The Mesozoic geodynamic evolution of Transbaikalia has been largely controlled by the scissors-like closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean that separated Siberia from Mongolia-North China *** the oceanic closure,the tectonic evolution of that region was characterized by collisional uplift and subsequent extension that gave rise to the formation of metamorphic core *** complex tectonic setting prevailed simultaneously between 150 Ma and 110 Ma both in Transbaikalia,North Mongolia,and within the North China *** paleobotanical and paleontological data show that the oldest Mesozoic basins had formed in western Transbaikalia before the estimated age of extension *** no precise geochronological age is available for the onset of extension in *** Tugnuy Basin,as probably the oldest Mesozoic basin in western Transbaikalia,is a key obj ect to date the onset of extension and following changes in tectonic *** this study,U-Pb(lA-ICP-MS)dating of detrital zircons from three key Jurassic sediment formations of the Tugnuy Basin are used to identify the potential source areas of the sediments,understand the changes in sediment routing and provide insights on the topographic evolution of western *** results show several significant changes in tectonic regime after the closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean.A wide uplifted plateau formed during the closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean,determining the Early Jurassic drainage system reaching the AngaraVitim batholith to the north and shedding sediments to the continental margin to the *** following collisional event at the end of the Early Jurassic led to the uplift of the collision zone,which partially inverted the drainage system toward the North.A strike-slip displacement induced by the oblique collision initiated some of the early Transbaikalian depressions,such as the Tugnuy Basin at about 168 Ma.A phase of basin inversion,marked by folding and ero

The article considers the some features of the Quaternary sediments mineral composition of the development areas of the erosion processes on the territory of the Tunkinsk’s *** objectives of our research are to determine the entering forms of Na,Mg,Al,Si,P,S,K,Ca,Ti,Cr,Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Zr,and Ba in the composition of the investigated *** mineral composition was studied by the method of an electron probe X-ray spectral microanalysis(XRM)using wave spectrometers,and the method of X-ray diffraction *** localization centers of Cr,Cu,Zn,Zr,and Ba were established in the mineral composition of the studied *** content of BaO(14.42 wt%)was detected in alkali K-feldspar in the clay sediments of modern alluvial complex(aQ4).Crystallochemical formulas of different minerals were obtained.

Antifungal and antibacterial functions of medicinal leech recombinant destabilase-lysozyme and its heated-up derivative

Antifungal activity of recombinant medicinal leech destabilase-lysozyme （***-lys） was investi- gated by using fungi： Botrytis cinerea, and Verticillium lateriticum, including yeasts Candida guillermoudii and Shizosaccharomyces pombe. Its antibacterial activity was investigated on gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens. These activities were assessed by radial agar diffusion assay, and scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Therefore, destabilase-lysozyme not only is endo-isopeptidase and lysozyme, but also has antifungal and antibacterial activities. Muramidase activity of rec. Dest-Eys disappeared after heat-treating at 90~C for 50 min without the loss of its antimicrobial activity. Furthermore we showed for the first time that the heated-up derivative ***-lys exhibited more potent activities against the above enumerated fungi and gram-negative bacteria than original protein.

Access to biologicals in Crohn's disease in ten European countries

AIM To analyze access(availability, affordability and acceptability) to biologicals for Crohn's disease(CD) in ten European countries and to explore the associations between these dimensions, the uptake of biologicals and economic *** A questionnaire-based survey combined with desk research was carried out in May 2016. Gastroenterologists from the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden were invited to participate and provide data on the availability of biologicals/biosimilars, reimbursement criteria, clinical practice and prices, and use of biologicals. An availability score was developed to evaluate the restrictiveness of eligibility and administrative criteria applied in the countries. Affordability was defined as the annual cost of treatment as a share of gross domestic product(GDP) per capita. Correlations with the uptake of biologicals, dimensions of access and GDP per capita were *** At the time of the survey, infliximab and adalimumab were reimbursed in all ten countries, and vedolizumab was reimbursed in five countries(France, Germany, latvia, Slovakia, Sweden). Reimbursement criteria were the least strict in Sweden and Germany, and the strictest in Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Between countries, the annual cost of different biological treatments differed 1.6-3.3-fold. Treatments were the most affordable in Sweden(13%-37% of the GDP per capita) and the least affordable in the Central and Eastern European countries, especially in Hungary(87%-124%) and Romania(141%-277%). Biosimilars made treatments more affordable by driving down the annual costs. The number of patients with CD on biologicals per 100000 population was strongly correlated with GDP per capita(0.91), although substantial differences were found in the uptake among countries with similar economic development. Differential Effect of Unilateral Amygdalar GABA_A Receptor Agonist Injection on low- and High-Anxiety Rats

The influence of γ-aminobutyric type-A (GABAA) receptors agonist (muscimol hydrobromide, 0.1 μg/0.5 μl) injections into the right or left basolateral amygdala (BlA) on the behavior of high-anxiety (HA) and low-anxiety (lA) rats subjected to the elevated plus-maze (EPM) test was investigated. Anxiolytic-like effects (increase of open-arm entries and open-arm time) was revealed only after administration of muscimol into the left (but not right) amygdala of HA animals. No effect was observed upon administration of muscimol to lA rats. These findings suggest an important role in anxiety regulation of the amygdalar GABA levels, and the assumed GABA hemispheric lateralization.

Bending sensor based on flexible spin valve

Flexible spin valves were prepared by magnetron sputtering on polyimide substrates. The buffer layer that reduces significantly the effect of the polymer substrate on the spin valve microstructure and magnetoresistive properties was revealed. Bending deformation was applied to the microobjects based on the flexible spin valves in parallel to anisotropy axes. It was revealed that during the bend the magnetoresistance changes due to the joint impact of both the change of the magnetic field projection on the film plane and the change of the magnetic properties of the ferromagnetic layers. The obtained dependences have been used in construction of bending sensor, in which the flexible spin valve microstripes were united into the Wheatstone bridge.

Microcystins-lR,-YR and-RR in Six Bulgarian Water Bodies of Health and Conservational Importance(2012-2014)

This study presented the results of HPlC-DAD microcystin and nodularin analyses from five Bulgarian water bodies (reservoirs Stoudena, Pchelina and Bistritsa, and lakes Dourankoulak and Vaya) carried out in 2012-2014, as a continuation of our work from 2004 to 2005 and in 2011, and first data on microcystins in the lake Momin Brod were detected in the period 2012-2014. The total concentration of microcystins in water samples ranged from 0.1 to 1.8 μg/l and their amount in the concentrated biomasses from net samples ranged from 1.35 to 296 μg/g (d.w.). The presence of the most toxic microcystin-lR was recorded in all studied lakes and reservoirs, where also microcystins RR and YR were detected, but no microcystin-lA and nodularin were found.
