Copper alloy composite bit matrix was prepared by pressureless vacuum infiltration,using at least one of the three kinds of tungsten carbide particles,for example,irregular cast tungsten carbide,monocrystalline tungsten carbide and sintered reduced tungsten carbide *** effects of powder particle morphology,particle size and mass fraction of tungsten carbide on the microstructure and mechanical properties of copper alloy composite were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and abrasive wear test in *** results show that tungsten carbide morphology and particle size have obvious effects on the mechanical properties of copper alloy *** tungsten carbide partially dissolved in the copper alloy binding phase,and layers of Cu_(0.3)W_(0.5)Ni_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)C phase with a thickness of around 8–15μm were formed on the edge of the cast tungsten *** 45%irregular crushed fine cast tungsten carbide and 15%monocrystalline cast tungsten carbide were used as the skeleton,satisfactory comprehensive performance of the reinforced copper alloy composite bit matrix was obtained,with the bending strength,impact toughness and hardness reaching 1048 MPa,4.95 J/cm^(2) and 43.6 HRC,*** main wear mechanism was that the tungsten carbide particles firstly protruded from the friction surface after the copper alloy matrix was worn,and then peeled off from the matrix when further wear occurred.

Reactive transport modeling(RTM) is an emerging method used to address geological issues in diagenesis research. However, the extrapolation of RTM results to practical reservoir prediction is not sufficiently understood. This paper presents a case study of the Eocene Qaidam Basin that combines RTM results with petrological and mineralogical evidence. The results show that the Eocene Xiaganchaigou Formation is characterized by mixed siliciclastic-carbonate-evaporite sedimentation in a semiclosed saline lacustrine environment. Periodic evaporation and salinization processes during the syngeneticpenecontemporaneous stage gave rise to the replacive genesis of dolomites and the cyclic enrichment of dolomite in the middle-upper parts of the meter-scale depositional sequences. The successive change in mineral paragenesis from terrigenous clastics to carbonates to evaporites was reconstructed using RTM simulations. Parametric uncertainty analyses further suggest that the evaporation intensity(brine salinity) and particle size of sediments(reactive surface area) were important rate-determining factors in the dolomitization, as shown by the relatively higher reaction rates under conditions of higher brine salinity and fine-grained sediments. Combining the simulation results with measured mineralogical and reservoir physical property data indicates that the preservation of original intergranular pores and the generation of porosity via replacive dolomitization were the major formation mechanisms of the distinctive lacustrine dolomite reservoirs(widespread submicron intercrystalline micropores) in the Eocene Qaidam Basin. The results confirm that RTM can be effectively used in geological studies, can provide a better general understanding of the dolomitizing fluid-rock interactions, and can shed light on the spatiotemporal evolution of mineralogy and porosity during dolomitization and the formation of lacustrine dolomite reservoirs.

近年来,我国通过出台居住区相关标准规范,以“生活圈”的形式将邻里中心模式融入规划编制体系。这些标准规范解决了邻里中心建什么、建多少的问题,但未能解答怎么建、怎么管的疑惑。中法武汉生态示范城通过在控规编制、要素配置及运管体系上的创新,逐步构建了涵盖规划编制全流程的社区生活圈规划建设模式,通过采取法定规划、需求清单及监管平台3大措施,尝试解决邻里中心在空间布局、要素配置、运管方法等维度的问题,形成了一套平衡需求与供给、兼顾市场化运营与公共服务供给的新建地区邻里中心规划实施方法。

团城湖调节池底泥环境研究及处置建议

底泥环境是湖库水生态系统重要组成部分,为摸清团城湖调节池底泥环境现状,通过人工测量法对底泥淤积程度进行评估;对底泥的含水率、有机质、全氮、全磷、有机氮、有机磷、XRD、XRF、粒径共9项指标进行检测;对底泥中的大型底栖无脊椎动物进行调查。结果显示,目前大部分区域依然接近硬质池底,底泥淤积量约28646.86 m3;有机质、全氮、全磷成分含量整体相对较高,不同部位底泥成分存在明显差异;底泥中大型底栖无脊椎动物多样性及丰度均较低。基于调查结果,提出底栖生态提升、工程清淤2项处置措施及其实施路径。

目的研究人参酚酸(GPAs)和人参皂苷(Gs)在肠上皮细胞辐射损伤中的保护作用及机制。方法将36只C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为12组,每组3只:未辐射(0 h)和辐射后4、24、48 h的模型组、酚酸组、皂苷组。模型组、酚酸组、皂苷组接受一次性10 Gy全身辐照。在辐射前48.0、24.0、0.5 h和辐射后0.5 h,酚酸组和皂苷组分别灌胃给予100 mg·kg^(-1) GPAs和100 mg·kg^(-1) Gs,模型组灌胃给予等量的0.9%NaCl。用5-溴脱氧尿核苷(BrdU)免疫组化法检测增殖的隐窝细胞,用剪切胱天蛋白酶-3(Cleaved-caspase 3)免疫组化染色法检测隐窝细胞凋亡,用免疫荧光染色法检测隐窝细胞β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和分化抗原簇蛋白44(CD44)的表达情况。结果在辐射后4 h,模型组、酚酸组和皂苷组的隐窝中BrdU阳性细胞分别为(487.22±113.90)、(531.56±101.19)和(714.00±84.74)个,Cleaved-caspase 3阳性细胞分别为(59.89±12.70)、(41.89±11.70)和(44.11±10.08)个,β-catenin阳性细胞分别为(522.00±69.62)、(738.56±106.24)和(707.67±117.23)个,CD44阳性细胞分别为(4.37±1.99)、(5.54±2.23)和(5.52±2.32)个。模型组的上述指标与酚酸组和皂苷组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 GPAs和Gs可抑制辐射后肠隐窝细胞凋亡,可显著提高辐射后肠隐窝细胞的增殖能力和保护肠上皮干细胞的存活,通过Wnt/β-catenin信号对放射性肠道损伤进行修复。
