Regional integrated energy system(RIES)cluster,i.e.,multi-source integration and multi-region coordination,is an effective approach for increasing energy utilization efficiency.The hierarchical architecture and limited information sharing of RIES cluster make it difficult for traditional game theory to accurately describe their game behavior.Thus,a hierarchical game approach considering bounded rationality is proposed in this paper to balance the interests of optimizing RIES cluster under privacy protection.A Stackelberg game with the cluster operator(CO)as the leader and multiple RIES as followers is developed to simultaneously optimize leader benefit and RIES utilization efficiency.Concurrently,a slight altruistic function is introduced to simulate the game behavior of each RIES agent on whether to cooperate or not.By introducing an evolutionary game based on bounded rationality in the lower layer,the flaw of the assumption that participants are completely rational can be avoided.Specially,for autonomous optimal dispatching,each RIES is treated as a prosumer,fexibly switching its market participation role to achieve cluster coordination optimization.Case studies on a RIES cluster verify effectiveness of the proposed approach.

High-static-low-dynamic stiffness isolator based on an electromagnetic negative stiffness spring with long linear stroke

Negative stiffness mechanisms can improve low-frequency vibration isolation performance and have been widely used in the vibration isolation of precision equipment. However, the negative stiffness mechanism usually introduces a nonlinear stiffness,resulting in a nonlinear response and worsening the vibration isolation performance, especially under large amplitude vibration.In this paper, an electromagnetic spring with linear negative stiffness(ESLNS) is proposed, in which the antagonistic ampere forces of the energized coils are used to generate negative stiffness within a long linear stroke. The magnetic field distribution is improved through the design of the magnetic circuit, thereby increasing the stiffness generation efficiency. The stiffness can be adjusted bidirectionally by current within the range of positive and negative stiffness. An electromagnetic stiffness model was established based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method. Experimental measurements verified the accuracy of the model and proved the linearity of the electromagnetic spring. A vibration isolator with high static and low dynamic stiffness(HSLDS) based on the ESLNS is designed and tested. The experimental results prove that the introduction of the ESLNS can effectively expand the isolation frequency band without changing the equilibrium position. Moreover, the vibration isolator with ESLNS does not produce nonlinear response. The proposed electromagnetic spring with linear negative stiffness extends the application range of HSLDS isolators to a large amplitude vibration environment.

Atorvastatin ameliorated myocardial fibrosis by inhibiting oxidative stress and modulating macrophage polarization in diabetic cardiomyopathy

In this editorial,we commented on the article published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Diabetes.Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is characterized by myocardial fibrosis,ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction in diabetic patients,which can cause heart failure and threaten the life of patients.The pathogenesis of DCM has not been fully clarified,and it may involve oxidative stress,inflammatory stimulation,apoptosis,and autophagy.There is lack of effective therapies for DCM in the clinical practice.Statins have been widely used in the clinical practice for years mainly to reduce cholesterol and stabilize arterial plaques,and exhibit definite cardiovascular protective effects.Studies have shown that statins also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.We were particularly concerned about the recent findings that atorvastatin alleviated myocardial fibrosis in db/db mice by regulating the antioxidant stress and antiinflammatory effects of macrophage polarization on diabetic myocardium,and thereby improving DCM.

Rational design of robust and transparent superrepellent surfaces for long-term marine antifouling

Superhydrophobic surfaces have demonstrated exceptional efficacy in combatting biofouling contaminations of optical devices and equipment in marine applications. However, the fabrication of highly transparent superhydrophobic materials remains a formidable challenge due to the inherent trade-off between surface roughness for superhydrophobicity and optical transparency.Herein, we design a robust and transparent superhydrophobic coating(Si-POSS) embedded silica nanoparticles(200 nm) with fluorinated polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes(F-POSS) and zinc pyrithione(ZPT). The Si-POSS coating exhibits excellent water repellence toward diverse liquids and optical transmittance exceeding 90% in the visible spectrum. Moreover, the Si-POSS coating sustains long-term anti-bacterial(> 99.11%) and anti-algal effects for over 30 days, accompanied by mechanical,chemical, and thermal stability. This research asserts that the Si-POSS coating with outstanding combined characteristics holds significant potential for marine applications, particularly in self-cleaning and antifouling endeavors.

BACKGROUND Diabetes foot is one of the most serious complications of diabetes and an important cause of death and disability,traditional treatment has poor efficacy and there is an urgent need to develop a practical treatment method.AIM To investigate whether Huangma Ding or autologous platelet-rich gel(APG)treatment would benefit diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD)patients with foot ulcers.METHODS A total of 155 diabetic LEAD patients with foot ulcers were enrolled and divided into three groups:Group A(62 patients;basal treatment),Group B(38 patients;basal treatment and APG),and Group C(55 patients;basal treatment and Huangma Ding).All patients underwent routine follow-up visits for six months.After follow-up,we calculated the changes in all variables from baseline and determined the differences between groups and the relationships between parameters.RESULTS The infection status of the three groups before treatment was the same.Procalcitonin(PCT)improved after APG and Huangma Ding treatment more than after traditional treatment and was significantly greater in Group C than in Group B.Logistic regression analysis revealed that PCT was positively correlated with total amputation,primary amputation,and minor amputation rates.The ankle-brachial pressure and the transcutaneous oxygen pressure in Groups B and C were greater than those in Group A.The major amputation rate,minor amputation rate,and total amputation times in Groups B and C were lower than those in Group A.CONCLUSION Our research indicated that diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs)lead to major amputation,minor amputation,and total amputation through local infection and poor microcirculation and macrocirculation.Huangma Ding and APG were effective attreating DFUs.The clinical efficacy of Huangma Ding was better than that of autologous platelet gel,which may be related to the better control of local infection by Huangma Ding.This finding suggested that in patients with DFUs combined with coinfection,controlling infection is as important as improving circu

Adopting a nano-and micro-structuring approach to fully unleashing the genuine potential of electrode active material benefits in-depth understandings and research progress toward higher energy density electrochemical energy stor-age devices at all technology readiness levels.Due to various challenging issues,especially limited stability,nano-and micro-structured(NMS)electrodes undergo fast electrochemical performance degradation.The emerging NMS scaffold design is a pivotal aspect of many electrodes as it endows them with both robustness and electrochemical performance enhancement,even though it only occupies comple-mentary and facilitating components for the main mechanism.However,extensive efforts are urgently needed toward optimizing the stereoscopic geometrical design of NMS scaffolds to minimize the volume ratio and maximize their functionality to fulfill the ever-increasing dependency and desire for energy power source supplies.This review will aim at highlighting these NMS scaffold design strategies,summariz-ing their corresponding strengths and challenges,and thereby outlining the potential solutions to resolve these challenges,design principles,and key perspectives for future research in this field.Therefore,this review will be one of the earliest reviews from this viewpoint.

为提高全卷积孪生网络(SiamFC)跟踪器在复杂场景下的跟踪能力,缓解跟踪器在跟踪过程中出现的目标漂移问题,提出一种结合空间注意力机制的实时目标跟踪算法。在SiamFC框架基础上,将改进的视觉几何组(VGG)网络作为主干网络,增强跟踪器对于目标深度特征的建模能力。对自注意力机制进行优化,提出一种即插即用的轻量级单卷积注意力模块(SCAM),将空间注意力分解为2个并行的一维特征编码过程,减少空间注意力的计算复杂度。保留跟踪过程中的初始目标模板作为第1模板,通过分析连通域在跟踪结果响应图的变化动态选择第2模板,融合2个模板后对目标进行定位。实验结果表明:在OTB100、LaSOT和UAV123数据集上,所提算法相比于SiamFC跟踪成功率分别提高了0.082、0.045和0.045,跟踪精度分别提高了0.118、0.051和0.062;在VOT2018数据集上,所提算法相比于SiamFC在跟踪准确率、鲁棒性和期望平均重叠率上分别提高了0.029、0.276和0.134;跟踪速度达到了70帧/s,能够满足实时跟踪的需求。

Clinical Predictors of Outcome in Patients with Anti-neutrophil Cytoplasmic Autoantibody-related Renal Vasculitis： Experiences from a Single-center

Background： Primary anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis （AAV） is a chronic autoimmune disease associated with multisystem dysfunction. Renal involvement is common and closely associated with outcome. The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical determinants of mortality of patients with AAV-related renal injury in the first 2 years after diagnosis in a single West Chinese center. Methods： Demographic and laboratory parameters of 123 consecutive patients with AAV-related renal injury diagnosed in Renal Division and Institute ofNephrology, Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital between 2004 and 2012 were collected retrospectively. All patients were followed up for 2 years after diagnosis. Survivors were compared with nonsurvivors to identify the clinical baseline variables associated with mortality. Multivariate Cox regression model was used to determine the independent predictors of mortality. Results： Of the 123 patients, 46 （37.4%） died by the end of 2 years after diagnosis, with 41 （33.3%） patients dying within the first 12 months. In comparison with the survivors, Birmingham Vasculitis Activity Score （BVAS）, the incidence of pulmonary hemorrhage and digestive system （DS） involvement, serum creatinine, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly higher in nonsurvivors, whereas lymphocyte counts, hemoglobin, and complement 3 （C3） were significantly lower. Renal replacement therapy was more common in nonsurvivors. High BVAS （hazard ratio [HR] = 1.058, 95% confidence interval [CI]： 1.002-1. I17; P = 0.042）, pulmonary hemorrhage （MR = 1.970, 95% CI： 1.033-3.757; P = 0.04）, DS involvement （HR = 2.911,95% （7：1.212-6.911 ： P = 0.017）4 and serum creatinine 〉400 μmol/L （MR = 2.910, 95% CI： 1.271-6.664, P = 0.012） were independent predictors of death in patients with AAV-related renal injury. 抽水蓄能在消纳新能源、实现调峰电源清洁替代等方面发挥着显著的节能减排绿色效益。首先,阐述了目前抽水蓄能参与碳配额交易市场和自愿减排量交易市场的现状,分析了抽水蓄能在减少弃风弃光和实现调峰电源清洁替代过程中发挥减排作用的机理。然后,根据国家核证自愿减排量(Chinese certified emission reduction,CCER)方法学体系,建立了抽水蓄能碳减排项目情景与计算模型,并计算了全国4个区域典型电站的实际碳减排量,其中华东、华中和东北区域的电站年减排量均在10万~30万t。最后,总结了区域内火电电量占比和电站综合效率是影响抽水蓄能减碳作用的关键因素。相关研究可为抽水蓄能CCER方法学开发与碳减排计量提供参考。

植物入侵已成为全球生态系统最严重的威胁之一。当具有克隆生长能力的入侵植物入侵或定殖到新的生境时,它们相互连接的分株可能受到异质光照的影响。在异质光照条件下,克隆整合对入侵植物化感作用的影响尚不清楚。为研究异质光照条件下克隆整合对入侵植物南美蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)化感作用的影响,采用两个连续分株的克隆片段进行了盆栽试验。较老的分株暴露在全光下,而年轻的分株则受到20%的全光照。同时,每个克隆片段的年轻分株与目标植株(一个番茄苗)在盆栽中相邻生长。南美蟛蜞菊的两个连续分株之间的匍匐茎设置切断和不切断两种处理。另外,两株番茄幼苗(一株作为目标植株)在盆栽中相邻生长作为对照。研究结果表明,当与目标植物相邻生长的南美蟛蜞菊分株之间的匍匐茎保持完整时,目标植株的生物量积累、叶片叶绿素和氮含量、叶绿素荧光参数和净光合速率及其根长和活性相较于匍匐茎切断处理显著降低。异质光照条件下连续两个分株之间碳水化合物的运输或共享可以增强20%全光处理下年轻分株的化感作用。克隆整合在异质光照条件下对具有克隆生长能力的入侵植物的入侵或定殖具有重要意义。
