physical model test;Then we developed the similar materials and established a test model for a waste dump. Based on the failure characteristics of slope surface, internal stress of slope body and displacement contours during the whole process, we divided the slope instability process in model test into four stages: rainfall infiltration and surface erosion, shallow sliding, deep sliding, and overall instability. Based on the obtained surface deformation data, we calculated the volume change during slope instability process and compared it with the point displacement on slope surface. The results showed that the volume change can not only reflect the slow-ultra acceleration process of slope failure, but also fully reflect the above four stages and reduce the fluctuations caused by random factors. Finally, this paper proposed two stability identification parameters: the volume change rate above the slip surface and the relative velocity of volume change rate. According to the calculation of these two parameters in model test, they can be used for study the deformation and failure mechanism of slope stability.

基于以医联体为载体促使分级诊疗服务有效发展的情形,研究政府与医疗机构合作协调转诊服务的契约机制及医联体服务运作的影响机理.通过构建一个四阶段博弈理论的排队模型,分析患者,医联体内多家社区医院和三级医院及政府各参与方之间的动态决策关系,进而给出患者下转率、社区医院的能力规划及政府补贴价格与协调各家社区医院与三级医院共享利益的均衡决策.研究发现,政府是否应该协调接收患者的社区医院对转出患者的三级医院共享收益,取决于成员社区医院规模及社区医院扩张服务能力成本大小,当且仅当社区医院不超过一定规模或其服务能力成本不超过一个阈值或补贴预算较为紧缺时,政府应协调社区医院共享收益以促使医联体转诊服务运作.数值实验结果表明,对于较大的市场需求量,医联体成员社区医院规模越小或服务能力成本越低,政府应该协调社区医院共享越高的收益率并提供越低的补贴价格以提升患者下转率,从而提升各参与方绩效和降低等待时间.提出的协调医联体转诊服务有效运行的契约机制,为政府建立科学的分级诊疗系统提供理论决策支持,并对提升医疗服务整体效能具有较高的应用价值.
