A wide spectrum of scenarios may lead to radiation incidents and the liberation of radioactive material. In the case of a terrorist attack by a "dirty bomb", there is a risk of mechanical and thermal trauma, external irradiation, superficial contamination and incorporation of radioactive material. The first treatment priority must be given to the care of trauma patients with life-threatening injuries, as the health effects of radiation occur with latency. Radionuclide incorporation will lead to a longer-lasting irradiation from inside the body, associated with a higher risk of stochastic radiation effects(e.g., occurrence of tumors) in the long run. It must be expected that victims with potentially incorporated radionuclides will far outnumber trauma patients. The elimination of radionuclides can be enhanced by the administration of decorporation agents such as(Ca) Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid(DTPA) or Prussian blue,reducing the radiological burden of the body. There is still no consensus whether decorporation treatment should be started immediately based only on a suspicion of radionuclide incorporation("urgent approach") or if the results of internal dosimetry confirming the necessity of a treatment should be awaited, accepting the delay caused by the measurements and computations("precautionary approach"). As the therapeutic effectiveness may be substantially decreased if treatment initiation is delayed only by several days, depending on the radionuclide, the physicochemical properties of the compounds involved and the route of absorption, we favor an "urgent approach" from a medical point of view. In doubt, it seems justified to treat victims by precaution, as the adverse effects of the medication seem minimal. However, in the case of a high number of victims, an "urgent treatment approach" may require a large number of daily doses of antidotes, and therefore, adequate investments in preparedness and antidote stockpiling are necessary.

This article presents an innovative facade system designed to increase the thermal comfort inside an office room and to enhance the cooling capacity of the suspended cooling ceiling. A series of measurements is conducted in an existing office building with different facade systems （i.e., a combination of grazing and shading）. An innovative facade system is devetoped based on this intensive set of measurements. The new system enhances the thermal comfort and cooling capacity of the suspended cooling ceiling. The main usage of the new system is the refurbishment and improvement of existing facade systems.

We have developed a new 3D multi-physics multi-material code, ALE-AMR, which combines Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian （ALE） hydrodynamics with Adaptive Mesh Refinement （AMR） to connect the continuum to the microstructural regimes. The code is unique in its ability to model hot radiating plasmas and cold fragmenting solids. New numerical techniques were developed for many of the physics packages to work efficiently on a dynamically moving and adapting mesh. We use interface reconstruction based on volume fractions of the material components within mixed zones and reconstruct interfaces as needed. This interface reconstruction model is also used for void coalescence and fragmentation. A flexible strength/failure framework allows for pluggable material models, which may require material history arrays to determine the level of accumulated damage or the evolving yield stress in J2 plasticity models. For some applications laser rays are propagating through a virtual composite mesh consisting of the finest resolution representation of the modeled space. A new 2nd order accurate diffusion solver has been implemented for the thermal conduction and radiation transport packages. One application area is the modeling of laser/target effects including debris/shrapnel generation. Other application areas include warm dense matter, EUV lithography, and material wall interactions for fusion devices.

BACkGROUND Blink and masseter reflexes provide reliable,quantifiable data on the function of the central nervous system:Delayed latencies have been found in patients with neurocognitive disorder(ND)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),but this has not been studied in patients with both *** To investigate if older adults with ND plus T2DM have prolonged latencies of blink and masseter-reflex and if they were associated with disease *** This cross-sectional study included 227 older adults(>60 years)from Colima,*** disorder was identified by a neuropsychological battery test,and T2DM identified by medical history,fasting glucose,and glycosylated *** in the early reflex(R1),ipsilateral late(R2),and contralateral late(R2c)components of the blink reflex were analyzed for all subjects,and 183 subjects were analyzed for latency of the masseter *** In 20.7%of participants,ND was *** 37%,T2DM was *** in R1,R2,and R2c were significantly prolonged for groups with ND plus T2DM,ND,and T2DM,compared with the control group(Pk and masseter reflexes could be used to evaluate possible changes in brainstem circuits in older adults with ND and T2DM.

目的:观察松花粉对家猪粪便特性及肠道菌群的影响。方法:9头雄性阉割猪,体重363kg,随机分为对照组(基础饲料,Ⅰ组)、麦麸添加组(基础饲料加3.5%麦麸,Ⅱ组)和松花粉添加组(基础饲料加3.5%松花粉,Ⅲ组),单笼饲养,用基础饲料喂养1w后,给予不同饲料2个周期、每个周期14d的代谢实验,测定肠道菌群和粪便特性参数。结果:三组动物饲料摄入量一致,但Ⅲ组日排出新鲜粪便量比Ⅰ组多1倍,比Ⅱ组多78%;粪便干重比Ⅰ组多64%,比Ⅱ组高52%;粪便含水量是Ⅰ组的2倍,Ⅱ组的2.16倍。Ⅲ组每日粪便中排出的甘油三酯是Ⅱ组的3.5倍、Ⅰ组的3倍;每日粪便排出胆固醇达735mg,是Ⅰ组的1.7倍、Ⅱ组的1.5倍;脂肪酸排出量为1506mg,而Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别为535mg和560mg;胆酸的排泄量也高于其他两组,且与Ⅱ组间有显著性差异。Ⅲ组粪便中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、各项含氮组分以及有关菌群(logCFUV/d)的排出量远高于其他两组。结论:松花粉对调整机体氮代谢、肠道菌群和抑制脂肪吸收有重要意义。

目的:观察松花粉对家猪脂代谢的影响。方法:选用雄性阉割猪9头,体重(36±3)kg,随机分为3组:基础饲料组、松花粉添加组和麦麸添加组。分别饲养于单独的代谢笼中,先用普通饲料喂养1周,再给予不同饲料进行代谢实验,测定脂代谢的有关参数。结果:松花粉组粪便中甘油三酯浓度最高(7.43 mg/g),与其他两组差异显著,每日粪便排出的甘油三酯是麦麸组的3.5倍、基础饲料组的3倍。松花粉组粪便胆固醇浓度也名列第一,每日粪便排出胆固醇总量达735 mg,是基础饲料组(408 mg)的1.7倍、麦麸组(421 mg)的1.5倍。松花粉组每克粪便含脂肪酸总量为15.78 mg(基础饲料组和麦麸组分别为9.07 mg和8.81 mg),是基础饲料组的1.74倍,麦麸组的1.79倍;松花粉组粪便中每日脂肪酸排出总量为1 506 mg,基础饲料组和麦麸组分别为535 mg和560 mg。粪便中胆酸的排泄量松花粉组也高于其他两组,而且与麦麸组间有显著性差异。结论:食用添加3.5%松花粉饲料后不仅非常显著地增加了家猪粪便中甘油三酯、胆固醇及脂肪酸的排泄量,同时也促进了胆酸的排泄。这一性质对调整机体能量代谢和脂代谢,抑制脂肪的吸收具有重要意义。

目的　观察松花粉对缺锌幼鼠的营养作用。方法　选用雄性 SD大鼠 70只 ,体重( 4 2± 4) g,随机分为 7组。 1组为对照组 ,饲料含锌 32 .2 mg/kg;2组为锌严重缺乏组、饲料含锌 3.4mg/kg均自由进食。 3组饲料含锌 84.9mg/kg;4与 6组饲料中分别添加 2 %与 5%的松花粉 ,5组和 7组是 4组与 6组的对照组 ,采用与松花粉能量和蛋白质含量相同的交换饲料配制 ;5组饲料含锌与 4组相等 ( 4 .4mg/kg)、7组与 6组相等 ( 5.5mg/kg)。3～ 7组均同 2组对喂。结果　摄入基础饲料组和含等量锌的松花粉的饲料组间生长情况和生化、血液学指标均未见差异 ,其营养作用是等同的 ,松花粉添加组大鼠体重增加量均稍低于其对照组。在饲料能量、锌和蛋白质含量及其它营养素都一致的情况下 ,尽管松花粉添加量已达饲料的 2 %与 5% ,但对幼鼠仍未显示刺激生长作用。结论　松花粉具有较好的安全性。
