In live donor liver transplantation, anatomical anomalies of the portal vein are more frequently encountered in right lobe than left lobe grafts. Of these, a dual portal vein is one of the most common anatomical anomalies encountered. We hereby report our method of using a recipient portal vein patch after venoplasty for reconstruction in a right lobe graft with separate anterior and posterior portal vein branches.

胶东金矿是中生代构造岩浆活化区岩浆期后中温热液蚀变脉状矿床。前人曾认为该类金矿属于壳源深融花岗岩-热液石英脉-蚀变岩型金矿。近期研究表明,胶东金矿围岩蚀变年龄的测定,对于矿床成因的研究有重要意义。为解决胶东区域断裂热液蚀变年龄问题,对胶东半岛主要断裂矿化蚀变带开展如下相关研究:(1)选择胶东地区各蚀变岩带普遍发育的黄铁绢英岩化蚀变岩带和强钾长石化蚀变岩带作为取样目标,进行区域对比;(2)该两类岩石中的蚀变矿物受到脆性断裂影响较小,能够得到蚀变阶段的稳定化学成分;(3)该两类岩石中的蚀变矿物发育有与蚀变同期的韧性变形,能够揭示蚀变阶段的构造应力应变状态。对样品中的钾长石和斜长石颗粒进行K-Ar法同位素年龄测试,获得蚀变岩同位素年龄数据。测试结果显示,胶东区域构造热液蚀变作用时期为(148.3±4.3)^(52.03±0.70)Ma,即早白垩世燕山晚期;同位素年龄自西向东逐渐变小,证明胶东西部地区的热液蚀变作用早于东部地区。通过分析已有的构造、热液成分和成矿物理化学参数等资料,结合本研究的最新成果,总结出区域成矿时代与成矿规律:胶东区域断裂蚀变系统中的构造附加静水压力、流体温度压力条件和成矿元素的分布与变化控制了热液蚀变成矿规律。上述地质特征显示,胶东金矿床是复成构造热液作用下的一种新型矿床类型。

The neurophysiological measurement technique known as magnetoencephalography, or MEG, has been in use since the early 1970's, and applied to clinical populations since the early 1980's. however, it was not until the late 1980's and early 1990's that the technology was advanced to point where effective clinical use was achieved. This presentation will review the basic principles of MEG, discuss the progression of technology development and give an update on the current clinical applications of the technology.

Abstract The unfolded protein response(UPR)is an important protective and compensatory strategy used during endoplasmic reticulum stress caused by factors including glucose starvation,low ph,or heat ***,there is very little information on the possible role(s)of the UPR under adverse conditions experienced by marine *** observed that rough endoplasmic reticulum(ER)was dramatically expanded and numerous autophagosomes were accumulated in the intestinal cells of sea cucumbers,Apostichopus japonicus,under heat stress(4 h at 25°C compared with 15°C controls).Moreover,heat stress led to sharp increases in the relative transcript and protein expression levels of two primary ER chaperones:the endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 29-like(ERP29)and protein disulfi de-isomerase A6-like(PDIA6).These results suggest a potential adaptive mechanism to deal with heat-induced stress in sea cucumber intestine.

AIM:To investigate sonographically the effect of Gonogronema latifolium (***) on gastric emptying of semi-solid meals in healthy ***:In a randomized,placebo-controlled experiment,twenty-five clinically healthy dogs were randomly allotted into five groups of five dogs in each *** placebo group served as the control,and the low,moderate and high dose groups ingested the methanolic leaf extract of *** in capsules at 100 mg/kg,250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg,respectively,while the prokinetic group ingested 0.5 mg/kg capsules of *** a 12-h fast,each group ingested its treatment capsules 30 min before the administration of a test *** of gastric emptying and blood glucoselevels were obtained 30 min before and immediately after the ingestion of the test meal and thereafter every 15 min for 4 *** was followed by further measurements every 30 min for another 2 ***:The gastric emptying times of the placebo,low dose,moderate dose,high dose and prokinetic dose groups were 127.0 ± 8.2 min,135.5 ± 3.7 min,155.5 ± 3.9 min,198.0 ± 5.3 min and 59.0 ± 2.5 min,*** emptying times of the moderate and high dose groups were significantly slower than in the placebo control group (155.5 ± 3.9 min,198.0 ± 5.3 min vs 127.0 ± 8.2 min,P=0.000).No significant difference in gastric emptying between the low dose and placebo control groups was noted (135.5 ± 3.7 min vs 127.0 ± 8.2 min,P=0.072).Gastric emptying of the prokinetic group was significantly faster than that of the control group (59.0 ± 2.5 min vs 127.0 ± 8.2 min,P=0.000).The hypoglycaemic effect of *** and gastric emptying were inversely related (r=-0.95,P=0.000).CONCLUSION:*** delays gastric emptying and lowers postprandial blood glucose in healthy *** reduces the postprandial blood glucose by delaying gastric emptying.

To the Editor： With great interest we read the original article of Chert et al published in the Chinese Medical Journal comparing serum concentrations of cytokines in patients of han and Li ethnicity with posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD）. The authors found significantly higher serum concentrations of the cytokines interleukin （IL）-2, IL-6, IL-8, and tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α in PTSD patients compared to normal controls, and differences in cytokine concentrations according to ethnicity.

Coherent Raman scattering(CRS)microscopy is widely recognized as a powerful tool for tackling biomedical problems based on its chemically specific label-free contrast,high spatial and spectral resolution,and high ***,the clinical translation of CRS imaging technologies has long been hindered by traditional solid-state lasers with environmentally sensitive operations and large *** fibre lasers can potentially overcome these shortcomings but have not yet been fully exploited for CRS imaging,as previous implementations have suffered from high intensity noise,a narrow tuning range and low power,resulting in low image qualities and slow imaging ***,we present a novel high-power self-synchronized two-colour pulsed fibre laser that achieves excellent performance in terms of intensity stability(improved by 50 dB),timing jitter(24.3 fs),average power fluctuation(h(>20 dB)and pulse width variation(he versatility of the laser source enables,for the first time,high-contrast,fast CRS imaging without complicated noise reduction via balanced detection *** capabilities are demonstrated in this work by imaging a wide range of species such as living human cells and mouse arterial tissues and performing multimodal nonlinear imaging of mouse tail,kidney and brain tissue sections by utilizing second-harmonic generation and twophoton excited fluorescence,which provides multiple optical contrast mechanisms simultaneously and maximizes the gathered information content for biological visualization and medical *** work also establishes a general scenario for remodelling existing lasers into synchronized two-colour lasers and thus promotes a wider popularization and application of CRS imaging technologies.

This study evaluated uranium sequestration performance in iron-rich (30 g/kg) sediment via bioreduction followed by *** tests (1383 days) at Oak Ridge,Tennessee demonstrated that uranium contents in sediments increased after bioreduced sediments were re-exposed to nitrate and oxygen in contaminated *** of contaminated sediments (1200 mg/kg U) with ethanol in microcosm reduced aqueous U from 0.37 to 0.023 mg/*** of the bioreduced sediment were reoxidized with O2,h2O2,and NaNO3,respectively,over 285 days,resulting in aqueous U of 0.024,1.58 and 14.4 mg/L at ph 6.30,6.63 and 7.62,*** source-and the three reoxidized sediments showed different desorption and adsorption behaviors of U,but all fit a Freundlich *** adsorption capacities increased sharply at ph 4.5 to 5.5,plateaued at ph 5.5 to 7.0,then decreased sharply as ph increased from 7.0 to *** O2-reoxidized sediment retained a lower desorption efficiency at ph over *** NO3--reoxidized sediment exhibited higher adsorption capacity at ph 5.5 to *** ph-dependent adsorption onto Fe(Ⅲ) oxides and formation of U coated particles and precipitates resulted in U sequestration,and bioreduction followed by reoxidation can enhance the U sequestration in sediment.
