2021年《中国疾病预防控制中心周报》指出蘑菇中毒是我国最严重的食品安全问题之一,2021年发生蘑菇中毒事件327次,涉及923例患者,其中20例死亡,总死亡率为2.17%,事件中共鉴定出毒蘑菇74种。牛肝菌由于味道鲜美,是人们最喜爱的菌类之一。由于烹调不当或是混入有毒牛肝菌,就会发生牛肝菌中毒事件。如何快速得出牛肝菌的主成分并进行鉴定,成为了一个迫切需要解决的问题。该研究从楚雄市鸿福农贸市场上购买的10个新鲜牛肝菌样品,使用菌盖进行徒手切片,用微波法制备的纳米银溶胶制成银胶装片,置于DXR显微拉曼光谱仪的10倍物镜下,获得10个样品的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)。通过对SERS的分析发现10个样品中,样品7、8、10主成分相同,样品6、9主成分相同,其余样品主成分各不相同。以样品1为例,主成分有L-苯基丙氨酸(1583 cm^(-1)环内C—C伸缩振动、1199 cm^(-1)NH 2摇摆振动)、L-组氨酸(1572 cm^(-1)C C伸缩振动、COO-不对称伸缩、1229 cm^(-1)面内环变形振动)、异亮氨酸(1342 cm^(-1)C—H、N—H变形振动、486 cm^(-1)COOH摇摆振动、353 cm^(-1)骨架振动)、L-天冬氨酸(1136 cm^(-1)C—N伸缩振动)、甘氨酸(1386 cm^(-1)COO-变形振动、889 cm^(-1)C—C伸缩振动)、蛋氨酸(681 cm^(-1)C—S反对称伸缩振动)、吡喃糖化幌物(973 cm^(-1)对称环振动)。采用光谱软件OMNIC Specta的建库功能随机挑选10个样品的一条谱线进库,建库后可快速进行光谱匹配度的检索,通过匹配度的高低鉴定待测样品。在10个样品中,除2、10号样品的匹配度小于60%外,其余样品的匹配度都大于60%。样品7、8的匹配度接近且有交叉,说明样品7、8是同一品种,而样品6、9的匹配度接近而交叉项少,说明这两个样品是同一品种或相近品种。DNA检测结果表明样品7、8、10同为白牛肝菌,而样品6、9同为薄瓤假美柄牛肝菌。该实验为牛肝菌的主要成分检测和快速鉴定提供了一种简单可靠的方法。同时,该方法对野生蘑菇的物种鉴定具有很大的应用潜力,在野生菌中毒病例中,迅速确定毒蘑菇种类,从而为抢救病人赢得时间具有重要的意义。为此首次对野生蘑菇子实体进行SERS研究。

为探明九龙江流域表层水体氮污染分布特征及其污染来源,于2020年7月(丰水期)和2021年1月(枯水期)开展九龙江全流域表层水体多点多断面原位观测,利用正定矩阵因子分析模型(positive matrix factorization,PMF)对不同水期全流域表层水体氮污染来源及贡献率进行解析,耦合相关性统计分析方法研究不同水期流域表层水体氮污染的关键驱动因子。结果表明,九龙江流域表层水体氮污染存在明显的水期分异特征,ρ(TN)为0.72~13.14 mg·L^(-1),丰水期ρ(TN)为1.39~10.95 mg·L^(-1),枯水期为0.72~13.14 mg·L^(-1)。硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、亚硝态氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)和溶解性有机氮(DON)浓度均表现为丰水期大于枯水期,但颗粒态氮(PN)浓度则表现为枯水期大于丰水期。丰水期氮污染以NO_(3)^(-)-N、NH_(4)^(+)-N和DON形态为主,枯水期则以NO_(3)^(-)-N、DON和PN形态为主。应用PMF模型对流域表层水体氮污染来源进行解析,结果表明,丰水期流域农业化肥施用引起的农业面源污染、生活污水及河流内动植物残体、微生物、矿物颗粒是流域水体氮污染的主要来源,而枯水期流域农业化肥污染、城市工业污水排放及河流中动植物残体等悬浮颗粒则是流域水体氮污染的主要来源。该结果强化了丰枯水期九龙江流域表层水体氮污染受流域农业生产活动和径流变化共同影响的认识,建议将流域农业、工业生产氮污染源头控制和氮污染的水期分异有效纳入流域水体氮污染综合管理。

The Tsinghua University-National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences （NAOC） Transient Survey is an automatic survey that conducts a systematic exploration of optical transients. This project utilizes a 60/90 cm Schmidt telescope at the Xinglong Station of NAOC. This survey repeatedly covers - 1000 square degrees of the northern sky with a cadence of 34 d. With an exposure of 60 s, the survey reaches a limiting unfiltered magnitude of about 19.5 mag, which enables us to discover supernovae in their relatively young stages. We describe the overall performance of our survey during the first year and present some preliminary results.

Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of different concentrations of levobupivacaine for lumbar epidural *** Twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes, aged 35-59 years and scheduled for elective radical resection of rectal or colon carcinoma under general anesthesia combined with epidural block, were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=10 each):group Ⅰ (receiving 0.75% levobupivacaine) and group Ⅱ (receiving 0.5% levobupivacaine). Epidural block was performed at L1-2 interspace. Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ received epidural 0.75% and 0.5% levobupivacaine 2 mg/kg (containing adrenaline 5 μg/kg)injected slowly over 2 min, respectively. And 30 min later, general anesthesia was induced with y-hydroxybutyrate 60-80 mg/kg and remifentanil 1-2μg/kg. Tracheal intubation was facilitated with succinylcholine 1-1.5 mg/kg and the patients were mechanically ventilated. Anesthesia was maintained with inhalation of nitrous oxide (N2 O) and O2 (1:1) and continuous infusion of remifentanil 0.01-0.1μg·kg-1·min-1 and intermittent intravenous boluses of atracurium. Sensory and motor blocks were assessed after epidural levobupivacaine. Blood samples were taken from the central vein at 0, 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 210, 300, 420,540, 660 and 840 min, respectively, after epidural administration for determination of plasma concentrations of levobupivacaine by high performance liquid *** The plasma concentration-time curves of levobupivacaine were fitted to a two-compartment open model in the two groups and there were no significant differences in the pharmacokinetic profiles between the two groups. Organic semiconductor materials with low reorganization energy have various applications such as in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs),organic field-effect transistor (OFETs) and organic solar cells (OSCs).In this work,we have designed a new class of gridspiroarenes (GS-SFX and GS-SITF) with #-shaped structures,which have novel crisscross geometrical structures compared to widely used spirocyclic arenes-SFX and *** structure electronic properties,adiabatic ionization potentials (IPa),adiabatic electron affinities (EAa) and reorganization energies (λ) of GS-SFX and GS-SITF have been calculated using density functional theory (DFT) *** calculated HOMO and LUMO spatial distributions suggest that GS-SFX and GS-SITF have better transport *** noncovalent interaction analysis shows the weak intramolecular interactions between their *** results indicate that the reorganization energies of GS-SFX and GS-SITF are significantly reduced compared to the dimer structures-DSFX and ***,the GS-SITF1 which is one of the isomers of GS-SITF exhibits the lowest values for λ(h)(0.067 eV) and λ(e)(0.153 eV).Therefore,we believe the predicted structure,electronic property,and reorganization energy are good indicator for transport *** work has systematically studied the effect of gridization,which provides insights to design organic semiconductor materials with excellent charge transport properties.
