激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)作为一种快速而简单地检查钢表面缺陷的技术,可直接观测到激光脉冲被聚焦于样品之上而感生的等离子体发射物。一个平凸透镜把斑直径大约为1 mm的光量开关Nd:YAG激光器(脉宽:12 ns;重复频率:10 Hz)辐照聚焦于样品表面,用来烧蚀样品的一部分,形成一个微等离子体。等离子体的发射由光纤传送至帕邢-龙校格装置多色仪(焦距:500 mm)。在已被流入和流出的氩气排空的空间里,样品被安装在一个二维移动台上进行两点分析——常规分析和缺陷分析。通过比较两个分析结果,可检测到缺陷部分有显著信号强度的元素。由不同类型的夹杂物可以检测出典型的元素,由氧化铝可检测出铝,由保护渣可检测出铝、钙、镁、硅和钠,由矿渣可检测出铝、钙和镁。经证实,由LIBS分析得到的结果与EPMA(电子探针)研究得到的结果一致。因此,导致缺陷的夹杂物的类型都能通过LIBS技术确定属性。当涂层被激光烧蚀去掉后,镀锌钢也可以被直接分析出来。包括制样,该项技术评定时间不到半小时,因此在炼钢过程中,可以迅速采取合适措施。

Non-invasive potato defects detection has been demanded for sorting and grading purpose.Researches on the classification of the defects has been available,however,investigation on the severity level calculation is limited.For the detection of the common scab,it has been found that imaging in the infrared region provide an interesting characteristic that could distinguish defected area to normal area.Thus,investigations on this wavelength range is interesting to add more knowledge and for applications.In this research,the multispectral image has been obtained and investigated especially at three wavelengths(950,1150,1600 nm).Image pre-processing and pseudo-color conversion techniques were explored to enhance the contrast between defects,normal background skin area and soil deposits.Results show that external defects,such as common scab and some mechanical damage types,appear brighter in the near infrared region,especially at 1600 nm against the normal skin background.It has been found that pseudo-color images conversion provides more information regarding type if surface characteristics compared to grayscale single imaging.Image segmentation using pseudo-color images after multiplication operation pre-processing could be used for common scab and mechanical damage detection excluding soil deposits with a Dice Sorensen coefficient of 0.64.In addition,image segmentation using single image at 1600 nm shown relatively better results with Dice Sorensen coefficient of 0.72 with note that thick soil deposits will also be segmented.Defect severity level evaluation had an R2 correlation of 0.84 against standard measurements of severity.

楚竹书《周易》首符、尾符所使用的方形结构,由内、中、外三层构成。依此三层结构进行分类,首、尾符号可以分为九种。将这九种符号和今本《周易》卦序非覆即变三十六卦图相对应,我们发现正好可以按四卦画一组,分为九组或九宫。假定楚竹书《周易》卦序确由九宫构成,则其与今本《周易》卦序有着密切的继承关系,但也有重要区别,其分宫法与一般以八经卦为基础的分宫法也不相同。楚竹书首、尾符号的设置,还反映出这样一种认识或意识,即一个卦,是由“卦画、卦名”和“卦辞、爻辞”两个部分构成的。

Viral hepatitis represents a major danger to public health,and is a globally leading cause of death.The five liver-specific viruses:Hepatitis A virus,hepatitis B virus,hepatitis C virus,hepatitis D virus,and hepatitis E virus,each have their own unique epidemiology,structural biology,transmission,endemic patterns,risk of liver complications,and response to antiviral therapies.There remain few options for treatment,in spite of the increasing prevalence of viral-hepatitiscaused liver disease.Furthermore,chronic viral hepatitis is a leading worldwide cause of both liver-related morbidity and mortality,even though effective treatments are available that could reduce or prevent most patients’complications.In 2016,the World Health Organization released its plan to eliminate viral hepatitis as a public health threat by the year 2030,along with a discussion of current gaps and prospects for both regional and global eradication of viral hepatitis.Today,treatment is sufficiently able to prevent the disease from reaching advanced phases.However,future therapies must be extremely safe,and should ideally limit the period of treatment necessary.A better understanding of pathogenesis will prove beneficial in the development of potential treatment strategies targeting infections by viral hepatitis.This review aims to summarize the current state of knowledge on each type of viral hepatitis,together with major innovations.

Evaluation of Spontaneous Fertility after Medical Treatment of Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy in Two Hospitals in the City of Yaounde

Background: Ectopic pregnancy is a major cause of maternal morbidity and mortality, estimated to occur in 1% - 2% of pregnancies worldwide. This condition also has an adverse effect on the fertility prospects of women who experience it. Objective: To determine the outcomes of subsequent spontaneous fertility after medical treatment of patients with methotrexate (MTX) in patients with ectopic pregnancy at two university teaching hospitals of Yaounde. Methodology: We carried out a cross-sectional study with retrospective data collection in two university teaching hospitals of Yaounde during a six years period from 1st January 2015 to 31st May 2021. Seventy records of patients who had medical treatment for ectopic pregnancy were included in this study. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. 23. The Chi-2 statistical test was used to compare qualitative variables. Binary logistic regression method was performed to identify independent risk factors associated with infertility after medical treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy (TEP). The significance level was set at 0.05. Results: The mean age in our study population was 27.8 ± 3.8 years. According to the past medical history, 52.9% had a pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and the most frequently germ found was C. trachomatis (47.1%). Almost 15% of our study population had previous surgery for EP. The median Fernandez score was 11 with a minimum score of 4 and a maximum score of 13. The route of administration of methotrexate was intramuscular in all our patients, and the single-dose protocol was used most frequently (58.6%). After medical treatment of the EP, we found a spontaneous conception rate of 58.6%. After multivariate analysis, we were unable to confirm that there was an association between a history of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and fertility prognosis. Conclusion: The spontaneous fertility rate after medical management of EP was 58.6%, of which 73.2% were term pregnancies and 14.6% were recurrent ectopic pregnancies.

Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system.A certain population of patients with MS present with a relapse-remitting disease course(RRMS) during the early phase and eventually advance to a progressive course(PMS).While immune modulation therapies have recently seen tremendous success in RRMS,our limited knowledge of pathogenesis hampers the development of effective treatments for PMS.

The accumulation of growth-promoting antibiotic residues in animal products and the resistance developed by bacteria in poultry farms has led to a search for natural compounds derived from plants. This study was designed to promote the production performance of broiler chickens using fresh Cupressus sempervirens leaves infusion. Fresh Cupressus sempervirens leaves were harvested, washed, chopped and ground to a paste using a blender and fermented for three days in a closed container at a rate of 500 g/L of water. The solution obtained was filtered and added at the rate of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 ml/L of drinking water. The chickens fed on the graded level of the solution were compared to a control ration without an additive and positive control group supplemented with 1 g antibiotic/kg feed. At the finisher phase and throughout the study period, water intake increased significantly (P 0.05) affected by the inclusion of Cupressus sempervirens infusion. Haematological parameters significantly (P < 0.05) increase independently of the rate of incorporation of the infusion into the drinking water, with the exception of RBCs, MCHT and PCT. Serum content in total protein, globulins, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides were significantly (P < 0.05) high with 8 and 10 ml Cupressus sempervirens infusion/litre drinking water as compared to all other treatments. AST, ALT, urea, creatine, albumin, total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol were not significantly affected. Autophagy is an intracellular degradation mechanism involved in antiviral defense,but the strategies employed by plant viruses to counteract autophagy-related defense remain unknown for the majority of the viruses.Herein,we describe how the Chinese wheat mosaic virus(CWMV,genus Furovirus)interferes with autophagy and enhances its infection in Nicotiana benthamiana.Yeast two-hybrid screening and in vivo/in vitro assays revealed that the 19 k Da coat protein(CP19 K)of CWMV interacts with cytosolic glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenases(GAPCs),negative regulators of autophagy,which bind autophagy-related protein 3(ATG3),a key factor in autophagy.CP19 K also directly interacts with ATG3,possibly leading to the formation of a CP19 K–GAPC–ATG3 complex.CP19 K–GAPC interaction appeared to intensify CP19 K–ATG3 binding.Moreover,CP19 K expression upregulated GAPC gene transcripts and reduced autophagic activities.Accordingly,the silencing of GAPC genes in transgenic N.benthamiana reduced CWMV accumulation,whereas CP19 K overexpression enhanced it.Overall,our results suggest that CWMV CP19 K interferes with autophagy through the promotion and utilization of the GAPC role as a negative regulator of autophagy.

Introduction: Pregnancy as much as childbirth constitutes a risky situation, potentially fraught with sometimes dramatic complications: maternal death. Objective: We conducted this study with the aim of establishing the profile of those giving birth in our context with the aim to anticipate operationally in the future on morbidity but more on maternal deaths. Methodology: We conducted, using a structured questionnaire, a prospective descriptive study in representative maternity wards in the city of Douala;the study variables were socio-economic, anthropometric, obstetrical and clinical. Statistical analyses were carried out with CS Pro 7.3 and SPSS version 25.0 software. The Student, Chi-square and Fischer tests were used to compare the means of the variables and the percentages. Results: We recruited 305 births for our study. The average age of our births was 28.7 years ± 6.1 with an average height of 161.6 cm ± 5.06;an average body mass index at the start of pregnancy of 28.0 kilograms/square meter and 31.3 kilograms/square meter at delivery;the average weight gain was 8.4 g ± 5.37;an average gestation of 2.84±1.90;an average parity of 2.2 ± 2.1 with an average birth interval of 27.7 months ± 23.7. The average gestational age was 39.2 weeks ± 1.21 with pregnancy pathology dominated by malaria;85.9% began their prenatal follow-up before the 14th week of amenorrhea. Conclusion: The profile of childbirth in urban Cameroon does not seem potentially dystocic compared to that of the same regional and racial area.
