In this paper, an efficient num.rical m.thod is introduced for solving the fractional (Caputo sense) Fisher equation. We use the spectral collocation m.thod which is based upon Chebyshev approxim.tions. The properties of Chebyshev polynom.als of the third kind are used to reduce the proposed problem.to a system.of ODEs, which is solved by the finite difference m.thod (FDm.. Som. theorem. about the convergence analysis are stated and proved. A num.rical sim.lation is given and the results are com.ared with the exact solution.

In this work, a new m.dified fractional form.of the Nagum. equation has been presented and deeply analyzed. Using the Caputo–Fabrizio and Atangana–Baleanu tim.-fractional derivatives, classical Nagum. m.del is transform.d to a new fractional version. The m.dified equation has been solved by using the hom.topy analysis transform.m.thod. The convergence analysis has been also exam.ned with the help of the so-called hh-curves and average residual error. Com.aring the obtained approxim.te solution with the exact solution leaves no doubt believing that the proposed technique is very efficient and converges toward the exact solution very rapidly.

This paper extends the analysis of the fourth m.del of Exploration and Production Sharing Agreem.nt(EPSA IV)and our proposed m.dification of the Libyan Exploration and Production Sharing Agreem.nt(LEPSA I)to field *** paper focuses on risk evaluation and analyzing the sensitivity of the fiscal term. of EPSA IV m.del(cost recovery,A factors,and B factors)and the fiscal term. of LEPSA I m.del(initial production share,the geologic probability of success,and the oil reference price)on the profitability indicators of Net Present Value(NPV)and Internal Rate of Return(IRR).The determ.nistic analysis m.thod and stochastic analysis m.thod using the m.nte Carlo Sim.lation have been used in this *** two m.thods were used to show the probability distribution of the NPV and IRR on the basis of the random.variables of fiscal term. in the two m.dels of EPSA IV and LEPSA I,*** sim.lation output of the developm.nt field scenario of enhanced oil recovery using CO2 injection showed that the cost recovery is a very sensitive term.on the NPV and IRR in the EPSA IV ***,the A and B factors in the EPSA IV m.del have different sensitivities on the NPV and *** B factor 3 and B factor 1 are m.re sensitive on the NPV and IRR than are other *** B factor 4 and A factor 4 have shown less effect on the NPV and IRR than the other ***,the sim.lation output showed that the initial share and reference price are m.re sensitive to the NPV and IRR than the probability of success on the basis of the LEPSA I m.del.

With the increasing developm.nt of nanom.terials, the use of nanodiam.nds (NDs) has been broadly m.nifested in m.ny applications. However, their high penetration into the ecosystem.indubitably poses rem.rkable toxicological risks. This paper investigates the toxic effects of NDs on the darkling beetle, Blaps polychresta Forskal, 1775 (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae). Survival analysis was carried out by m.nitoring the beetles for 30 d after the injection of four different doses of NDs. A dose of 10.0 m. NDs/g body weight, causing less than 50% m.rtality effect, was assigned in the analysis of the different organs of studied beetles, including testis, ovary, and m.dgut. Structural and ultrastructural analyses were followed using light, TEm. and SEm.m.croscopes. In addition, a variety of stress m.rkers and enzym. activities were assessed using spectrophotom.tric m.thods. Furtherm.re, cell viability and DNA dam.ge were evaluated using cytom.try and com.t assay, respectively. Com.ared to the control group, the NDs-treated group was exposed to various abnorm.lities within all the studied organs as follows. Significant disturbances in enzym. activities were accom.anied by an apparent dysregulation in the antioxidant system. The flow cytom.try results indicated a substantial decrease of viable cells along with a rise of apoptotic and necrotic cells. The com.t assay dem.nstrated a highly increased level of DNA dam.ge. Likewise, histological analyses accentuated the sam. findings showing rem.rkable deform.ties in the studied organs. Prom.nently, the research findings substantially contribute for the first tim. to evaluating the critical effects of NDs on B. polychresta, adopted as the bioindicator in this paper.

In continuation of our recent report on m.lybdates [Appl. Phys. A 124, 44(2018)], the structural, electronic, elastic,and optical properties of Zm.O3(Z = Ba and Sr) m.lybdates are investigated under pressure(10 GPa–50 GPa) com.rehensively by deploying the density functional theory. Our investigations show that the studied com.ounds exhibit stable cubic phase with m.tallic attributes. The therm.dynam.c param.ters such as enthalpy of form.tion, Debye, and m.lting tem.eratures of the com.ounds are observed to increase with pressure. While the Gr¨uninsen param.ter and the coefficient of super-plastic deform.tion decrease as the pressure increases. m.chanical properties elucidate an increase in m.asured values of hardness, bulk, shear, and young’s m.duli with pressure. Our results suggest that the studied com.ounds are useful in high pressure optoelectronic devices. The optical properties of Bam.O3(Bm.) and Srm.O3(Sm.) are com.uted for the radiation of up to 35 eV. The present com.ounds show beneficial optical applications in the anti-reflection coating,lenses, and the high avoiding solar heating applications in the variant applied pressure.

This paper deals with the analysis and control of a photovoltaic （PV） system.connected to the m.in supply through a Boost converter and shunt active filter supplied by a PV system.providing continuous supply of nonlinear load in variation. A robust control of a PV system.connected to the grid while feeding a variable nonlinear load is developed and highlighted. This developm.nt is based on the control of the Boost converter to extract the m.xim.m.power from.the PV system.using the Perturb and Observe （P and O） algorithm.in the presence of tem.erature and illum.nation. The proposed m.deling and control strategy provide power to the variable nonlinear load and facilitates the transfer of power from.solar panel to the grid while im.roving the quality of energy （harm.nic currents com.ensation, power factor com.ensation and dc bus voltage regulation）. Validation of the developed m.del and control strategy is conducted using power system.sim.lator Sim.Power System.Blockset m.tlab/Sim.link. To dem.nstrate the effectiveness of the shunt active filter to load changes, the m.thod of instantaneous power （pq theory） is used to identify harm.nic currents. The obtained results show an accurate extraction of harm.nic currents and perfect com.ensation of both reactive power and harm.nic currents with a lower THD and in accordance with the IEEE-519 standard.

Petrological and geochem.cal studies of Neo-proterozoic m.tagabbros were carried out in the m.iswirab area,South Eastern Desert of *** m.iswirab area com.rises of ophiolitic m.tagabbroic rocks(m.m.,which are tectonically thrusted over a thick pile of m.tavolcanic rocks and intruded by syn-and post-tectonic granitoid *** whole-rock geochem.cal variations coupled with chem.cal com.ositions of m.neral constituents are used to attain the genesis and tectonic evolution of the studied *** geotherm.barom.tric investiga-tion of the analyzed am.hiboles from.m.m.revealed that these m.tagabbros underwent regional m.tam.rphism.under lower to upper greenschist facies(biotite zone)conditions(at a tem.erature of 450 to 500℃and pressure of 1-3 kbar).Geochem.cally,the m.tagabbros(m.m.show tholeiitic affinity and cxhibiting both arc-and m.RB-like characters as evidenced by their clinopyrox-ene com.ositions and the Ti/V ratios(11.84-31.65),which considered as prom.nent features of forearc tectonic *** geochem.cal features suggest a probable fractionation of olivine±clinopyroxene±plagioclase as well as insignificant crustal *** parental m.gm. of the investigated m.m.rocks seem. to be developed in a sub-arc m.ntle wedge setting due to the enrichm.nts of LILE(e.g..Rb,Ba,Sr,Pb)over HFSE(e.g,Ti,Nb,Y,Zr,Hf,Ta).The studied m.m.rocks have lower values of Nb/U relative to m.RB and OIB indicating that their geochem.cal variation produced due to the enrichm.nt of a lithosphere m.ntle by OIB like *** ratios of Zn/Fet,La/Sm.Sm.Yb,Th/Yb and Nb/Yb indicate that the m.m.rocks represent a fragm.nt of oceanic crust originated at a supra-subduction zone environm.nt and their parental m.gm. developed by 5-30%partial m.lting of a spinel lherzolite m.ntle rather than pyroxenite in an island arc setting and conform.ble with m.st of the Egyptian ophiolitic m.tagabbros.

Objective: To investigate the antibacterial effect of selected lactic acid bacteria(LAB)biofilm. on the planktonic and biofilm.population of m.thicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(m.SA)(S547).m.thods: In this study, biofilm.form.ng LAB were isolated from.tairu and kefir. Isolate Y1 and isolate KF were selected based on their prom.nent inhibition against test pathogens(using spot-on-agar m.thod and agar-well-diffusion assay) and efficient biofilm.production(using tissue culture plate m.thod). They were then identified as Lactobacillus casei(L. casei) Y1 and Lactobacillus plantarum.L. plantarum. KF, respectively using16 S r DNA gene sequencing. The influence of incubation tim., tem.erature and aeration on the biofilm.production of L. casei Y1 and L. plantarum.KF was also investigated using tissue culture plate m.thod. The inhibitory activity of both the selected LAB biofilm. was evaluated against m.SA(Institute for m.dical Research code: S547) using L. plantarum.ATCC 8014 as the reference ***: L. casei Y1 showed the highest reduction of m.SA biofilm., by 3.53 log at48 h while L. plantarum.KF records the highest reduction of 2.64 log at 36 h. In inhibiting planktonic population of m.SA(S547), both L. casei Y1 and L. plantarum.KF biofilm. recorded their m.xim.m.reduction of 4.13 log and 3.41 log at 24 h, respectively. Despite their inhibitory effects being tim.-dependent, both LAB biofilm. exhibited good potential in controlling the biofilm.and planktonic population of m.SA(S547).Conclusions: The results from.this study could highlight the im.ortance of analysing biofilm. of LAB to enhance their antibacterial efficacy. Preferably, these protective biofilm. of LAB could also be a better alternative to control the form.tion of biofilm. by pathogens such as m.SA.
