Sorafenib,as a first-line drug for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),could trigger ferroptosis by inhibiting cystine/glutamate ***,low-level intracellular iron and insufficient activation of adenosine monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK)confer impaired response to *** this study,a unique sorafenib nanocomposite dexterously modified with Fe-Material of Institut Lavoisier(sora@Fe-MIL)was synthesized to escalate intracellular iron level and activate AMPK,further potentiating the ferroptotic effect of ***,this strategic deployment of sora@Fe-MIL triggered an extensive demise of cancer cells,while manifesting negligible deleterious impact on normal *** prominent ferroptosis biomarkers,glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)and solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7A11),underwent pronounced downregulation,underscoring the efficacy of this strategy in inducing ***,the bioactivity of AMPK was considerably elevated,and its downstream targets were conspicuously inhibited by the treatment with sora@*** orthotopic HCC animal models,we observed a substantial suppression of primary in situ tumor growth,and ribonucleic acid(RNA)sequencing elucidated an elevated degree of ferroptosis and AMPK activation with the treatment of sora@*** conclusion,we proposed that the meticulously designed strategy for secure and efficacious iron release and AMPK activation could significantly potentiate the ferroptotic impact of sorafenib,thus resuscitating its therapeutic response in HCC patients.

基于Adaboost算法的沉积微相自动识别--以陇东气田Q区山西组为例

在油气田开发中,沉积微相识别对于明确沉积背景及单砂体刻画起着重要的作用。陇东气田地质条件复杂,主力气藏深度大、产层单一,仅山1段底部产气,对于多种资料交叉共同分析沉积微相,仅依靠人工判别沉积微相,过程复杂且容易出错,很难在沉积微相和测井数据之间建立精确的对应关系。为了充分利用测井资料,提高沉积微相划分的效率,提出一种基于Adaboost算法的沉积微相自动识别方法,为后期气田开发沉积背景及单砂体刻画提供更准确的依据。在研究中,对测井曲线进行优选,并进行预处理,运用数学统计法提取了6个特征参数作为训练的输入集,把沉积微相的类型作为训练的输出结果标签,从已解释的沉积微相数据中选取共1210组作为训练样本,其中组建的训练样本共约968组,组建测试样本242组。研究结果显示,应用该方法的训练效果和测试结果的准确性分别达到96.45%,90.4%,可以验证该方法在陇东气田Q区应用效果较好。

背景尽管单不饱和脂肪酸（MUFA）摄入与非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的关联已受到关注，但在中国人群中的研究较少。目的探讨中国人群MUFA每日摄入量与NAFLD发病率之间的关联，并确定MUFA摄入量对NAFLD风险的潜在阈值。方法本研究数据从Dryad数据库获取并严格遵守Dryad的服务条款（https://***/10.5061/dryad.8nn2j46）。选取2015年4月—2017年8月在福建医科大学附属南平第一医院治疗的534例NAFLD患者作为病例组，选取同期534例体检健康者作为对照组。使用半定量食物频率问卷（SQFFQ）收集参与者的典型食物消费信息，并计算MUFA每日摄入量。采用综合分析策略，包括基线特征、多变量统计、非线性关系及亚组探究，探讨MUFA每日摄入量与NAFLD发病率的关联，同时考虑多种混杂因素如年龄、性别、生活方式和其他饮食成分，以确定MUFA对NAFLD风险的潜在阈值。结果在调整模型中，MUFA每日摄入量是NAFLD风险的影响因素（OR=1.04,95%CI=1.02～1.07,P<0.001）。将MUFA每日摄入量转换为分类变量后，在调整模型中，随着MUFA每日摄入量的增加，NAFLD风险呈增加趋势（P趋势<0.001）。非线性分析表明，当MUFA每日摄入量达到39.04 g/d时，其与NAFLD风险的关系发生显著变化（P=0.045）。MUFA每日摄入量<39.04 g/d时，NFALD风险为1.08(95%CI=1.04～1.11,P<0.001)。亚组分析结果显示，性别、年龄、能量每日摄入量与NAFLD风险间存在交互作用（P交互<0.05）。结论增加MUFA每日摄入量与较高的NAFLD风险相关，并在特定阈值（39.04 g/d）后呈现非线性关系。这一发现强调了在NAFLD管理中考虑饮食脂肪的质量和数量的重要性。

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Schiff Base Macrocyclic Compounds Containing Thiophene

Several novel Schiff base macrocyclic compounds containing thiophene were synthesized from d/ethyl 3,4-dialkoxythiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate, cyanuric chloride, diethylarnine and p-nitrophenol by reduction, oxidation, substitution and cyclization, and their structures were characterized by IR, NMR and electrospray ionization-rnass spectrorneter（ESI-MS）. The studies on their UV-Vis absorption spectra show that Schiff base rnacrocycles 6-10 have selective recognition for Fe^3＋.

A study on the flowability of gas displacing water in low-permeability coal reservoir based on NMR technology

Flowability of gas and water through low-permeability coal plays crucial roles in coalbed methane(CBM)recovery from coal *** better understand this phenomenon,experiments examining the displacement of water by gas under different displacement pressures were systematically carried out based on nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology using low-permeability coal samples of medium-high coal rank from Yunnan and Guizhou,*** results reveal that both the residual water content(W_(r))and residual water saturation(S_(r))of coal gradually decrease as the displacement pressure(P)*** P is 0-2 MPa,the decline rates of W_(r) and S_(r) are fastest,beyond which they slow down *** samples with higher permeability exhibit higher water flowability and larger decreases in W_(r) and S_(r).Compared with medium-rank coal,high-rank coal shows weaker fluidity and a higher proportion of irreducible *** relationship between P and the cumulative displaced water content(W_(c))can be described by a Langmuir-like equation,W_(c)=WLP/(PL+P),showing an increase in W_(c) in coal with an increase in *** the low-pressure stage from 0 to 2 MPa,W_(c) increases most rapidly,while in the high-pressure stage(P>2 MPa),W_(c) tends to be *** minimum pore diameter(d′)at which water can be displaced under different displacement pressures was also *** d′value decreases as P increases in a power relationship;i.e.,d′the coal gradually decreases with the gradual increase in ***,the d′values of most of the coal samples are close to 20 nm under a P of 10 MPa.

Ca^(2+)plays critical roles in the development of diseases,whereas existing various Ca regulation methods have been greatly restricted in their clinical applications due to their high toxicity and *** solve this issue,with the help of Ca overexpressed tumor drug resistance model,the phytic acid(PA)-modified CeO_(2) nano-inhibitors have been rationally designed as an unprecedentedly safe and efficient Ca2+inhibitor to successfully reverse tumor drug resistance through Ca^(2+)negative regulation *** doxorubicin(Dox)as a model chemotherapeutic drug,the Ca^(2+)nano-inhibitors efficiently deprived intracellular excessive free Ca2+,suppressed P-glycoprotein(P-gp)expression and significantly enhanced intracellular drug accumulation in Dox-resistant tumor *** Ca^(2+)negative regulation strategy improved the intratumoral Dox concentration by a factor of 12.4 and nearly eradicated tumors without obvious adverse ***,nanocerias as pH-regulated nanozyme greatly alleviated the adverse effects of chemotherapeutic drug on normal cells/organs and substantially improved survivals of *** anticipate that this safe and effective Ca^(2+)negative regulation strategy has potentials to conquer the pitfalls of traditional Ca inhibitors,improve therapeutic efficacy of common chemotherapeutic drugs and serves as a facile and effective treatment platform of other Ca^(2+) associated diseases.

本研究利用制备的GRA7单克隆抗体为基础建立猪弓形虫病的阻断ELISA方法。以rGRA7重组蛋白免疫小鼠,取脾细胞进行细胞融合,筛选出4株能够稳定产生单克隆抗体的阳性单克隆细胞株。经对此单克隆抗体进行IFA和Western blot检测确认成功制备GRA7蛋白的单克隆抗体后,以重组蛋白为包被抗原对阻断ELISA方法进行优化后,经过重复性、交叉性、符合性实验验证本方法具有可重复性,与MAT符合性高。初步应用于288份临床样品检测,检出率为11.46%,与MAT检测结果重合率为84.8%。本研究成功制备弓形虫GRA7蛋白的单克隆抗体,并建立了一种猪弓形虫病的阻断ELISA方法,为弓形虫病的检测提出了新的方案。
