Transanal minimally invasive surgery(TAMIS)was first described in 2010 as an alternative to transanal endoscopic microsurgery(TEM).The TAMIS technique can be access to the proximal and mid-rectum for resection of benign and earlystage malignant rectal lesions and also used for noncurative intent surgery of more advanced lesions in patients who are not candidates for radical *** has a shorter learning curve,reduced device setup time,flexibility in instrument use,and versatility in application than ***,TAMIS shows similar results in a view of the operation time,conversion rate,reoperation rate,and complication to *** these reasons,TAMIS is an easily accessible,technically feasible,and cost-effective alternative to ***,TAMIS has enabled the performance of high-quality local excision of rectal lesions by many colorectal *** TAMIS becomes more broadly utilized such as pelvic abscess drainage,rectal stenosis,and treatment of anastomotic dehiscence,the acquisition of appropriate training must be ensured,and the continued assessment and assurance of outcome must be maintained.

The influence was investigated of aqueous electrolytes and organic-based electrolytes on nanopore *** create well-defined nanotubes with a high aspect ratio,it is important to maintain equilibrium between field-assisted metal oxide dissolution and field-assisted water dissociation,which influence the temperature and pH levels in TiO_(2) nanotubes(TiO_(2) NTs).This sought after balance in the net reactions of the TiO_(2) NT growth can be achieved by choosing the appropriate electrolytes that are a relatively low dielectric viscous ***(η)and dielectrics(ε)can be a priority in designing the experiment since it is closely related to joule-heating,diffusion-driven metal ions dissolution and chemical etching of the metal *** and the hydrogen bonding ability are inter-correlated to the stability of the[TiF_(6)]^(2-) *** order to examine various electrolyte effects on the anodic-biased nanotube,different categories of electrolytes,each with different viscosity and dielectric properties,were incorporated in this study.

XGC is diagnosed by histopathological examination, characterized by severe inflammatory destruction followed by a granulomatous reaction, marked proliferative fibrosis, and infiltration of inflammatory cells [2].

Industrial Control System(ICS),which is based on Industrial IoT(IIoT),has an intelligent mobile environment that supports various mobility,but there is a limit to relying only on the physical security of the ICS *** to various threat factors that can disrupt the workflow of the IIoT,machine learning-based anomaly detection technologies are being presented;it is also essential to study for increasing detection performance to minimize model errors for promoting stable ICS *** this paper,we established the requirements for improving the anomaly detection performance in the IIoT-based ICS environment by analyzing the related *** that,we presented an improving method of the performance of a machine learning model specialized for IIoT-based ICS,which increases the detection rate by applying correlation coefficients and clustering;it provides a mechanism to predict thresholds on a ***,we adopted the HAI dataset environment that actively reflected the characteristics of IIoT-based ICS and demonstrated that performance could be improved through comparative experiments with the traditional method and our proposed *** presented method can further improve the performance of commonly applied error-based detection techniques and includes a primary method that can be enhanced over existing detection techniques by analyzing correlation coefficients between features to consider feedback between ICS *** can contribute to improving the performance of several detection models applied in ICS and other areas.

Detection of cracks is a great concern in production and operation processes of graphene based devices to ensure uniform ***,we show a detection method for graphene cracks by electromagnetic *** time varying magnetic field leads to induced voltage signals on graphene,and the signals are detected by a *** measured level of induced voltage is correlated with the number of cracks in graphene *** correlation is attributed to the increasing inductive characteristic of defective graphene,and it is verified by electromagnetic simulation and radio frequency ***,we demonstrate that the induced voltage signal is insensitive to the doping level of *** work can potentially lead to the development of a high-throughput and reliable crack inspection technique for mass production of graphene applications.

Cochlodinium polykrikoides is a notoriously harmful algal species that inflicts severe damage on the aquacultures of the coastal seas of Korea and Japan. Information on their expected movement tracks and boundaries of influence is very useful and important for the effective establishment of a reduction plan. In general, the information is supported by a red-tide（a.k.a algal bloom） model. The performance of the model is highly dependent on the accuracy of parameters, which are the coefficients of functions approximating the biological growth and loss patterns of the C. polykrikoides. These parameters have been estimated using the bioassay data composed of growth-limiting factor and net growth rate value pairs. In the case of the C. polykrikoides, the parameters are different from each other in accordance with the used data because the bioassay data are sufficient compared to the other algal species. The parameters estimated by one specific dataset can be viewed as locally-optimized because they are adjusted only by that dataset. In cases where the other one data set is used, the estimation error might be considerable. In this study, the parameters are estimated by all available data sets without the use of only one specific data set and thus can be considered globally optimized. The cost function for the optimization is defined as the integrated mean squared estimation error, i.e., the difference between the values of the experimental and estimated rates. Based on quantitative error analysis, the root-mean squared errors of the global parameters show smaller values, approximately 25%–50%, than the values of the local parameters. In addition, bias is removed completely in the case of the globally estimated parameters. The parameter sets can be used as the reference default values of a red-tide model because they are optimal and representative. Three types of water-based condensational growth systems, which can enable particles to grow in size to facilitate sampling and subsequent chemical analysis, were evaluated. The first one is a mixing type growth system where aerosols are mixed with saturated water vapor, the second one is a thermal diffusive growth system where warm flow enters cold-walled tube, and the third one is a laminar flow type where cold flow enters a warm wet-wall tube. Hygroscopic sodium chloride （NaCl）, ammonium sulfate （（NH4）2SO4） and ammonium nitrate （NH4N03）, and non-hygroscopic polystyrene latex （PSL） particles, in the size range of 50-400 nm, were used to determine their growth factors through the growth systems. Our data showed that the third-type growth system could enable particles to grow most efficiently regardless of their hygroscopic property. Collection efficiency of particles in the size range of 0.05-2.5 μm, in a continuous aerosol sampler after they passed through the third-type growth system was about 100%, suggesting that the third-type growth system would he the most useful among the tested growth systems for sampling and subsequent chemical analysis of fine and ultrafine particles.

A systematic investigation of the microstructure of CrA1CxN1-x coatings as a function of carbon contents was conducted. Quaternary CrA1CxN1-x coatings were deposited on Si wafers by a hybrid coating system combining an arc-ion plating technique and a DC reactive magnetron sputtering technique using Cr and AI targets in the Ar/N2/CH4 gaseous mixture. The effect of carbon content on microstructure of CrA1C^N~ x coatings was investigated with instrumental analyses of X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the carbon content of CrA1CxN1-x coatings linearly increases with increasing CH4/（CH4/N2） gas flow rate ratio. The surface roughness of the CrA1CxN1-x coating layer decreases with the increase of carbon content.
