Studying molecular recognition in aqueous environments is crucial for understanding biological processes. Herein, we present a series of N-doped endo-functionalized anthracene-based cavities by introducing inward-directed pyridine units. The subtle modifications can significantly affect the binding properties of these receptors, which is similar to the mutations in biological systems. Combining theoretical calculations and molecular recognition experiments demonstrated that these “mutations” have an impact on the hydrophobicity and charge distribution of the hosts, consequently significantly influencing molecular *** is crucial for understanding the intricate mechanisms of molecular-level interactions in biological receptors.

Hydrogel scaffolds have numerous potential applications in the tissue engineering ***,tough hydrogel scaffolds implanted in vivo are seldom reported because it is difficult to balance biocompatibility and high mechanical *** by Chinese ramen,we propose a universal fabricating method(printing-P,training-T,cross-linking-C,PTC&PCT)for tough hydrogel scaffolds to fill this ***,3D printing fabricates a hydrogel scaffold with desired structures(P).Then,the scaffold could have extraordinarily high mechanical properties and functional surface structure by cycle mechanical training with salting-out assistance(T).Finally,the training results are fixed by photo-cross-linking processing(C).The tough gelatin hydrogel scaffolds exhibit excellent tensile strength of 6.66 MPa(622-fold untreated)and have excellent ***,this scaffold possesses functional surface structures from nanometer to micron to millimeter,which can efficiently induce directional cell ***,this strategy can produce bionic human tissue with mechanical properties of 10 kPa-10 MPa by changing the type of salt,and many hydrogels,such as gelatin and silk,could be improved with PTC or PCT *** experiments show that this scaffold can effectively promote the new generation of muscle fibers,blood vessels,and nerves within 4 weeks,prompting the rapid regeneration of large-volume muscle loss injuries.

We realize a wide spaced frequency comb by using an external low-fineness Fabry–Pérot(F-P)cavity to filter few-cycle laser pulses from a Kerr-lens mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser at the fundamental repetition rate of 350 *** spacing as wide as 15 GHz with spectrum covered from 690 nm to 710 nm is demonstrated,corresponding to a filter multiple of about *** scanning transmission peaks after the F-P cavity with cavity lengths are also simulated numerically,and the results are in agreement with the experiment.

Cuscuta species(dodders)are holoparasites that totally rely on host plants to *** various mobile proteins have been identified to travel within a plant,whether and to what extent protein transfer between Cuscuta and host plants remain *** found that hundreds to more than 1500 proteins were transferred between Cuscuta and the host plants Arabidopsis and soybean,and hundreds of interplant mobile proteins were even detected in the seeds of Cuscuta and the host *** hosts bridge-connected by dodder were also found to exchange hundreds of ***,the mobile proteins represent a few to more than 10%of the proteomes of foreign *** Arabidopsis plants expressing different reporter proteins,we further showed that these reporter proteins could travel between plants and,importantly,retained their activity in the foreign *** analysis between the interplant mobile proteins and mRNAs indicated that the majority of mobile proteins were not de novo synthesized from the translocated mRNAs,but bona fide mobile *** propose that large-scale inter-plant protein translocation may play an important role in the interactions between host plants and dodder and even among the dodder bridge-connected hosts.

Product selectivity and reaction pathway are highly dependent on surface structure of heterogeneous *** vapor-phase hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO),"EG route"(DMO→methyl glycolate(MG)ethylene glycol(EG)→ethanol(ET))and"MA route"(DMO→MG→methyl acetate(MA))were proposed over traditional Cu based catalysts and Mo-based or Fe-based catalysts,***,tunable yield of ET(93.7%)and MA(72.1%)were obtained through different reaction routes over WO_(x) modified Cu/SiO_(2) catalysts,and the corresponding reaction route was further proved by kinetic study and in-situ DRIFTS *** studies demonstrated that H_(2) activation ability,acid density and Cu-WO_(x) interaction on the catalysts were tuned by regulating the surface W density,which resulted in the different reaction pathway and product ***'s more,high yield of MA produced from DMO hydrogenation was firstly reported with the H_(2) pressure as low as 0.5 MPa.

Lithosphere architecture characterized by crust±mantle decoupling controls the formation of orogenic gold deposits

This study,via combined analysis of geophysical and geochemical data,reveals a lithospheric architecture characterized by crust-mantle decoupling and vertical heat-flow conduits that control orogenic gold mineralization in the Ailaoshan gold belt on the southeastern margin of *** mantle seismic tomography indicates that the crust-mantle decoupled deformation,defined from previous seismic anisotropy analysis,was formed by upwelling and lateral flow of the asthenosphere,driven by deep sub duction of the Indian continent,Our magnetotelluric and seismic images show both a vertical conductor across the Moho and high Vp/Vs anomalies both in the uppermost mantle and lowest crust,suggesting that crust-mantle decoupling promotes ponding of mantle-derived basic melts at the base of the crust via a heat-flow *** gas isotope and halogen ratios of gold-related ore minerals indicate a mantle source of ore fluid.A rapid decrease in Cl/F ratios of lamprophyres under conditions of 1.2 GPa and1050 ℃ suggests that the ore fluid was derived from degassing of the basic *** lithospheric architecture is recognized in other orogenic gold provinces,implying analogous formational controls.

The notion of learner autonomy has been widely acknowledged in the language teaching *** study investigates the basic constructs and common issues associated with learner autonomy,including major models,teacher roles and underpinning language learning *** careful examination of dominating theories involved,this study provides a contextual analysis of its interpretation in Chinese mainland,followed by discussion based on observation of a classroom learning activity within the *** relation to the problems arising from the teaching reality,it makes further exploration to propose some suggestions for achieving autonomous learning in the Chinese context.
