Radiolabeling of lacosamide using highly purified rhenium-188 as a prospective brain theranostic agent

Rhenium-188 is prospectively effective for both diagnosis and radiotherapy as it appropriately emits gamma rays and beta ***(LCM)is a newly approved antiepileptic medication for focal drug-resistant ***-188 was separated with high elution yield and high purity using the new 188W/188Re generator based on the ZrSiW gel matrix.188Re-LCM was prepared with high radiochemical yield and high *** of 188Re-LCM in normal Swiss albino mice was investigated to determine its utility as a potential brain therapy *** 188W/188Re generator was used to obtain 188Re based on the ZrSi188W gel matrix,and the chemical,radiochemical,and radionuclidic purity of the obtained 188Re was determined using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),a paper chromatography technique,and high-purity germanium(hPGe)detection,respectively,to assess its validity for LCM *** factors,such as the ph,reaction time,and LCM quantity,were therefore studied in order to improve the yield and purity of 188Re-LCM,as determined by various chromatographic techniques such as electrophoresis,thin layer chromatography(TLC),and highpressure liquid chromatography(hPLC).188Re was obtained with a high elution yield(75±3%)and a low 188W breakthrough(0.001±0.0001%).The maximum radiochemical yield of 188Re-LCM(87.5±1.8%)was obtained using 50 ll LCM(4 mM),250 ll stannous chloride(4.4 mM)at ph 4,100 ll 188Re(37 MBq),within 30 min,at room temperature(25±3C),as determined by TLC,electrophoresis,and hPLC *** analysis showed that 188Re-LCM was primarily localized in the brain(5.1%)with a long residence time(240 min).

Using the machinery of Lie group analysis,the nonlinear system of coupled Burgers-type equations is *** the infinitesimal generators in the optimal system of subalgebra of the said Lie algebras,it leads to two nonequivalent similarity transformations by using it we obtain two reductions in the form of system of nonlinear ordinary differential *** search for solutions of these systems by using the G'/G-method has yielded certain exact solutions expressed by rational functions,hyperbolic functions,and trigonometric *** figures are given to show the properties of the solutions.

Network management and multimedia data mining techniques have a great interest in analyzing and improving the network traffic *** recent times,the most complex task in Software Defined Network(SDN)is security,which is based on a centralized,programmable ***,monitoring network traffic is significant for identifying and revealing intrusion abnormalities in the SDN ***,this paper provides an extensive analysis and investigation of the NSL-kDD dataset using five different clustering algorithms:k-means,Farthest First,Canopy,Density-based algorithm,and Exception-maximization(EM),using the Waikato Environment for knowledge Analysis(WEkA)software to compare extensively between these five ***,this paper presents an SDN-based intrusion detection system using a deep learning(DL)model with the kDD(knowledge Discovery in Databases)***,the utilized dataset is clustered into normal and four major attack categories via the clustering ***,a deep learning method is projected for building an efficient SDN-based intrusion detection *** results provide a comprehensive analysis and a flawless reasonable study of different kinds of attacks incorporated in the kDD ***,the outcomes reveal that the proposed deep learning method provides efficient intrusion detection performance compared to existing *** example,the proposed method achieves a detection accuracy of 94.21%for the examined dataset.

electrical Conductivity of Sintered Chromia Mixed with TiO_2,CuO and Mn-Oxides

The electrical conductivity of sintered Cr2O3 mixed with 2% and 5% （in molar fraction） TiO2 or CuO was investigated in the temperature range 500-900℃ in air and in At/4 vol. pct h2 atmospheres. The effect of different Mn-oxides on the electrical conductivity of Cr2O3 was also studied under the same conditions. From the conductivity measurements it is established that additions of TiO2 change the defect structure of Cr2O3 and the effect of TiO2 on the electrical conductivity is controlled by TiO2 concentration as well as temperature and O2 partial pressure of the surrounding atmosphere. The conductivity of Cr2O3 increased in air and decreased in the At/h2 atmosphere by CuO additions. The effect of CuO was discussed with possible changes in the defect concentration in Cr2O3. Mixing of Cr2O3 with different Mn-oxides at the same Mn to metal atom fraction decreased the conductivity in air and in Ar/h2 atmospheres. No clear correlation between the spinel fraction and the changes in conductivity could be found.

In this paper,multiple featured machine learning algorithms and deep learning algorithms are applied in fore-casting the electric vehicles charging load profile from real datasets of Spain’s electrical *** study aims to provide realistic datasets of electric vehicle load profiles to cope with the potential increase in electric vehicle penetration taking into consideration the seasonality *** issues are caused by the distribution network of the electricity grid;such as the huge charging power and stochastic charging behaviors of the drivers of electric vehicles due to the mass rollout of electric *** electric vehicles’load profile is necessary to face challenges to solve the problem of the potential mass rollout of electric vehicles ***,electric vehicle is considered one of the most promising solutions that develops faster than other stochastic renewable solution to reduce greenhouse *** seasonality effect is one of the huge chal-lenges on electrical loads,so it is investigated by creating four separate forecasting networks to increase system accuracy and studying the effect of seasonal factors such as temperature fluctuation in the four seasons affecting the electric vehicles’battery in charging and draining *** factors are affecting the accuracy of the forecasting *** featured algorithms are *** Neural Networks and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Systems are applied as machine learning algorithms,and Long Short-Term Memory and the Gated Recurrent Units are also utilized as deep learning *** Gated Recurrent Units model performs slightly better than the long short-term memory employed on the hourly average daily historical data of charging electric *** the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System gathers both Artificial Neural Network and Fuzzy Inference System advantages.

Synthesis of some new fused coumarin derivatives

2-hydrazino-4-hydroxy-5h-[1]-benzopyrano-[4,3-d]-pyrimidin-5-one (3) was prepared via condensation of 2 with hydrazine hydrate. Treatment of 3 with methylene chloride, ethyl chloroformate, ethyl chloroacetate and benzaldehyde yielded the corresponding 2 - ( substituted ) hydrazino - 4 -hydro-xy-5h-[1]-benzopyrano-[4,3-d]-pyrimidin-5-one (4, 5, 6, and 10), followed by cyclization of 4, 5 and 6 with dimethyl formamide and fused sodium acetate under reflux, while compound 10 was cyclized with bromine and sodium acetate in acetic acid. Compound 3 reacted with β-(toloyl) acrylic acid, ethyl α-cyano-p-methoxycinnamate, diethyl malonate and acetyl chloride affording the corresponding 2-(substituted) hydrazino-4-hydroxy-5h-[1]-benzopyrano-[4,3-d]-pyrimidin-5-one (12, 13, 14, 15 and 16).

Effect of concrete buildings on the environmental neutron flux by using the reaction ^(197)Au (n,γ) ^(198)Au and extremely low level gamma ray spectroscopy

The activation of gold by environmental neutrons through the reaction 197Au (n,γ) 198Au was used to study the effect of concrete buildings on the neutron flux, and to estimate the thermal neutron flux inside and outside these buildings. The results showed that three ceilings of thickness 34 g/cm2 decrease the fast neutrons to 26% from its original value. however, the same reinforced concrete decreases the slow neturon flux to only 62% of its original value. The thermal neutron flux at 283 m from the center of Training Reactor of kinki University, was twice higher than the environmental neutron background.

Variation of environmental neutron flux with altitude and depth of both water and soil

Applying the extreme low-level γ-ray spectroscopic analysis the environmental neutron flux is measured using different moderator construction and environment through the reaction 197Au (n, γ) 198Au. The contribution of thermal and resonance neutrons is separated using the cadmium difference technique, while fast neutrons are measured by the paraffin moderator. The results of altitude dependence of the neutron flux are discussed. The thermal neutron flux near the surface of sea water is less than its value at 100 cm over ground near sea water, while the value over the surfaces of fresh water is higher than that near the surface of sea water. Also the thermal neutron flux at 5 cm soil depth increases, then decreases to its original value at 10 cm depth and still constant until 25 cm, then decreases rapidly to reach 27% of its original value at 60 cm depth. The soil compositions, corresponding neutron temperatures and effective absorption cross sections of earth are the most effective factors on the equilibrium region of thermal neutrons in the ground.

Dust Acoustic Solitary Waves in Saturn F-ring's Region

Effect of hot and cold dust charge on the propagation of dust-acoustic waves （DAWs） in unmagnetized plasma having electrons, singly charged ions, hot and cold dust grains has been investigated. The reductive perturbation method is employed to reduce the basic set of fluid equations to the kortewege-de Vries （kdV） equation. At the critical hot dusty plasma density Nho, the kdV equation is not appropriate for describing the system. hence, a set of stretched coordinates is considered to derive the modified kdV equation. It is found that the presence of hot and cold dust charge grains not only significantly modifies the basic properties of solitary structure, but also changes the polarity of the solitary profiles. In the vicinity of the critical hot dusty plasma density Nho, neither kdV nor mkdV equation is appropriate for describing the DAWs. Therefore, a further modified kdV （fmkdV） equation is derived, which admits both soliton and double layer solutions.

The results of the metal-insulator transition （MIT） induced by impurity concentration are presented in the case of metallic and insulating samples 70Ge：Ga p-type. The eight samples studied have Ga concentrations N ranging from 1.848 × 1017 to 1.912 × 10^17 cm-3. The conductivity measurements were carried out at low temperature in the range 1 to 0.019 k. We provide physical explanations to explain the behaviors of the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity in both sides of the MIT. The data are for a 70Ge：Ga sample prepared and reported by Itoh et aL in Ref. [Itoh k M, Watanabe M, Ootuka Y, et al. J Phys Soc Jpn, 2004, 73（1）： 173].
