In this study,plasma density measurements were performed near the plume region of the remote plasma source (RPS) in Ar/NF3 gas mixtures using a microwave cutoff *** measured plasma density is in the range of 1010-1011 cm-3 in the discharge conditions with RPS powers of 2-4 kW and gas pressures of 0.87-4 *** plasma density decreased with increasing gas pressures and RPS powers under various Ar/NF3 mixing *** decrease in the plasma density measured at the fixed measurement position (plume region) can be understood by the reduction of the electron energy relaxation length with increases in the gas pressures and mixing ratio of NF3/(Ar/NF3).We also performed downstream etching of silicon and silicon oxide films in this *** etch rate of the silicon films significantly increases while the silicon oxide is slightly etched with the gas pressures and *** was also found that the etch rate strongly depends on the wafer position on the processing chamber electrode,and that the etch selectivity reached 96-131 in the discharge conditions of RF powers (3730-4180 W) and gas pressures (3.6-4 Torr).

The last decade has witnessed remarkable technological advances in mass spectrometry-based proteomics. The development of proteomics techniques has enabled the reliable analysis of complex proteomes, leading to the identification and quantification of thousands of proteins in gastric cancer cells, tissues, and sera. This quantitative information has been used to profile the anomalies in gastric cancer and provide insights into the pathogenic mechanism of the disease. In this review, we mainly focus on the advances in mass spectrometry and quantitative proteomics that were achieved in the last five years and how these up-andcoming technologies are employed to track biochemical changes in gastric cancer cells. We conclude by presenting a perspective on quantitative proteomics and its future applications in the clinic and translational gastric cancer research.

A pilot wire drawing machine as well as wire end-pointing roller was developed. Using these machines, a wire drawing test for four different coating materials and two different lubricants was performed as the reduction ratio increased from 10% to 30%. Materials used for a substrate in this study are plain carbon steel （AIS11045） and ultra low carbon bainite steel. To compute the friction coefficient between the coating layer of wire and the surface of die lbr a specific lubricant, a series of finite element analyses were carried out. SEM observations were also conducted to investigate the surface defects of wire deformed. Results show that the behavior of drawing force varies with the lubricant-type at the initial stage of drawing. The powder-typed lubricant with a large particle causes the retardation of lull lubrication on the entire contact surface and the local delamination of coating layer on the wire surface. As the flow stress of a substrate increases, the delamination becomes severe.

SAW sensors using five different types of polymer to detect of chemical agents(DMMP,CH_3CN,CH_2Cl_2,DCP) have been fabricated and its gas response characteristics were extensively *** polymers used as the sensing material are polyisobutylene(PIB),polyepichlorohydrin(PECH),polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),polyisoprene(PIP)and polybutadiene(PBD).Their thin films were coated on quartz substrate by spin coating *** types of simulants gases,dimethylmethylphosphonate(DMMP),acetonitrile(CH_3CN)and dichloromethane(CH_2Cl_2),dichloropentane(DCP)were used as target gases,instead of the real nerve,blood,choking and vesicant *** spin coating of PIB and PECH,the substrates were heated to 65℃with N_2 flow for 1 h to remove the cyclohexane and ethylacetate which was used as solvent. PDMS was heated to 75℃with N_2 flow for 2 h to remove the ethylacetate which was used as *** and PIP on the substrate were heated to 60℃with N_2 flow for 1 h to remove the benzen which was used as *** sensing characteristics of the SAW sensors were measured by using E-5061A network analyzer.

Measuring the characteristics of seawater constituent is in great demand for studies of marine ecosystems and ***,existing techniques based on remote sensing or in situ samplings present various tradeoffs with regard to the diversity,synchronism,temporal-spatial resolution,and depth-resolved capacity of their data ***,we demonstrate a novel oceanic triple-field-of-view(FOV)high-spectral-resolution lidar(HSRL)with an iterative retrieval *** technique provides,for the first time,comprehensive,continuous,and vertical measurements of seawater absorption coefficient,scattering coefficient,and slope of particle size distribution,which are validated by simulations and field ***,it depicts valuable application potentials in the accuracy improvement of seawater classification and the continuous estimation of depth-resolved particulate organic carbon *** triple-FOV HSRL with high performance could greatly increase the knowledge of seawater constituents and promote the understanding of marine ecosystems and biogeochemistry.

Carbide nucleation, growth and trapping behavior in directionally solidified MAR-M247 LC alloy and the corresponding mechanism have been investigated. Carbide forming element enrichment controls the carbide nucleation and the carbide growth behavior. If the carbide forming element enrichment and the nucleation sites are suitable, carbide nucleation can occur both above and below the liquids temperature. Heterogeneous carbide nucleation is the preferred nucleation mechanism at low carbide forming element enrichment. Carbide growth occurs mainly at inter-secondary gamma dendrite arm area and lower part of the mushy zone. The carbides are subsequently trapped at these positions after growing to a certain size. Some carbides are only partially trapped by the solid-liquid interface and the carbide growth accelerates after being partially trapped. A critical growth rate exists between 2 multiplied by 10** minus **6 m/s and 5 multiplied by 10** minus **6 m/s. The carbide volume fraction decreases in the directionally solidified part at slow growth rate which is caused by the lack of suitable growth site and the low trapping ability of the solid-liquid interface. Latin America has emerged as an epicenter of the COVID-19 ***,Peru,and Ecuador report some of the highest COVID-19 rates of incidence and deaths in the *** countries also face synergistic threats from multiple infectious diseases(that is,ecosyndemic)and quasi-periodic El Niño-related hazards every few *** example,Peru,which is highly sensitive to El Niño,already copes with an ecosyndemic health burden that heightens during and following weather and climate extreme *** an ecosyndemic lens,which draws on a multi-disease hazard context of place,this commentary highlights the importance of El Niño as a major factor that not only may aggravate COVID-19 incidence in the future,but also the broader health problem of ecosyndemic vulnerability in Latin America.

Glass forming ability (GFA) and structural characterization of a new amorphous Al-Ni-Sr alloy melt spun were investigated on the theory of the factors for the glass formation. The GFA was varied with the ratio of Ni to Sr in detail and successful amorphous phase dispersed with 2 ～ 5 nm precipitates was prepared from Al-Ni5-Sr3. Thermal stability and crystallization behavior of the amorphous phase were determined by continuous and isothermal heating technique on DCS, resulting that the crystallization occurs by the growth of fcc Al nanocrystals on the preexistent nuclei.

Deformation behavior of 1 Al containing Mg alloy has been investigated in the present *** annealing,the Mg-1 Al alloy shows a typical basal *** compared to the pure Mg having a similar texture and grain size,the Mg-1 Al alloy shows much higher strength and larger *** trace analyses of the tensile strained specimens show that non-basal slips such as pyramidal I and II slips can be easily activated at an early stage of deformation in the Mg-1 Al alloy and the grains in the Mg-1 Al alloy are seen to accommodate a larger degree of deformation than those in the pure Mg at a given *** increasing tensile strain,however,there is a strain localization along the initially formed slip lines of non-basal slips,forming surface steps without activating multiple slip lines.
