宇称-时间(PT)对称性理论描述了具有实能级的非厄密特哈密顿量,在量子物理学和量子信息科学中起着重要作用,是量子力学中活跃且重要的主题.研究者们对如何描述哈密顿量的PT对称性的问题给予了高度关注.本文基于PT对称理论和哈密顿量归一化特征函数,提出了算子F的定义.然后,在找到算子CPT和算子F的对易子和反对易子的特性后,给出了刻画了无量纲情况下哈密顿量的PT对称性的第一种方法.进一步研究发现,该方法还可以量化哈密顿量在无量纲情况下的PT对称性.此外,提出了另一种基于哈密顿量特征值实部和虚部来描述哈密顿量PT对称性的方法,该方法仅用于判断哈密顿量是否具有PT对称性.

Wigner-Yanase skew information could quantify the quantum uncertainty of the observables that are not commuting with a conserved quantity.We present the uncertainty principle for two successive projective measurements in terms of Wigner-Yanase skew information based on a single quantum system.It could capture the incompatibility of the observables,i.***.the lower bound can be nontrivial for the observables that are incompatible with the state of the quanaim system.Furthermore,the lower bound is also constrained by the quantum Fisher information.In addition,we find the complementarity relation between the uncertainties of the observable which operated on the quantum state and the other observable that performed on the post-measured quantum state and the uncertainties formed by the non-degenerate quantum observables performed on the quantum state,respectively.

与各种非参数化纠缠度量相比,参数化纠缠度量显示了其优越性.并发纠缠被广泛用于描述量子实验中的纠缠.作为一种纠缠度量,它与特定Rényi-α熵有关.本文提出了一种基于Rényi-α熵的参数化两体纠缠度量,命名为α-对数并发纠缠.与现有的参数化度量不同,首先定义了纯态的度量,然后推广到混合态.进一步验证了α-对数并发纠缠满足纠缠度量3个条件.展示了对纯态的度量是容易计算的,然而对于混合态,解析计算只适用于特殊的双量子位态或特殊的高维混合态.因此,本文致力于建立一般两体态α-对数并发纠缠的一个下界.令人惊讶的是,这个下界是这个混合态的正部分转置判据和重排判据的函数.这表明了3种纠缠度量之间的联系.有趣的是,下界依赖于与具体态相关的熵参数.这样我们可以选择适当的参数α,使得Gα(ρ)≫0用于特定态ρ的实验纠缠检测.此外,计算了isotropic态的α-对数并发纠缠的表达式,并给出了d=2时isotropic态的解析表达式.最后,讨论了α-对数并发纠缠的的单配性.建立了两个量子比特系统中并发纠缠和α-对数并发纠缠之间的函数关系,然后得到了该函数的一些有用性质,并结合Coffman-Kundu-Wootters(CKW)不等式,建立了关于α-对数并发纠缠的单配性不等式.最终证明了单配性不等式对于α-对数并发纠缠是成立的.

Effect of lipid peroxidation on the allergenicity and functional properties of soybeanβ-conglycinin(7S)and glycinin(11S)

This study aimed to analyze the effect of lipid peroxidation on the allergenicity and functional properties of soybeanβ-conglycinin(7 S)and glycinin(11 S).Oxidation complexes were determined using the lipid peroxidation method.Functional properties were analyzed based on emulsifying and foaming properties.The potential allergenicity was evaluated by in vitro and in vivo methods.The results found that oxidation altered structures of the proteins and resulted in the formation of cross-linked protein polymers.The emulsion and foaming properties of the proteins were improved after oxidation.The IgE-binding capacity of 7 S and11 S reduced after oxidation.KU812 cell assays showed that both histamine and IL-4 release decreased after oxidation treatment.A mouse model showed that oxidation reduced the IgE,IgG,and IgG1 levels,as well as reduced histamine and mMCP-1 release in serum,which might suppress the allergic reaction.In conclusion,the lipid peroxidation treatment likely causes changes to the functional properties of soybean,decreasing the potential allergenicity of 7 S and 11 S.

The main purpose of this article is to study the lattice structure of quantum logics by using the theory of partially order sets. The goal is achieved by constructing a natural embedding map from the quantum logic posets into the complete lattices. The embedding map needs to be dense(in the order sense) and such complete lattices are so called extended logics which preserve all essential features of the quantum logic. We obtain that the extended logic is unique up to a lattice isomorphism.

Termination analysis is an essential part in programming. Especially quantum programming concerning measurement, entanglement and even superposition are the foundations of bizarre behaviours in quantum programs. In this paper, we analyse and extend the theoretical theorems on termination analysis proposed by Ying et al. into computational theorems and algorithms. The new algorithm without the Jordan decomposition process has a significant acceleration with polynomial complexity both on terminating and almost-surely terminating programs. Moreover, the least upper bound of termination programs steps is studied and utilized to output the substituted matrix representation of quantum programs. We also implement four groups of experiments to illustrate the advantages of the new algorithm in case of processing a simplified quantum walk example comparing with the original counterpart.

Patient-derived tumor xenografts(PDXs)are a powerful tool for drug discovery and screening in cancer.However,current studies have led to little understanding of genotype mismatches in PDXs,leading to massive economic losses.here,we established PDX models from 53 lung cancer patients with a genotype matching rate of 79.2%(42/53).Furthermore,17 clinicopathological features were examined and input in stepwise logistic regression(LR)models based on the lowest Akaike information criterion(AIC),least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)-LR,support vector machine(SVM)recursive feature elimination(SVM-RFE),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),gradient boosting and categorical features(Cat Boost),and the synthetic minority oversampling technique(SMOTE).Finally,the performance of all models was evaluated by the accuracy,area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),and F1 score in 100 testing groups.Two multivariable LR models revealed that age,number of driver gene mutations,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene mutations,type of prior chemotherapy,prior tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)therapy,and the source of the sample were powerful predictors.Moreover,Cat Boost(mean accuracy=0.960;mean AUC=0.939;mean F1 score=0.908)and the eight-feature SVM-RFE(mean accuracy=0.950;mean AUC=0.934;mean F1 score=0.903)showed the best performance among the algorithms.Meanwhile,application of the SMOTE improved the predictive capability of most models,except Cat Boost.Based on the SMOTE,the ensemble classifier of single models achieved the highest accuracy(mean=0.975),AUC(mean=0.949),and F1 score(mean=0.938).In conclusion,we established an optimal predictive model to screen lung cancer patients for non-obese diabetic(NOD)/Shi-scid,interleukin-2 receptor(IL-2R)γ^(null)(NOG)/PDX models and offer a general approach for building predictive models.

Sharing quantum nonlocality in the noisy scenario

It was showed in [Phys. Rev. Lett. 125 090401(2020)] that there exist unbounded number of independent Bobs who can share quantum nonlocality with a single Alice by performing sequentially measurements on the Bob's half of the maximally entangled pure two-qubit state. However, from practical perspectives, errors in entanglement generation and noises in quantum measurements will result in the decay of nonlocality in the scenario. In this paper, we analyze the persistency and termination of sharing nonlocality in the noisy scenario. We first obtain the two sufficient conditions under which there exist n independent Bobs who can share nonlocality with a single Alice under noisy measurements and the noisy initial two qubit entangled state. Analyzing the two conditions, we find that the influences on persistency under different kinds of noises can cancel each other out. Furthermore, we describe the change patterns of the maximal nonlocality-sharing number under the influence of different noises. Finally, we extend our investigation to the case of arbitrary finite-dimensional systems.
