In this paper,we propose a doping approach to lower the error floor of Low-Density Parity-Check(LDPC)*** doping component is a short block code in which the information bits are selected from the coded bits of the dominant trapping sets of the LDPC ***,an algorithm for selecting the information bits of the short code is proposed,and a specific two-stage decoding algorithm is *** results demonstrate that the proposed doped LDPC code achieves up to 2.0 dB gain compared with the original LDPC code at a frame error rate of 10^(-6)Furthermore,the proposed design can lower the error floor of original LDPC Codes.

Particle coating is a common operation in the controlled-release fertilizer (CRF) industry,where a coating layer is appliedto the urea cores.A discrete element method (DEm) computer simulation was applied to model the coating process for the urea granules using measured model *** accuracy of DEm input parameters for the coating material properties and the physical and mechanical characterizations of urea granules are crucial to the study of particle coating ***,to enhance the simulation accuracy,information on the material properties (urea granules) is *** this study,the elasticity parameters,shear modulus ,coefficient of restitution (CoR),and coefficient of rolling and static friction (CoRF) and (CoSF) of urea granules are estimated experimentally in addition to the physical *** sensitivity of the angle of repose of the urea bed was investigated at different coefficients of *** to the obtained experimental value of the angle of repose,values of 0.2 and 0.3 for CoRF and CoSF,respectively,were adjusted to obtain consistent urea granules’ motion for simulation and the ***,the spray droplet sizes and velocity distributions were estimated using the video-imaging process *** on this experimental characterization,elasticity parameters and spray properties were integrated into DEm simulation software as input data to perform numerical analysis of the coating process to compare simulation and experimental results,which show uniformity at three different pan speeds with a maximum deviation of 0.033 at 5 ***,consistency between DEm and experiment results was achieved in terms of average coating thickness (μm) of the selected samples and average intra-particle thickness variation ( CoV intra ).These results revealed that the coating film thickness is proportional to the rotation speed for the experiment and *** enhance the inter-particle coating uniformity,the effects of the

Guided by the theoretical processes of mindfulness and psychological well-being,this study examined serenity as a mediator between mindfulness facets and psychological well-being,as indexed by depressive symptoms and life *** were 133 mindfulness practitioners who took part in a 3-day transnational meditation event in hong *** informed consent,participants completed a self-report *** findings from structural equation modeling showed that serenity mediated the relation between two facets of mindfulness,including describing and nonreacting to inner experience,and life *** also mediated the relation between the mindfulness facet of describing and depressive *** associations were indicated between two mindfulness facets,including observing and nonjudging of inner experience,and depressive *** together,the findings revealed mindfulness facets as major correlates of serenity and psychological outcomes among Chinese meditation *** foster psychological well-being,researchers,educators,and practitioners should pay attention to the role of serenity,describing,and nonreacting to inner experience in mental health.

应用"一个珠子一个化合物"的组合化学肽库,以期筛选得到特异性识别非小细胞肺癌细胞(A549)的小分子肽.初次筛选共得到29个与A549阳性结合的珠子,经氨基酸序列分析后发现含有-NGXG-肽链结构的序列共有10个.选择cNGQGEQc作进一步的细胞特异性研究,发现cNGQGEQc与非小细胞肺癌A549、Calu-1及h178的粘附特异性明显高于其他细胞系,对cNGQGEQc的结构分析显示,-NGXG-及六肽长度对小分子肽与A549细胞的粘附非常重要.标记FITC的小分子肽cNGQGEQc能与A549细胞发生特异性结合.用抗整合素的抗体(!1～6,"v和#1～5)阻断小分子肽与A549细胞表面的相应受体结合,结果显示,α3与$亚单位的任何组合均对cNGQGEQc与A549细胞的粘附有明显的阻断作用.结果表明,小分子肽cNGQGEQc是通过细胞表面整合素α3与非小细胞肺癌A549发生特异性结合.

应用“一个珠子一个化合物”的组合化学肽库技术,筛选得到特异性识别小细胞肺癌细胞(DmS53)的小分子肽.初次筛选共得到32个与DmS53阳性结合的珠子,经氨基酸序列分析后发现,含有cNGRXXXc或cXNGRXXc肽链结构的序列共有10个.再次合成三种有代表性的小分子肽,发现cFNGRQQc与DmS53的结合率明显高于其他小分子肽.选择cFNGRQQc作进一步的细胞特异性研究,发现cFNGRQQc与DmS53的粘附特异性明显高于其他细胞系,对cFNGRQQc的结构分析显示,-NGR-及六肽长度对小分子肽与DmS53细胞的粘附非常重要.用抗整合素、E-cadherin、NCAm及ICAm的抗体或多肽阻断小分子肽与DmS53细胞表面的相应受体结合,未见明显的阻断效应.小分子肽与DmS53细胞表面的结合位点有待于进一步证实.

This commentary is based on a series of recent lectures on aerosol-monsoon interactions I gave at the Beijing Normal University in August 2015. A main th.me of the lectures is on a new paradigm of ＂An Aerosol-monsoon-Climate-System＂, which posits that aerosol, like rainfall, cloud, and wind, is an integral component of the monsoon climate system, influencing monsoon weather and climate on m1 timescales. here, salient issues discussed in my lectures and my personal perspective regarding interactions between atmospheric dynamics and aerosols from both natural and anthropogenic sources are summarized. my hope is that under this new paradigm, we can break down traditional disciplinary barriers, advance a deeper understanding of weather and climate in monsoon regions, as well as entrain a new generation of geoscientists to strive for a sustainable future for one of the most complex and challenging h.man-natural climate sub-system of the earth.

h.moperitoneum is a rare and potentially life-threatening complication of GIST. We reported a 54- year-old man who developed disseminated intra-abdominal recurrence from a previously resected gastrointestinal stromal tumour （GIST） of the small bowel, and the patient presented with h.moperitoneum. Emergent debulking surgery was performed. A high dose imatinib was prescribed. Despite the presence of residual disease, the patient was well clinically 8 months after the operation. Even though, there is no evidence to support the routine use of debulking surgery in the management of GIST. In our patient, disease progression after second line targeted therapy and the absence of alternative treatment options for spontaneous rupture and h.moperitoneum prompted us to treat the patient aggressively. Resection of the ruptured GIST was carried out for control of bleeding and to prevent recurrent bleeding in this patient with good surgical risks. During the treatment decision-making, the patient＇s general condition, the risk of surgery and the extent of dissemination were taken into consideration. In this patient who presented with spontaneous rupture of a small intestinal GIST, the novel use of targeted therapy and aggressive surgical treatment produced reasonably good survival outcome.
