To investigate the relationship between grain sizes, seepage capacity, and oil-displacement efficiency in the Liushagang Formation of the Beibuwan Basin, this study identifies the multistage pore-throat structure as a crucial factor through a comparison of oil displacement in microscopic pore-throat experiments. The two-phase flow evaluation method based on the Li-Horne model is utilized to effectively characterize and quantify the seepage characteristics of different reservoirs, closely relating them to the distribution of microscopic pores and throats. It is observed that conglomerate sandstones at different stages exhibit significant heterogeneity and noticeable differences in seepage capacity, highlighting the crucial role played by certain large pore throats in determining seepage capacity and oil displacement efficiency. Furthermore, it was found that the displacement effects of conglomeratic sandstones with strong heterogeneity were inferior to those of conventional homogeneous sandstone, as evidenced by multiple displacement experiments conducted on core samples with varying granularities and flooding systems. Subsequently, core-based experiments on associated gas flooding after water flooding were conducted to address the challenge of achieving satisfactory results in a single displacement mode for reservoirs with significant heterogeneity. The results indicate that the oil recovery rates for associated gas flooding after water flooding increased by 7.3%-16.4% compared with water flooding alone at a gas-oil ratio of approximately 7000 m^(3)/m^(3). Therefore, considering the advantages of gas flooding in terms of seepage capacity, oil exchange ratio, and the potential for two-phase production, gas flooding is recommended as an energy supplement mode for homogeneous reservoirs in the presence of sufficient gas source and appropriate tectonic angle. Various deep learning models have been proposed for the accurate assisted diagnosis of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Most studies predominantly employ Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs),which focus solely on local features,thus encountering difficulties in handling global *** contrast to natural images,Structural Magnetic Resonance Imaging(sMRI)images exhibit a higher number of channel ***,during the Position Embedding stage ofMulti Head Self Attention(MHSA),the coded information related to the channel dimension is *** tackle these issues,we propose theRepBoTNet-CESA network,an advanced AD-aided diagnostic model that is capable of learning local and global features *** combines the advantages of CNN networks in capturing local information and Transformer networks in integrating global information,reducing computational costs while achieving excellent classification ***,it uses the Cubic Embedding Self Attention(CESA)proposed in this paper to incorporate the channel code information,enhancing the classification performance within the Transformer ***,the RepBoTNet-CESA performs well in various AD-aided diagnosis tasks,with an accuracy of 96.58%,precision of 97.26%,and recall of 96.23%in the AD/NC task;an accuracy of 92.75%,precision of 92.84%,and recall of 93.18%in the EMCI/NC task;and an accuracy of 80.97%,precision of 83.86%,and recall of 80.91%in the AD/EMCI/LMCI/NC *** demonstrates that RepBoTNet-CESA delivers outstanding outcomes in various AD-aided diagnostic ***,our study has shown that MHSA exhibits superior performance compared to conventional attention mechanisms in enhancing ResNet ***,the Deeper RepBoTNet-CESA network fails to make further progress in AD-aided diagnostic tasks.

Although there have been significant advances in the treatment of heart failure in recent years,chronic heart failure remains a leading cause of cardiovascular disease-related *** studies have found that targeted cardiac metabolic remodeling has good potential for the treatment of heart ***,most of the drugs that increase cardiac energy are still in the theoretical or testing *** research has found that botanical drugs not only increase myocardial energy metabolism through multiple targets but also have the potential to restore the balance of myocardial substrate *** this review,we summarized the mechanisms by which botanical drugs(the active ingredients/formulas/Chinese patent medicines)improve substrate utilization and promote myocardial energy metabolism by activating AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs)and other related *** the same time,some potential protective effects of botanical drugs on myocardium,such as alleviating oxidative stress and dysbiosis signaling,caused by metabolic disorders,were briefly discussed.

Chemical short-range orders(CSROs),as the built-in sub-nanoscale entities in a high-/medium-entropy alloy(H/MEA),have aroused an ever-increasing *** multi-principal elements in an H/MEA to form a complex concentrated solution,a variety of sub-systems of species exist to induce the metastable ordered compounds as candidates for ultimate *** issues remain pending on the origin of CSROs as to how to judge if CSRO will form in an H/MEA and particularly,what kind of CSROs would be stably produced if there were multiple ***,the first-principles method,along with the proposed local formation energy calculation in allusion to the atomic-scale chemical heterogeneities,is used to predict the CSRO formation based on the mechanical stability,thermodynamic formation energy,and electronic *** simulations are detailed in an equiatomic ternary VCoNi MEA with three kinds of potential compounds,i.e.,L1_(1),L1_(2),and B2,in the face-centered cubic *** turns out that L1_(1)is stable but hard to grow up so as to become the final CSRO.L1_(1)is further predicted as CSROs in CrCoNi,but unable to form in FeCoNi and CrMnFeCoNi *** predictions are consistent with the experimental *** findings shed light on understanding the formation of *** method is applicable to other H/MEAs to design and tailor CSROs by tuning chemical species/contents and thermal processing for high performance.

Effect of high-multiple water injection on rock pore structure and oil displacement efficiency

Experimental methods,including mercury pressure,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and core(wateroil)displacement,are used to examine the effects of high-multiple water injection(*** injection with high injected pore volume)on rock properties,pore structure and oil displacement efficiency of an oilfield in the western South China *** results show an increase in the permeability of rocks along with particle migration,an increase in the pore volume and the average pore throat radius,and enhanced heterogeneity after high-multiple water *** with normal water injection methods,a high-multiple water injection is more effective in improving the oil displacement *** degree of recovery increases faster in the early stage due to the expansion of the swept area,and the transition from oil-wet to *** degree of recovery increases less in the late stage due to various factors,including the enhancement of heterogeneity in the *** both the economic aspect and the production limit of water flooding,it is recommended to adopt other technologies to further enhance oil recovery after 300 PV water injection.

In this study,microstructure and mechanical behavior of two types of Mg-based bimetal plates with a high formability sleeve were systematically studied,with a great emphasis on the effect of the interface characteristic and the sleeve fraction on the plasticity of composite *** rule of mixtures(ROM)for elongation was also *** results show that when there is no or thin diffusion layer with thickness of about 3μm,Mg-based bimetal plates have a good plasticity with elongation of about 19-24%,and the ROM predicted elongations are very close to the experimental *** contrast,with a diffusion layer about 95-155μm thick,Mg-based bimetal plates exhibit a poor plasticity with elongation of about 11-17%,and the experimental elongations largely deviate from the ROM *** plasticity of Mg-based bimetal plates increases with increasing sleeve *** study provides new insights on the plastic deformation of Mg-based bimetal composites with a high formability sleeve.

Silicon interposers embedded with ultra-deep through-silicon vias(TSVs)are in great demand for the heterogeneous integration and packaging of opto-electronic chiplets and microelectromechanical systems(MEMS)*** the cost-effective and reliable manufacturing of ultra-deep TSVs,the formation of continuous barrier and seed layers remains a crucial challenge to ***,we present a novel dual catalysis-based electroless plating(ELP)technique by tailoring polyimide(PI)liner surfaces to fabricate dense combined Ni barrier/seed layers in ultradeep *** additional to the conventional acid catalysis procedure,a prior catalytic step in an alkaline environment is proposed to hydrolyze the PI surface into a polyamide acid(PAA)interfacial layer,resulting in additional catalysts and the formation of a dense Ni layer that can function as both a barrier layer and a seed layer,particularly at the bottom of the deep *** with depths larger than 500μm and no voids are successfully fabricated in this *** fabrication process involves low costs and *** a fabricated 530-μm-deep TSV with a diameter of 70μm,the measured depletion capacitance and leakage current are approximately 1.3 pF and 1.7 pA at 20 V,respectively,indicating good electrical *** proposed fabrication strategy can provide a cost-effective and feasible solution to the challenge of manufacturing ultra-deep TSVs for modern 3D heterogeneous integration and packaging applications.
