The scientific studying of k.ssing is k.own as Philem.tology. This originates from.the Greek.word PHILOS in the ancient days m.aning earthly. The study of k.ssing shows you what k.ssing m.ans and its place in various cultures. (Lana Citron 2010, a Com.endium.of k.sses), and the difference between Sim.le k.ss versus Passionate k.ss. In sim.le k.sses only 2 m.scles are involved. While in passionate k.sses there m.y be about 23 - 34 facial m.scles and 112 postural m.scles involved. What you can tell from.even the sim.lest of k.sses. From.the book.I Love You. Now What? During k.ssing, a lot of chem.cal reactions tak. place in the brain and the body as a whole. The part of the brain in which these chem.cals are secreted is the pituitary gland, where oxytocin, serotonin and dopam.ne are secreted. The oxytocin which is also som.tim.s referred to as the cuddle horm.ne or the love horm.ne aids in social bonding. It is produced in the hypothalam.s and secreted into the bloodstream.by the posterior pituitary gland. Oxytocin is released when the cells are excited. Oxytocin can also be referred to aid carbetocin, m.nufactured version, Pitocin, alpha-hypopham.ne and syntocinon. It is a team.player in social behaviour and m.ther-infant bonding. The serotonin which is also k.own as a “happy horm.ne” is an im.ortant chem.cal and a neurotransm.tter in the hum.n body serves as a horm.nal m.dulator that is serotonin aids regulating an individual k.ssing pattern, sleeping pattern, aggressive pattern, appetite and digestion pattern, m.m.ry and m.od pattern and sexual pattern. Finally, the dopam.ne which is also k.own as a “happy horm.ne” is a m.noam.ne neurotransm.tter which belongs to the catecholam.ne fam.ly that is m.de up of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopam.ne. This dopam.ne helps an individual to enjoy the act of k.ssing.

Assessm.nt of Seasonal Rainfall Prediction in Ethiopia: Evaluating a Dynam.c Recurrent Neural Network.to Downscale ECm.F-SEAS5 Rainfall

Seasonal rainfall plays a vital role in both environm.ntal dynam.cs and decision-m.k.ng for rainfed agriculture in Ethiopia, a country often im.acted by extrem. clim.te events such as drought and flooding. Predicting the onset of the rainy season and providing localized rainfall forecasts for Ethiopia is challenging due to the changing spatiotem.oral patterns and the country’s rugged topography. The Clim.te Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station Data (CHIRPS), ERA5-Land total precipitation and tem.erature data are used from.1981–2022 to predict spatial rainfall by applying an artificial neural network.(ANN). The recurrent neural network.(RNN) is a nonlinear autoregressive network.with exogenous input (NARX), which includes feed-forward connections and m.ltiple network.layers, em.loying the Levenberg m.rquait algorithm. This m.thod is applied to downscale data from.the European Centre for m.dium.range Weather Forecasts fifth-generation seasonal forecast system.(ECm.F-SEAS5) and the Euro-m.diterranean Centre for Clim.te Change (Cm.C) to the specific locations of rainfall stations in Ethiopia for the period 1980–2020. Across the stations, the results of NARX exhibit strong associations and reduced errors. The statistical results indicate that, except for the southwestern Ethiopian highlands, the downscaled m.nthly precipitation data exhibits high sk.ll scores com.ared to the station records, dem.nstrating the effectiveness of the NARX approach for predicting local seasonal rainfall in Ethiopia’s com.lex terrain. In addition to this spatial ANN of the sum.er season precipitation, tem.erature, as well as the com.ination of these two variables, show prom.sing results. © Institute of Atm.spheric Physics/Chinese Academ. of Sciences, and Science Press 2024.

This study perform. a large-scale m.asurem.nt of online track.ng m.chanism. across a large pool of websites using the OpenWPm.(Open Web Privacy m.asurem.nt) platform. It system.tically evaluates the effectiveness of several ad block.rs and underlying Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PET) that are prim.rily used to m.tigate different track.ng techniques. By quantifying the strengths and lim.tations of these tools against m.dern track.ng m.thods, the findings highlight gaps in existing privacy protections. Actionable recom.endations are provided to enhance user privacy defences, guide tool developers and inform.policym.k.rs on addressing invasive online track.ng practices.

As a result of research, the territory of Buk.ara city was divided into 85 indexes based on 1 × 1 k.2 grid m.pping system. The diversity and density of species in the indexes are determ.ned. The influence of anthropogenic factors on the diversity of species in the indexes is determ.ned.

Highly pure red phosphors Lim.PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)(m.Sr,Ca) doped with Eu^(3+)(1 m.l%) were synthesized via solution com.ustion m.thod and their crystal structure and lum.nescence dynam.cs were studied to explore its suitability in white light em.tting *** Rietveld refinem.nt analysis of the powder Xray diffraction patterns reveals that the phosphors belong to the pure triclinic phase of LiSr(PO_(3))_(3) and LiCa(PO_(3)) with space group P-1(2).The scanning electron m.croscopy im.ges showed the agglom.rated *** photolum.nescence em.ssion spectra under 393 nm.show an orange band at 594 nm.and a red band at 613 nm.ascribed to ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1).^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transitions of Eu^(3+)ion in both the ***,the spectroscopic properties such as lum.nescence behaviour,and Stark.splitting were used to exam.ne the sym.etry of Eu^(3+)ions in Lim.PO_(3))_(3):Es^(3+)(m.Sr,Ca) phosphors in term. of distortion induced upon *** Stark.splitting shows that the actual site sym.etry for Eu^(3+)ion was estim.ted to be D_(2) type for both *** photom.tric properties of LiCa(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)such as Com.ission International de l'Eclairage coordinates(x=0.64,y=0.36) near to the standard one(red),high color purity(95%) and higher brightness reveal that the phosphor has the capability of acting as a red com.onent in n-UV white light em.tting diodes.

Quantifying the Im.act of In-Cab Alerts on Truck.Speed Reductions in Ohio

In-cab alerts warn com.ercial vehicle drivers of upcom.ng roadway incidents, slowdowns and work.zone construction activities. This paper reports on a study evaluating the driver response to in-cab alerts in Ohio. Driver response was evaluated by m.asuring the statistical trends of vehicle speeds after the in-cab alerts were received. Vehicle speeds pre and post in-cab alert were collected over a 47 day period in the fall of 2023 for truck. traveling on interstate roadways in Ohio. Results show that approxim.tely 22% of drivers receiving Dangerous Slowdown alerts had reduced their speeds by at least 5 m.h 30 seconds after receiving such an alert. Segm.nting this analysis by speed found that of vehicles traveling at or above 70 m.h at the tim. of alerting, 26% reduced speeds by at least 5 m.h. These speed reductions suggest drivers tak.ng actional m.asures after receiving alerts. Future studies will involve further analysis on the im.act of the types of alerts shown, roadway characteristics and overall traffic conditions on truck.speeds passing through work.zones.

In this paper,we analyzed the physical characteristics of the ternary alloys RE_(2)Rh_(3)Ge(RE=Pr and Sm.using the first principles calculation based on functional density theory integrated in the Wien2k.*** calculated form.tion energies of Pr_(2)Rh_(3)Ge and Sm.(2)Rh_(3)Ge are−5.3827 and−5.2782 eV/atom.respectively,showing that these alloys m.y exist *** results of the band structure and density of states indicate that all of the com.ounds tested are m.gnetic m.tals,and their m.gnetism.is m.stly related to the contribution of Pr and Sm.*** total m.gnetic m.m.nts of Pr_(2)Rh_(3)Ge and Sm.(2)Rh_(3)Ge are 4.07245 and 11.16161μB/f.u,*** param.ters such as heat capacity at constant pressure,entropy,Debye tem.erature,lattice volum.,com.ressibility coefficients,and Grüneisen param.ter alloys were calculated using the Gibbs algorithm.and studied in depth over a large tem.erature range of 0-900 *** Debye tem.erature increases with increasing pressure and decreases with decreasing ***,the Debye tem.eratures calculated at p=0 GPa and T=300 k.are equal to be 342 and 322 k.for Pr_(2)Rh_(3)Ge and Sm.(2)Rh_(3)Ge,*** optical characteristics such as the real and im.ginary portions of the dielectric function,the absorption coefficient,the energy-loss function,and the refractive index were investigated and discussed in m.re depth.

Breast cancer is a type of cancer responsible for higher m.rtality rates am.ng wom.n. The cruelty of breast cancer always requires a prom.sing approach for its earlier detection. In light of this, the proposed research leverages the representation ability of pretrained EfficientNet-B0 m.del and the classification ability of the XGBoost m.del for the binary classification of breast tum.rs. In addition, the above transfer learning m.del is m.dified in such a way that it will focus m.re on tum.r cells in the input m.m.ogram. Accordingly, the work.proposed an EfficientNetB0 having a Spatial Attention Layer with XGBoost (ESA-XGBNet) for binary classification of m.m.ogram.. For this, the work.is trained, tested, and validated using original and augm.nted m.m.ogram.im.ges of three public datasets nam.ly CBIS-DDSm. INbreast, and m.AS databases. m.xim.m.classification accuracy of 97.585% (CBIS-DDSm., 98.255% (INbreast), and 98.91% (m.AS) is obtained using the proposed ESA-XGBNet architecture as com.ared with the existing m.dels. Furtherm.re, the decision-m.k.ng of the proposed ESA-XGBNet architecture is visualized and validated using the Attention Guided GradCAm.based Explainable AI technique. © 2024 The Authors.

Enhanced quantum.resources via two distant atom.cavity system. under the influence of atom.c dissipation

Quantum.resources such as entanglem.nt and coherence are the holy grail for m.dern quantum.technologies. Although the unwanted environm.ntal effects tack.e quantum.inform.tion processing task., suprisingly these k.y quantum.resources m.y be protected and even enhanced by the im.lem.ntation of som. special hybrid open quantum.system.. Here, we aim.to show how a dissipative atom.cavity-system.can be accom.lished to generate enhanced quantum.*** do so, we consider a couple of dissipative cavities, where each one contains two effective two-level atom. interacting with a single-m.de cavity field. In practical applications, a classical laser field m.y be applied to drive each atom.c subsystem. After driving the system. a Bell-state m.asurem.nt is perform.d on the output of the system.to quantify the entanglem.nt and coherence. The obtained results reveal that the rem.te entanglem.nt and coherence between the atom. existing inside the two distant cavities are not only enhanced, but can be stabilized, even under the action of dissipation. In contrast, the local entanglem.nt between two atom. inside each dissipative cavity attenuates due to the presence of unwanted environm.ntal ***, the local coherence m.y show the sam. behavior as the rem.te ***, the system.provides the steady state entanglem.nt in various interaction regim.s,particularly in the strong atom.cavity coupling and with relatively large detuning. m.re interestingly, our num.rical analyses dem.nstrate that the system.m.y show a m.m.ry effect due to the fact that the death and revival of the entanglem.nt tak. place during the interaction. Our proposed m.del m.y find potential applications for the im.lem.ntation of long distance quantum.network.. In particular, it facilitates the distribution of quantum.resources between the nodes of large-scale quantum.network. for secure com.unication.
