The commercialization of sodium-ion batteries is based on developing low-cost,highly stable,and safe cathode and anode ***,the promising hard carbon anode and layered oxide cathode suffer from low sodium-embedded potential near 0.1 V and severe phase transitions,which cause safe problem and short lifespan,***,we design a low-strain bipolar P2-Na_(0.7)Ni_(0.25)Fe_(0.2)Ti_(0.55)O_(2) to solve the mentioned obstacles,whereas(Ni,Fe)and Ti provide charge compensation when it is used as cathode and anode,*** is revealed that the bipolar layered oxide undergoes solid-solution reaction when used as cathode or anode,and exhibits volume-complementary feature in a sodium-ion full-cell,as identified by in-situ X-ray ***,the safe symmetric sodium-ion full-cell exhibits excellent cyclic stability with 91.7%capacity retention after 200 *** work will provide a new horizon for designing safe and stable sodium-ion batteries.

Strangeon stars,which are proposed to describe the nature of pulsar-like compact stars,have passed various observational *** maximum mass of a non-rotating strangeon star could be high,which implies that the remnants of binary strangeon star mergers could even be long-lived massive strangeon *** study rigidly rotating strangeon stars in the slowly rotating approximation,using the Lennard-Jones model for the equation of *** can significantly increase the maximum mass of strangeon stars with unchanged baryon numbers,enlarging the mass-range of long-lived strangeon *** spin-down after merger,the decrease of radius of the remnant will lead to the release of gravitational *** into account the efficiency of converting the gravitational energy luminosity to the observed X-ray luminosity,we find that the gravitational energy could provide an alternative energy source for the plateau emission of X-ray *** fitting results of X-ray plateau emission of some short gamma-ray bursts suggest that the magnetic dipole field strength of the remnants can be much smaller than that of expected when the plateau emission is powered only by spin-down luminosity of magnetars.

在晚明兴起的旅游热潮中,晚明文人尤为活跃,引领着旅游风尚。他们或为追求舒适和娱乐而游,或为摆脱社会竞争中的身份焦虑、为塑造自身文化品位、区隔大众而游。更重要的是,晚明特殊的社会境况及阳明心学的影响使文人们对旅游产生一种心性执念。在自我意识的觉醒后,面对山水的强烈吸引,他们投身其中,以游为“乐业”。在旅游的过程中,他们将其他文化爱好融于其中,形成本阶层独特的文化品位和生活方式;旅游不只是一般的消遣和娱乐,而是具有需认真对待、倾心投入的文化旨趣。他们以游为志,实现价值追求;游必有作,藉创作完成文化使命;寻求“游趣”,体现本阶层文雅和新异特色。他们不避艰险,勇于探索,率性而游,注重生命体验,堪称“性灵游”。作为具有高度文化艺术修养的群体,晚明文人融文化于旅游,对旅游进行了重要文化建构:赋诗作画、纪游品评,为山水打上文化印记,建构出富有晚明时代气息的文化山水;考察历史,鉴别古迹;保护文物,恢复遗存;制造新游具,开辟游赏新方式;对旅游传统进行思考和传承,不断丰富旅游的人文内涵。晚明文人在“性灵游”中所做的文化建构,在中国旅游史上写下了浓墨重彩的一笔。

Conventional filling therapy fails to fundamentally reduce oral cariogenic ***,oral microbiota follow-up intervention after filling would be necessary for improving dental caries *** recruited 9 caries-free individuals,and 89 dental caries subjects(5 dropouts).Eighty-nine patients were randomized into three groups:caries(n=8;no treatment),control(n=40;filling),and postbiotics(n=41;filling and 14-day Probio-Eco®intervention).Salivary samples were collected at 0 day(after filling)and 14 *** results showed that the diversity of dental caries oral microbiota was significantly increased compared with healthy subjects,and filling could restore a healthier oral microbiota partially and *** intervention keeps a low ***-occurrence network analysis showed that a more stable oral microbiota structure after postbiotics *** and functional annotation of the microbiota revealed that postbiotics co-treatment significantly:increased the relative abundance of Pseudomonas and ***,decreased the relative abundance of Prevotella shahii,and enriched the energy metabolism-related ***-predicted phenotypes inferred to an oral microbiota with decreased potential pathogenic bacteria and increased oxidative stress-tolerant bacteria after postbiotics ***,it suggested that postbiotics co-treatment could be a promising strategy that restores the oral microecological balance for dental caries.

医学免疫学是连接基础医学和临床医学的重要桥梁课程,也是医学生基础医学理论学习中的重点和难点。医学免疫学实验可将基础知识进行系统串联,并融入学生实际操作、主动观察和积极思考的过程中,有助于学生系统地理解和掌握免疫学基本概念和原理。医学免疫学实验教学研究现状、热点及发展趋势已成为教师们关注的重点话题。本文通过运用CiteSpace软件对2010至2021年间中国知网收录的医学免疫学实验教学研究文献的发文量、作者合作网络、关键词共现网络、关键词聚类图谱、关键词时间线图谱以及关键词突现图谱6个方面进行可视化分析。结果显示,该领域近10年发文量较为平稳;已初步形成内部合作关系紧密的代表性研究团队;关键词共现图谱中具有较高中介中心性的关键词包括实验教学、免疫学、教学改革、实验课及医学生。同时,该领域研究内容已较为成熟,涵盖医学免疫学实验教学改革的整体研究,具体包括教学方法的实践探究、教学实践中特定学生及教师群体的研究3个方面。值得注意的是,“以学生为中心”的教育理念在实验教学方法的改革创新研究中得到各类医学高校专业教师的重视,注重培养学生科研思维、创新精神、自主学习能力以及综合素质的教学模式正日趋成型。本研究将有助于广大教师把握该领域的现状、热点及发展趋势,为提升课堂教学质量与开展后续教学改革提供理论支持和参考。

基于边界特征融合和前景引导的伪装目标检测

伪装目标检测旨在检测隐藏在复杂环境中的高度隐蔽物体,在医学、农业等多个领域有重要应用价值.现有方法结合边界先验过分强调边界区域,对伪装目标内部信息的表征不足,导致模型对伪装目标的内部区域检测不准确.同时,已有方法缺乏对伪装目标前景特征的有效挖掘,使背景区域被误检为伪装目标.为解决上述问题,本文提出一种基于边界特征融合和前景引导的伪装目标检测方法,该方法由特征提取、边界特征融合、主干特征增强和预测等若干个阶段构成.在边界特征融合阶段,首先,通过边界特征提取模块获得边界特征并预测边界掩码;然后,边界特征融合模块将边界特征和边界掩码与最低层次的主干特征有效融合;同时,加强伪装目标边界位置及内部区域特征.此外,设计前景引导模块,利用预测的伪装目标掩码增强主干特征,即将前一层特征预测的伪装目标掩码作为当前层特征的前景注意力,并对特征执行空间交互,提升网络对空间关系的识别能力,使网络关注精细而完整的伪装目标区域.本文在4个广泛使用的基准数据集上的实验结果表明,提出的方法优于对比的19个主流方法,对伪装目标检测任务具有更强鲁棒性和泛化能力.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the indicators of an animal model of gouty arthritis (GA) with dampness heat accumulation and the intervention effect of Tongfeng Qingxiao formula (痛风清消方， TFQXF).METHODS: Seventy-two healthy adult Sprague-Dawley male rats were selected and randomly divided into a normal group， model group， low-dose group， medium-dose group， high-dose group， and diclofenac group using a random number table method， with 12 rats in each group. After group intervention， the general condition of the rats in each group was monitored and recorded， and the swelling index was measured. After separating the serum， the changes in glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT)， glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST)， carbamide (UREA)， creatinine (CREA)， triglyceride (TG)， total serum cholesterol (TC)， low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)， and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in the serum of the rats in each group were measured using an automatic biochemical analyzer. The levels of motilin (MTL)， gastrin (GAS)， endothelin (ET)， calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)， heat shock protein 70 (HSP70)， interleukin (IL)-1β， and nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) in the serum of the rats in each group were evaluated using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits. Kidney tissues were used to evaluate the protein and mRNA expression of aquaporin (AQP)1 and AQP2. Colon tissue was used to evaluate the protein and mRNA expression of AQP3 and AQP4 by Western blotting (WB) assay and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). The levels of ALT， AST， UREA， and CREA were used to evaluate the liver and kidney function of rats. The levels of MTL and GAS were used to evaluate the gastrointestinal function of rats. The levels of TG， TC， LDL-C， HDL-C， AQP1， AQP2， AQP3， and AQP4 were used to evaluate the "dampness" syndrome performance in rats. 【目的】烟蚜茧蜂Aphidius gifuensis作为烟蚜Myzus persicae的一种优势寄生蜂,被广泛用于生产,但在烟蚜茧蜂大规模扩繁的过程中,饲养多代后常常会出现寄生能力下降、体型变小等问题。本研究旨在通过测定分析补充不同浓度营养成分和微量元素对退化烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寄生烟蚜时的寄生率、子代成蜂体型和子代成蜂中生长发育相关酶(酚氧化酶和羧酸酯酶)含量与活性的影响,筛选出复壮效果最好的复壮方式。【方法】室内挑选饲养至10代后出现明显种群退化的烟蚜茧蜂成蜂饲喂不同浓度(5%, 10%和20%)营养成分(蜂蜜、葡萄糖和蔗糖)及不同浓度(0.25, 0.5, 1, 2和4 mg/L)的微量元素(Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn和Co)溶液,测定寄生率、子代成蜂体型及子代成蜂羧酸酯酶和酚氧化酶的含量和活性。【结果】在补充营养试验中,10%蜂蜜溶液对烟蚜茧蜂的复壮效果最好,使寄生率比对照组(纯净水)提高了28.00%,但对烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂体型的影响不显著;饲喂10%葡萄糖组烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂羧酸酯酶含量最高,比对照组提高了38.00%;饲喂10%蔗糖组烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂羧酸酯酶活性最高,是对照组的3倍;饲喂10%蔗糖组烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂酚氧化酶含量最高,比对照组提高了56.00%;饲喂10%葡萄糖组烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂酚氧化酶活性最高,是对照组的1.3倍。补充微量元素试验中,补充1 mg/L Fe对烟蚜茧蜂的复壮效果最好,使寄生率比对照组提高了25.33%,但对其子代成蜂体型的影响不显著;烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂羧酸酯酶含量也最高,比对照组提高了50.00%。各微量元素饲喂组烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂羧酸酯酶的活性均低于对照组;饲喂1 mg/L Zn组烟蚜茧蜂子代成蜂酚氧化酶含量最高,和对照组相比提高了29.31%;饲喂1 mg/L Mn组子代成蜂酚氧化酶活性最高,是对照组的1.51倍。【结论】生产上可对退化的烟蚜茧蜂种群补充饲喂10%蜂蜜水或补充1 mg/L Fe来提高烟蚜茧蜂对烟蚜的寄生能力,达到复壮烟蚜茧蜂种群的目的。
