SNF1-related protein kinase 2(SnRK2)family members are essential components of the plant abscisic acid(ABA)signaling pathway initiated by osmotic stress and triggering a drought stress *** study characterized the molecular properties of TaSnRK2.4 and its function in mediating adaptation to drought in Triticum *** of TaSnRK2.4 were upregulated upon drought and ABA signaling and associated with drought-and ABA-responsive cis-elements ABRE and DRE,and MYB and MYC binding sites in the promoter as indicated by reporter GUS protein staining and activity driven by truncations of the *** two-hybrid,BiFC,and Co-IP assays indicated that TaSnRK2.4 protein interacts with TaPP2C01 and an ABF transcription factor(TF)*** results suggested that TaSnRK2.4 forms a functional TaPP2C01-TaSnRK2.4-TaABF2 module with its upstream and downstream *** analysis revealed that TaSnRK2.4 and TaABF2 positively regulate drought tolerance whereas TaPP2C01 acts negatively by modulating stomatal movement,osmotic adjustment,reactive oxygen species(ROS)homeostasis,and root *** analysis,yeast one-hybrid,and transcriptional activation assays indicated that several osmotic stress-responsive genes,including TaSLAC1-4,TaP5CS3,TaSOD5,TaCAT1,and TaPIN4,are regulated by *** analysis verified their functions in positively regulating stomatal movement(TaSLAC1-4),proline accumulation(TaP5CS3),SOD activity(TaSOD5),CAT activity(TaCAT1),and root morphology(TaPIN4).There were high correlations between plant biomass and yield with module transcripts in a wheat variety panel cultivated under drought conditions in the *** findings provide insights into understanding plant drought response underlying the SnRK2 signaling pathway in common wheat.

A novel macrocycle based on conformation-adaptive and electron-rich dihydrophenazine was designed and *** the one hand,the macrocycle showed host-guest interactions with tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ)driving by charge transfer interaction between ***,host-guest complexation was accompanied by fluorescence quenching and conformational change of the *** the other hand,the oxidation of the macrocycle resulted in its diradical cation analogue and induced the release of the guest molecule TCNQ,thereby accomplishing reversible binding ***,this work wellillustrates the chemical and structural versatility of dihydrophenazine in the synthesis of macrocycles and their host-guest chemistry.

MXene,a transition metal carbide/nitride,has been prominent as an ideal electrochemical active material for ***,the low MXene load limits its practical *** environmental concerns and sustainable development become more widely recognized,it is necessary to explore a greener and cleaner technology to recycle textile by-products such as *** present study proposes an effective 3D fabrication method that uses MXene to fabricate waste denim felt into ultralight and flexible supercapacitors through needling and *** 3D structure provided more sites for loading MXene onto Z-directional fiber bundles,resulting in more efficient ion exchange between the electrolyte and ***,the carbonization process removed the specific adverse groups in MXenes,further improving the specific capacitance,energy density,power density and electrical conductivity of *** electrodes achieve a maximum specific capacitance of 1748.5 mF cm-2 and demonstrate remarkable cycling stability maintaining more than 94%after 15,000 galvanostatic charge/discharge ***,the obtained supercapacitors present a maximum specific capacitance of 577.5 mF cm^(-2),energy density of 80.2μWh cm^(-2)and power density of 3 mW cm^(-2),*** resulting supercapacitors can be used to develop smart wearable power devices such as smartwatches,laying the foundation for a novel strategy of utilizing waste cotton in a high-quality manner.

Particulate nitrate,a key component of fine particles,forms through the intricate gas-to-particle conversion *** process is regulated by the gas-to-particle conversion coefficient of nitrate(ε(NO_(3)^(-))).The mechanism betweenε(NO_(3)^(-))and its drivers is highly complex and nonlinear,and can be characterized by machine learning ***,conventional machine learning often yields results that lack clear physical meaning and may even contradict established physical/chemical mechanisms due to the influence of ambient *** urgently needs an alternative approach that possesses transparent physical interpretations and provides deeper insights into the impact ofε(NO_(3)^(-)).Here we introduce a supervised machine learning approachdthe multilevel nested random forest guided by theory *** approach robustly identifies NH4 t,SO_(4)^(2-),and temperature as pivotal drivers forε(NO_(3)^(-)).Notably,substantial disparities exist between the outcomes of traditional random forest analysis and the anticipated actual ***,our approach underscores the significance of NH4 t during both daytime(30%)and nighttime(40%)periods,while appropriately downplaying the influence of some less relevant drivers in comparison to conventional random forest *** research underscores the transformative potential of integrating domain knowledge with machine learning in atmospheric studies.

In this study,microstructure and mechanical behavior of two types of Mg-based bimetal plates with a high formability sleeve were systematically studied,with a great emphasis on the effect of the interface characteristic and the sleeve fraction on the plasticity of composite *** rule of mixtures(ROM)for elongation was also *** results show that when there is no or thin diffusion layer with thickness of about 3μm,Mg-based bimetal plates have a good plasticity with elongation of about 19-24%,and the ROM predicted elongations are very close to the experimental *** contrast,with a diffusion layer about 95-155μm thick,Mg-based bimetal plates exhibit a poor plasticity with elongation of about 11-17%,and the experimental elongations largely deviate from the ROM *** plasticity of Mg-based bimetal plates increases with increasing sleeve *** study provides new insights on the plastic deformation of Mg-based bimetal composites with a high formability sleeve.

BACKGROUND Sepsis-associated liver injury(SLI)is a severe and prevalent complication of *** To explore the literature on SLI via a bibliometric *** Reviews and articles correlated with SLI published from January 1,2000 to October 28,2023 were searched from the Web of Science Core ***,the searched data were analyzed using VOSviewer,CiteSpace,and R *** There were 787 publications involved in this paper,comprising 745 articles and 42 ***,the United States,and Germany are the primary publication sources in this *** related to SLI primarily focused on mechanisms of pathogenesis,as evidenced by analyzing keywords,references,and the counting of original *** studies mainly involved tumor necrosis factor alpha,inflammation,oxidative stress,and nuclear factor-kappa *** There is significant growth in the research on *** investigations primarily involve basic experiments that aimed at uncovering pathogenic *** to the analyzed literature,the identified pathogenic mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets serve as the foundation for translating findings from basic research to clinical applications.
