Periodic patternmining has become a popular research subject in recent years;this approach involves the discoveryof frequently recurring patterns in a transaction sequence. However, previous algorithms for periodic patternmining have ignored the utility (profit, value) of patterns. Additionally, these algorithms only identify periodicpatterns in a single sequence. However, identifying patterns of high utility that are common to a set of sequencesis more valuable. In several fields, identifying high-utility periodic frequent patterns in multiple sequences isimportant. In this study, an efficient algorithm called MHUPFPS was proposed to identify such patterns. To addressexisting problems, three new measures are defined: the utility, high support, and high-utility period sequenceratios. Further, a new upper bound, upSeqRa, and two new pruning properties were proposed. MHUPFPS usesa newly defined HUPFPS-list structure to significantly accelerate the reduction of the search space and improvethe overall performance of the algorithm. Furthermore, the proposed algorithmis evaluated using several *** experimental results indicate that the algorithm is accurate and effective in filtering several non-high-utilityperiodic frequent patterns.

In this paper, we solve the so-called CR Poincare-lelong equation by solving the CR Poisson equation on a complete noncompact CR （2n ＋ 1）-manifold with nonegative pseudohermitian bisectional curvature tensors and vanishing torsion which is an odd dimensional counterpart of Kahler geometry. With applications of this solution plus the CR Liouvelle property, we study the structures of complete noncompact Sasakian manifolds and CR Yamabe steady solitons.

With the development of intelligent agents pursuing humanisation,artificial intelligence must consider emotion,the most basic spiritual need in human *** emotional dialogue systems usually use an external emotional dictionary to select appropriate emotional words to add to the response or concatenate emotional tags and semantic features in the decoding step to generate appropriate ***,selecting emotional words from a fixed emotional dictionary may result in loss of the diversity and consistency of the *** propose a semantic and emotion-based dual latent variable generation model(Dual-LVG)for dialogue systems,which is able to generate appropriate emotional responses without an emotional *** from previous work,the conditional variational autoencoder(CVAE)adopts the standard transformer ***,Dual-LVG regularises the CVAE latent space by introducing a dual latent space of semantics and *** content diversity and emotional accuracy of the generated responses are improved by learning emotion and semantic features ***,the average attention mechanism is adopted to better extract semantic features at the sequence level,and the semi-supervised attention mechanism is used in the decoding step to strengthen the fusion of emotional features of the *** results show that Dual-LVG can successfully achieve the effect of generating different content by controlling emotional factors.

Autologous chondrocytes(C cells)are effective sources of cell therapy for engineering cartilage tissue to repair chondral defects,such as degenerative *** expansion of cells with C cell characteristics has become a major challenge due to inadequate donor sites and poor proliferation of mature C *** perichondrial progenitor cells(P cells)from the cambium layer of the perichondrium possessed significantly higher mesenchymal stem cell markers than C *** the transwell co-culture system,P cells increased the passaging capacity of C cells from P6 to P9,and the cell number increased 128 *** system increased the percentage of Alcian blue-positive C cells from 40%in P6 to 62%in P9,contributing about 198 times more Alcian blue-positive C cells than the control group.C cells co-cultured with P cells also exhibited higher proliferation than C cells cultured with P cellconditioned *** results were obtained in nude mice that were subcutaneously implanted with C cells,P cells or a mixture of the two cell types,in which the presence of both cells enhanced neocartilage formation in ***,P cells enhanced the proliferation of C cells in a dose–dependent manner and prolonged the longevity of mature C cells for clinical applications.

Three C2-symmetric (10R,11R)-diethyl substituted dibenzosuberane (DBS)-based helicenes with varying steric and conjugation demands of their bottom fragments were synthesized. Only the helicene-7a[with the bottom part derived from tetralone was found photo-switchable in reasonable time scale. Photoisomerization of the diastereomerically pure (10R,11R,P)-helicene (7a) at 280 nm led to virtually exclusive formation of the opposite M form-diastereomer 7a′ (7a′/7a = 99.6/0.4). The preferential return of 7a′ to 7a can be effected upon irradiation at 254 nm (7a′/7a = 3G/67) or thermally at 130 7a′/7a = 0/100). The photo-induced switching process amounts to a 133% difference in d.e. (from 99.2% to-34%). The concomitant change of helicene chirality between these two diastereomeric photostationary states augurs well for their potential application as an optical switch in LC materials. To our knowledge, our system serves as the best chirochromic optical switch as compared to the examples possessing similar photochromic properties.

Accelerated materials development with machine learning(ML)assisted screening and high throughput experimentation for new photovoltaic materials holds the key to addressing our grand energy ***-driven ML is envisaged as a decisive enabler for new perovskite materials ***,its full potential can be severely curtailed by poorly represented molecular descriptors(or fingerprints).Optimal descriptors are essential for establishing effective mathematical representations of quantitative structure-property *** we reveal that our persistent functions(PFs)based learning models offer significant accuracy advantages over traditional descriptor based models in organic-inorganic halide perovskite(OIHP)materials design and have similar performance as deep learning *** multiscale simplicial complex approach not only provides a more precise representation for OIHP structures and underlying interactions,but also has better transferability to ML *** results demonstrate that advanced geometrical and topological invariants are highly efficient feature engineering approaches that can markedly improve the performance of learning models for molecular data ***,new structure-property relationships can be established between our invariants and *** anticipate that our molecular representations and featurization models will transcend the limitations of conventional approaches and lead to breakthroughs in perovskite materials design and discovery.

In this study we evaluated the bacterial diversity in a soil sample from a site next to a chemical industrial factory previously contaminated with heavy metals. Analysis of 16S rDNA sequences amplified from DNA directly extracted from the soil revealed 17 different bacterial types （genera and/or species）. They included Polyangium spp., Sphingomonas spp., Variovorax spp., Hafina spp., Clostridia, Acidobacteria, the enterics and some uncultured strains. Microbes able to tolerate high concentrations of cadmium （500μmol/L and above） were also isolated from the soil. These isolates included strains of Acinetobacter （strain CD06）, Enterobacter sp. （strains CD01, CD03, CD04 and CD08）（similar strains also identified in culture-independent approach） and a strain of Stenotrophomonas sp. The results indicated that the species identified from direct analysis of 16S rDNA of the soil can be quite different from those strains obtained from enrichment cultures and the microbial activities for heavy metal resistance might be more appropriately addressed by the actual isolates.

A single Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD) plasma actuator driven by Alternating Current(AC) power, capable of inducing a starting vortex and a wall jet in quiescent air, is suited for low-Reynolds-number flow control. However, the starting vortex and the wall jet are usually observed after the plasma actuator has been operated for dozens of and hundreds of cycles of the voltage, respectively. The detail of the induced flow field at the initiation stage of the plasma actuator has rarely been addressed. At the initiation stage, a thin jet that provides the impetus for the entrainment of the induced flow at the beginning of the plasma actuation is first observed by using a high-accuracy phase-lock Schlieren technique and a high-speed Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV) system. This is the initial form of the momentum transfer from the plasma to the ***, an arched type jet is created by the plasma actuator. In addition, the whole development process of the induced flow field from the starting point of the thin jet to the quasi-steady stage of wall jet is presented for providing a comprehensive understanding of the plasma actuator and proposing a relevant enhancement of the numerical simulation model.
