This research is devoted to diagnosing water-borne infectious diseases caused by floods employing a novel diagnosis approach,the Einstein hybrid structure of q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft *** approach integrates parts of fuzzy logic and soft set theory to develop a robust alternative for disease detection in stressful situations,especially in areas affected by *** to the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy soft set and Pythagorean fuzzy soft set,the q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft set(q-ROFSS)adequately incorporates unclear and indeterminate *** major objective of this investigation is to formulate the q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft Einstein hybrid weighted average(q-ROFSEHWA)operator and its specific ***,our stated operator is implementing intelligentmulti-criteria group decision-making(MCGDM)*** are severe natural catastrophes that raise the risk of diseases and epidemics,particularly those caused by contaminants in the water,such as gastrointestinal diseases,respiratory infections,vector-borne diseases,skin infections,and water-borne *** designed MCGDM strategy tackles the prevalence of certain conditions in flood-affected patients.A comparative investigation determined that the suggested method for detecting water-borne infectious disease due to floods is more effective and productive than conventional methods because of its logical structure.

A computational analysis of magnetized hybrid Darcy-Forchheimer nanofluid flow across a flat surface is presented in this *** the study of heat and mass transfer aspects viscous dissipation,activation energy,Joule heating,thermal radiation,and heat generation effects are *** suspension of nanoparticles singlewalled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)are created by hybrid ***,single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)produce nanofluids,with water acting as conventional fluid,*** partial differential equations(PDEs)that describe the ultimate flow are converted to nonlinear ordinary differential equations(ODEs)using appropriate similarity *** ODEs are dealt with numerically by means of MATLAB’s inbuilt routine function ***,temperature,and concentration profiles are explained pictorially whereas Sherwood number,local skin friction coefficient,and Nusselt number values are represented through bar *** radiation and activation parameters shows direct impact on flow ***,hybrid nanofluid admits a higher magnitude of velocity and temperature than nanofluid,but the concentration profile exhibits the opposite *** notable findings of the present investigation have significant applications in heat combustion and cooling chambers,space technology,the ceramics industry,paint and conductive coatings,bio-sensors,and many more.

Current exertion is made to depict and search out the flow features imparted to viscid fluid flow over a rotational disk. Impression of magnetic field with rotating fluid is generated by interacting it in radial *** structured particles with magnetized fluid are also incorporated in the upshot of chemical reaction and absorptive/generative heat induction. Von Kumaran procedure is executed to obtain flow narrating differential *** pattern regarding thermal, momentum profiles are comprehended with the support of shooting method and RungeKutta methods. Furthermore, to get more realistic view of result description computational algorithm is modified by improving Runge-Kutta coefficients with Cash and Carp method. The aspects of flow controlling parameters like momentum slip parameter, magnetic strength parameter, Brownian motion parameter, thermophoresis parameter are adorned in sketches. Findings of these architects are accumulated in conclusion section.

根据海洋蛋白酶发酵工艺的独特特点,它被广泛应用于洗涤工业、环保、食品加工和医疗工程中。然而,发酵过程是一个高度非线性的、时变的、多变量的、强耦合的复杂生化反应过程。由于生物体的生长和繁殖,其内部机制非常复杂。一些直接反映发酵过程质量的关键变量（如细胞浓度、基质浓度和酶活性）很难通过传统的测量方法进行实时测量。离线测试具有较大的时间滞后性,不能满足现场实时优化控制的需要。特别是在实际发酵过程中,为了提高酶制剂的生产效率和产品质量,降低经济成本,发酵过程的环境变量应控制在一个特定的范围内。然而,细胞的生长、繁殖和代谢酶的产生过程却受到外界环境的极大影响。发酵过程的各种状态变量之间存在复杂的非线性动态关系,难以解耦,反映发酵质量的关键变量在测量稳定性和价格方面存在严重的缺陷,已成为影响发酵过程实时优化控制的瓶颈问题。采用软传感器建模是解决上述测量问题的一种有效方法。软测量建模可以将生产过程经验知识与自动控制理论有机地结合起来,通过数学计算和估计方法推断出需要测量的过程变量。利用软测量方法分析关键过程变量,不仅降低了生产成本,而且加快了动态响应,实现了关键参量的在线实时预估。实现这一点的一个强大工具就是软传感器,它使用过程中的在线信号来获取新的信息。传感器和测量技术可能非常有用,但软测量建模过程最好应使用已有的传感器,同时软测量建模过程不仅限于使用一些专用的物理传感器,还可以使用最适合用于传递关键参数估计值的不同传感器。本文主要包括以下研究内容:本文首先介绍了海洋蛋白酶研究目的和意义,指出在发酵过程存在某些难以在线测量的关键变量。其次,分析了国内外各种软测量建模方法,并分析总结了它们的优缺点。对现有的数据预处理方法、变量选择方法、软传感器建模方法和优化技术进行了全面审查。对各种软传感器模型的综合分析以表格的形式呈现,突出了发酵领域中使用的重要方法。然后对海洋蛋白酶的发酵过程进行了分析,详细介绍了具体的液体发酵过程,阐述了过程变量对发酵的影响和发酵过程变量的检测方法,这些都有助于辅助变量的选择,并有效地采集样本数据,为软测量模型的建立做好准备。第三,介绍了软测量技术的原理,提出了基于支持向量回归（SVR）的新型软测量模型。为了进一步提高模型的预测精度,采用灰狼算法（GWO）对关键参数（核函数宽度σ、惩罚系数c）SVR模型进行了优化。为了研究辅助变量的选择对软测量建模的影响,采用连续投影算法（SPA）来确定特征变量,并与灰色关联分析算法（GRA）进行比较。最后,通过MATLAB编程调用Excel电子表格数据,建立SPA-GWO-SVR软测量模型,预测发酵过程关键生物变量。仿真结果表明,SPA-GWO-SVR模型比传统的SPA-SVR模型具有更高的预测精度和泛化能力。复用MATLAB软件对海洋蛋白酶发酵过程进行实时监测,满足海洋蛋白酶发酵过程优化控制的要求。第四,提出了一种基于最小二乘支持向量机（LSSVM）的新型软测量模型中。采用改进的粒子群优化算法（IPSO）对LSSVM模型的超参数进行优化,该模型采用指数递减惯性权（EDIW）策略来提高标准粒子群优化（PSO）算法的搜索质量。这种改进的主要目的通过实验得以证明,如果EDIW策略下的PSO算法的参数被适当地设置,那么其PSO算法是非常有效的。采用模糊c均值聚类（FCM）算法对样本数据进行聚类,将发酵过程分为三个阶段,并利用IPSO-LSSVM算法分别针对三个阶段建立相应的局部子模型,然后将子模型组合得到最终的多阶段软传感器模型。通过MATLAB仿真,与PSO-LSSVM模型相比,基于FCM和IPSO-LSSVM的多阶段软测量模型具有较高的预测精度和稳定性,为解决同类工业生产过程中难以测量的变量提供了参考方法。最后,总结了论文的主要研究内容和结果,提出了论文的不足和今后相关研究的改进方向。

Influence of Soil pH and Temperature on Atrazine Bioremediation

Present study was conducted to clarify soil pH and temperature influence on different atrazine bioremediation techniques. For this purpose, sodium citrate, Arthrobactor sp. strain DNS10, sawdust and animal manure were selected to clarify their atrazine remediation efficiency under pH 5, 7 and 9 and temperatures 20, 30 and 40℃, respectively. Results showed that atrazine remediation was generally optimized at pH 7 and 30℃ for all the treatments except sodium citrate as soil treated with sawdust was not temperature dependant, but at pH 5 remediation process was determined slower. Atrazine remediation in soil with no additional amendment was only 34%, while in soil treated with sawdust, DNS10, sodium citrate and animal manure were 75.17%, 89%, 74.17% and 76.83% at optimized pH and temperature. Overall atazine removal rate was significantly（≥0.01） higher with increasing in temperature at all the selected pH.

Short Term Influence of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizer on Soil Microbial Biomass and DNA in Summer and Spring

The present study was conducted to see the short term impact of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil microbial biomass both in spring and summer. Also aimed to observe the correlation between soil microbial biomass and soil DNA. The study concluded that type of fertilizer might alter the soil microbial biomass and DNA contents. In soil treated with organic fertilizers resulted in higher concentrations of microbial biomass and DNA contents in summer as compared to spring dute to increase in temperature. Correspondingly, in case of inorganic fertilizer, concentrations of soil microbial biomass and DNA detected higher in summer instead of spring. The statistical correlation between soil microbial biomass, DNA and ODR in spring and summer along with organic and inorganic fertilizers were calculated highly significant （p〉0.01）. This study demonstrated the impact of fertilizers and seasonal variations on soil microbial biomass and also revealed significant correlation between soil microbial biomass and soil DNA.

Nonparametric Spectral Estimation Technique to Estimate Dominant Frequency for Atrial Fibrillation Detection

Atrial fibrillation (Afib) is related with heart failure, stroke, and high mortality rates. In frequency domain analysis, pre-requisite for Afib detection has been the estimation of reliable dominant frequency (DF) of atrial signals via different spectral estimation techniques. DF further characterizes Afib, and helps in its treatment. This paper aims at finding the most appropriate nonparametric FFT-based spectral estimation technique to estimate reliable DF for Afib detection. In this work, real-time intra-atrial electrograms have been acquired and pre-processed for frequency analysis. DF is estimated via Bartlett using Hanning window, and Welch methods. Regularity index (RI), a parameter to ensure reliability of DF, is calculated using Simpson 3/8 and Trapezoidal rules. The best method is declared based upon high accuracy of Afib detection using reliable DF. On comparison, Welch method is found to be more appropriate to estimate reliable DF for Afib detection with 98% accuracy.

Investigation of an inflammatory viral disease HBV in cardiac patients through polymerase chain reaction

In the present study 100 cardiac patients were randomly selected from the cardiology ward, Allied Hospital Faisalabad, Pakistan. All the selected cases were analysed for different parameters like Hepatitis B surface Antigen (HbsAg), Bilirubin, Alkaline phosphatase, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, and serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase. Out of total 16% patients were lying in the age of 21-30 year, 25% in the age of 31-40 year, 35% in the age of 41-50 year, 19% in the age of 51-60 years and 5% patients in the age of 61-70 years. No subject was found positive in age group 21-30 years patients. 35% patients have higher value of SGPT while, other 26% were with higher value of SGOT. Rest of the 32 and 24% have higher ALP and Bilirubin levels, respectively. Assay profile revealed that ALP level was increased with increasing age, body mass index, Creactive protein, diabetes, smoking, sex, serum uric acid, lead, cadmium, hypercholesterolemia, lesion of liver and cardiovascular disease. The serum of the eight HbsAg positive cases were tested for the presence of HBV through PCR and no sample was found positive. At the end of the study, PCR amplified samples were run on 1.5% agarose gel to confirm the case.

Assessment of Phosphorus Levels in Small Ruminants as Affected by Summer and Winter

An experiment was carried out to assess the phosphorus status of free grazing goats at Faisalabad, Pakistan. Samples were collected fortnightly during summer and winter seasons of 2010 from soil and plants. The highest （1183±0.54 mg. kg1） levels of feces phosphorus were recorded in lactating goats during winter and （9.87±0.99 mg＂ kg1） in urine of male during winter. Similarly maximum （71.0±0.88 mg ＂kgt） phosphorus concentration was observed in the plasma of lactating animals. Milk contained （31.0±0.36） rag. L^-1 in winter while during the months of summer the highest values recorded in forages, soils, canal and tube well waters were （755±1.98） mg. kg^-1, （785±4.98） mg· kg^-1, （0.97±8.78） mg·L^-1 and （4.12±0.55） mg. L^-1, respectively. It was revealed from the current results that fecal matter, forage, milk, tube well and canal water contained lower amounts of P, while P levels in blood plasma was found within the critical limits. Therefore, phosphorus supplementations were required in the area under experimentation to meet the requirements of the animals for their normal growth.
