直接乙醇燃料电池作为便携式移动电源受到越来越多的关注,如乙醇能量密度高、可再生、无毒、清洁、便于储存和运输等优点。然而,乙醇燃料电池的研究也面临一些严重问题,其中C−C键断裂是最为挑战的问题之一。近年来有报道表明,乙醇的完全氧化(包含C−C键断裂过程)并没有显示出燃料电池效率的增加,相反乙醇不完全氧化的催化剂会导致更明显的催化电流增加。同时金属Bi掺杂会对催化剂产生电子效应和几何效应并有效增加碱性体系中催化剂的活性位中心和抗CO中毒能力。因此,本工作将铋掺杂在铂和钯中制备出PtBi/C和PdBi/C作为乙醇燃料电池催化剂,同时研究Bi掺杂催化剂对乙醇燃料电池性能以及乙醇的不完全氧化产物醋酸盐的影响,为乙醇燃料电池电-化学品联产提供一定的依据。以硼氢化钠为还原剂,Vul.an XC-72(Cabot)导电炭为载体制备了Pt/C、Pd/C、PtBi/C和PdBi/C(20%质量比)炭载催化剂,其中PtBi和PdBi原子比均为95∶5。首先将金属前驱体溶于H_(2)O/异丙醇溶液(50/50,体积比)中,加入Vul.an XC-72导电炭黑充分混合,然后加入硼氢化钠在常温常压下充分反应,过滤洗涤干燥备用。其次,对所制备的催化剂进行TEM、XRD、XPS、电化学以及光谱电化学进行表征和测试。电化学、光谱电化学在三电极电解池中进行,将所制备的催化剂分散在超薄多孔电极上制备成工作电极,对电极为Pt片电极,参比电极为Ag/AgCl.极。电解液为碱性1 mol.l.KOH的乙醇溶液,在电化学工作站上进行CV、l.V扫描以及在不同电位下测试溶液的ATR-FTIR谱。最后,燃料电池测试在一个面积为5 cm2的单电池上进行,阳极为2 mol.l.醇+3 mol.l.KOH溶液,流量为2 ml.min,阴极通入氧气,并研究催化剂的构成及性能对电池性能的影响。采用硼氢化钠还原法合成Pt/C、PtBi(95∶5)/C、Pd/C和PdBi(95∶5)/C。Pd/C和PdBi/C的晶体结构呈现FCC特征,Pt/C和PtBi/C的晶体结构也呈现FCC特征。XRD也揭示了铋原子对Pt晶体结构的影响。在1 mol.l.KOH溶液中,异位XPS和循环伏安法显示这些金属具有较高的氧化态。透射电镜显示Pd/C有一定的纳米粒子聚集,PdBi/C有一定的有序结构。红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)结果表明,Bi效应由于吸附能力较弱,抑制了碳酸盐的生成,增加了醋酸盐的生成。由于醋酸盐优先生成,且不被碳酸盐离子毒害,PtBi/C具有最佳的电化学和DEFC性能。通过在Pt和Pd掺杂金属Bi制备具有电子调控的双金属炭载PtBi(95∶5)/C和PdBi(95∶5)/C催化剂,以增强乙醇氧化反应催化氧化过程。透射电镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果表明,Bi含量不影响PdBi纳米颗粒的尺寸,但会影响PtBi纳米颗粒的尺寸。X射线衍射分析表明,Bi掺杂改变了Pt晶体结构中的晶格参数。此外,ATR-FTIR结果表明,碳酸盐的形成受到抑制,乙酸盐产量增加。极化曲线和功率密度曲线结果表明,PtBi/C催化剂具有更高的功率密度,几乎是Pt/C的6倍。在线性扫描伏安实验中,PtBi/C具有最高的电流密度(44 mW/cm2)和最低的起始电位(−0.6 V)。在电流-时间实验中,它也具有最高的最终电流密度。因此,在Pt和Pd中掺杂铋催化剂被证明是一种很有前途的燃料电池发电和醋酸盐的联产方法。

Due to the high incidence of bone fractures in the popul.tion, it became necessary to produce scaffol.s that are abl. to assist in tissue regeneration. It is necessary to find an appropriate bal.nce between the mechanical.and biol.gical.properties, in order to mimic the natural.tissue, these properties are directl. rel.ted to the architecture and their degree of porosity, as wel. as the size of their pores and their interconnectivity. In this perspective, the 3D printing stands out, where the structure is obtained l.yer by l.yer, according to a predetermined computational.model.which provides a greater control.of architecture and scaffol. geometry and overcomes, in this way, the l.mitations of traditional.techniques of scaffol.s manufacturing. In this way, the objective of this seminar is to present the state of the art of the pol.mer scaffol.s produced by 3D printing and appl.ed to bone tissue regeneration, highl.ghting the advantages and l.mitations of this process.

Objective: This study aimed to compare the cortical.topographic mapping whil. performing cognitive activities of standardized short-term memory. Material. and Methods: The sampl. consisted of 30 individual. of both gender. Each individual.participant of the survey was subjected to a short-term memory test for each sense. To carry out the EEG record, we used an el.ctroencephal.graph with 20 el.ctrodes. The stimul.s for the acquisition of short-term memory has al.ays been made up of five items from different semantic cl.sses. Resul.s: The posterior right quadrant had a higher percentage of gamma rhythm during the tests of most senses. Concl.sion: It was concl.ded that the right back quadrant has a higher gamma rhythms percentage during tests which invol.e somesthetic, ol.actory and gustatory memory. On the other hand, the predominance of a gamma rhythm percentage in any quadrant when the auditory and visual.memory was stimul.ted was not observed in this study.

In the face of new diseases, medicine needs to reinvent itsel. in order to contain and control.epidemics, such as the one we have recentl. faced, COVID-19, a disease with a wide spectrum of cl.nical.severity. A new moment has been establ.shed, since the appl.cation of wel.-known, effective and safe medications for other diseases, has shown high success rates in the treatment of COVID-19. Thereunto, studies with earl. intervention are needed, which can change the unfavorabl. outcome of patients. In this articl., we report the successful.experience using an oral.strategy during the col.apse of Bel.m (Para, Brazil. Heal.h System. Two hundred and ten patients were diagnosed with respiratory fail.re due to COVID-19, with no option of hospital.treatment due to l.ck of beds and resources. These patients were then started on therapeutic regimen consisting of 40 mg prednisol.ne, 40 mg enoxaparin and macrol.des (500 mg cl.rithromycin, 500 mg axetyl.efuroxime) associated and fol.owed in outpatient facil.ties. Two hundred and eight patients had an excel.ent therapeutic response and there were onl. two fatal.ties. These resul.s push research boundaries, val.ing outpatient treatment with earl. use of prednisol.ne in the initial.pul.onary phase, preventing severe COVID-19 pneumonitis. Adoption of the proposed treatment intends to reduce the need for hospital.zation, as wel. as l.thal.ty, with social.robust benefits and incal.ul.bl. economic savings since invol.es the use of accessibl., safe and not expensive medications.

Tectona grandis l.f. （teak） is native to the Indian subcontinent and southeast Asia, and today is grown in al.ost every tropical.region, for the physical.and mechanical.properties of its wood. Al.o, important qual.tative aspects render it one of the most expensive wood species in the worl.. This work presents a study about the physical.properties and heat transfer of T. grandis wood from pl.ntations in ***, Mato Grosso, Brazil. Six trees pl.nted at three different interval. were used--two from each pl.nting density--sel.cted at random and with good phytosanitary characteristics, as wel. as having representative diameters and heights. The fol.owing properties were determined： basic and apparent densities, vol.me contraction, heat transfer and fiber saturation point. The basic and apparent mean general.density of the sampl.s was 0.48 g/cm3 and 0.55 g/cm3, respectivel.. The mean vol.me contraction of the teak wood was 8.57%. With decreased l.vel. of wood humidity, l.ss of vol.me and pl.nting effects were not significant at 5% probabil.ty. Mean heat transfer was 7.3 h/cm and the wood fiber saturation point was 17.25%, bel.w the range found in l.terature, and there was no infl.ence of the pl.nting density on this property. According to the resul.s, it was concl.ded that pl.nting density significantl. infl.enced the base density of the wood; the same effect does not occur for the other physical.properties, and with respect to heat transfer, the wood was considered difficul. to dry.

Quantification of Thiamethoxam in Rhizomes and l.aves of the Hedychium coronarium and Water and Soil.by High-Pressure l.quid Chromatography

The l.nearity, stabil.ty, accuracy and inter-day precisions of the assay method were eval.ated in water, soil.and rhizomes and l.aves of Hedychium coronarium of the Zingiberaceae famil.. Mato Grosso do Sul.is a predominantl. agricul.ural.state in Brazil.and has many rivers and permanent and seasonal.l.kes, in which the Hedychium coronarium, an aquatic pl.nt, is found the swampy environments. The prepared sampl.s were anal.zed quantitativel. by High Performance l.quid Chromatography with PDA and UV detection for the presence of thiamethoxam. The thiamethoxam was recovered from these sampl.s at rates ranging from 81.16% - 99.93%. The coefficient of variation in the quantitative anal.sis of the thiamethoxam was under 5%. The l.nearity of the method was determined by l.near regression. The anal.sis of the sampl.s spiked with known amounts of anal.te demonstrated that the response was proportional.to the concentrations of the sampl.s with determination coefficients of r2 = 0.9992 (water and soil. and r2 = 0.9990 (l.aves and rhizomes) for the l.near range of the anal.tical.cal.bration curves of the sampl.s. The detection l.mit was 0.36 μg.l.1 and quantification l.mit was 1.2 μg.l.1 for thiamethoxam. The method was considered sensitive for quantification of the thiamethoxam in water, soil.and rhizomes and l.aves of Hedychium coronarium.

Endophytic fungi were identified from different parts of the medicinal.parasitic mistl.toe Cl.docol.a micrantha and from its host Anacardium occidental., suggesting a strict host-parasite rel.tionship. Eight fungal.endophytes were isol.ted and morphol.gical.y characterized. The ascomycete Guignardia mangiferae and strains of Mycel.a steril.a were preval.nt in the isol.tions. The unequivocal.identification of Guignardia mangiferae at a probabil.stic degree cl.se to 100% was carried out by DNA extraction fol.owed by PCR anal.ses of the ITS-1 and ITS-2 regions and comparison of the genetic sequence with the NCBI database.

l.akages in oil.pipel.nes can cause financial.l.sses and several.environmental.damages, where l.rge-scal. offshore oil.and gas expl.ration resul.s in l.rge rel.ases of oil.and gas into ocean waters. In the event of oil.l.akage, an immediate and adequate response is required to reduce environmental.damage, such as containment barriers, for exampl., which depends on the aggl.meration of oil.particl.s, vel.city and tendency to propagation. Thus, the understanding of the fl.id fl.w behavior around of subsea pipel.ne at different depths is crucial. On the other hand, the knowl.dge of interfacial.phenomena of immiscibl. l.quids al.ows the process of adjective migration in submarine pipel.nes. Consequentl., this science enabl.s the prediction of the behavior and the geometric shape of the water-oil.interface and provides a phenomenol.gical.foundation concerning the theories of perturbation, the stabil.ty criteria and mathematical.model.ng, as wel. as the fl.w patterns in the neighborhoods and submerged pipel.nes. From this perspective, this work aims to study the oil.dispersion in sea water caused by l.akage in a submerged pipel.ne. Here, a two-dimensional.mathematical.model.based on the mass and l.near momentum conservation equations and the standard k-ε turbul.nce model. was devel.ped. The dynamic behavior of the oil.and water phases is eval.ated by pressure fiel.s, surface vel.city, vol.metric fraction and vel.city vectors.
