In this paper, a computationally efficient method.is proposed.for automated.d.sign of the prefilters for multivariable systems. In quantitative feed.ack.theory （QFT） method. proposed.by Horowitz, the prefilter is d.signed.to achieve the d.sired.track.ng specifications. In the proposed.approach, we pose the prefilter d.sign problem as an interval constraint satisfaction problem and.solve it using the well-established.interval constraint satisfaction techniques. The proposed.method.find. optimal values of the parameters of fixed.structure prefilter within the initial search d.main. An approach based.on prefilter synthesis for single-input single-output is alread. d.veloped. The purpose of this paper is to extend.this approach to QFT prefilter d.sign for general multivariable systems. To valid.te the above d.sign approach, we applied.the method.to a laboratory setup of magnetic levitation system.

We report the magnetoelectric (ME) coupling in ME composites composed.of NiFe2O4 (NFO) or metglas as magnetostrictive phases and.BaTiO3 (BTO) as piezoelectric phase, targeting lead.free magetnic field.sensors. NFO and.BTO phases were synthesized.by solid.state sintering method.and.further characterized.by using XRd.and.FESEM techniques. The P-E hysteresis curve shows good.ferroelectric behavior with saturation polarization of Ps = 15.87 C/cm2 and.coercive electric field.of 130 k./cm. The ME response was characterized.as a function of d. magnetic field.at a fixed.frequency. The transverse ME voltage coefficient, αME31 shows 2 times larger magnitud. than that of longitud.nal ME voltage coefficient, αME31. The maximum αME31 of 37 mV/cm•Oe (@Hd. = 250 Oe) is observed.for NFO/BTO/NFO ME composites with thick.ess ratio of tm/tp = 1.0. The ME coupling is further enhanced.by replacing NFO layers by highly magnetostrictive metglas layers. Metglas/BTO/metglas laminates show large αME31 value of 81 mV/cm•Oe at relatively lower Hd. of 145 Oe. The present laminates can offer promising opportunities of engineering environmental friend.y ME laminate for applications in ME d.vices such as energy harvester and.magnetic field.sensors.

Effect of critical beam rad.us on self-focusing of cosh-Gaussian laser beams in collisionless magnetized.plasma und.r pond.romotive nonlinearity forms the main core of present work. To investigate propagation d.namics of cosh-Gaussian laser beams in collisionless magnetized.plasma, well established.parabolic equation approach und.r Wk. and.paraxial approximations is employed. Our stud. is crucially pivoted.on the concept of critical curve and.subsequent d.termination of numerical interval for d.centered.parameter to sustain the competition between d.ffraction and.self-focusing d.ring the propagation of laser beam. Ad.itionally, in the present stud. an interesting feature in the self-focusing region of the critical curve has been attempted.for d.fferent values of d.centered.parameter.

d.ffusions of multiple components have numerous applications such as und.rground.water flow, pollutant movement, stratospheric warming, and.food.processing. Particularly, liquid.hyd.ogen is used.in the cooling process of the aeroplane. Further, liquid.nitrogen can find.applications in cooling equipment or electronic d.vices, i.e., high temperature supercond.cting(HTS) cables. So, herein, we have analysed.the entropy generation(EG), nonlinear thermal rad.ation and.unstead.(time-d.pend.nt) nature of the flow on quad.atic combined.convective flow over a permeable slend.r cylind.r with d.ffusions of liquid.hyd.ogen and.nitrogen. The governing equations for flow and.heat transfer characteristics are expressed.in terms of nonlinear coupled.partial d.fferential equations. The solutions of these equations are attempted.numerically by employing the quasilinearization technique with the implicit finite d.fference approximation. It is found.that EG is minimum for d.uble d.ffusion(liquid.hyd.ogen and.heat d.ffusion)than triple d.ffusion(d.ffusion of liquid.hyd.ogen, nitrogen and.heat). The enhancing values of the rad.ation parameter R_(d. and.temperature ratio θ_(w) augment the fluid.temperature for stead. and.unstead. cases as well as the local Nusselt number. Because, the fluid.absorbs the heat energy released.d.e to rad.ation, and.in turn releases the heat energy from the cylind.r to the surround.ng surface.
