Dear Editor,Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma(UPS)is a subtype of soft tissue sarcoma first reported by O’Brien and Stout in 1964.1 It is a common soft tissue sarcoma in adults,commonly occurring in the extremities and retroperitoneum.2,3 However,the incidence of testicular UPS is extremely rare in China and the rest of the *** addition,radical orchiectomy is the preferred treatment for this disease,but the role of postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy remains *** paper reports the diagnosis,treatment process,and prognosis of a case of recurrent testicular *** performing a literature review,it was found that postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy may prolong the progression-free survival of the patient,so we present this paper to raise clinicians’understanding of the *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Baiyin,China;approval ***-X2-2020-018).The patient was informed of the content and significance of the study and signed an informed consent form.

Carboxylesterase,a necessary enzyme in various mammalian cells,has been employed in various biological ***,we designed and synthesized a novel carboxylesterase-based prodrug,which can realize simultaneous drug-release imaging and cancer *** prodrug comprises three parts：coumarin as the fluorophore and the cleavable architecture,chlorambucil as the anticancer drug,and acetyl group as the enzyme-responsive *** presence of carboxylesterase leads to the activation of coumarin fluorescence,and this fluorescence serves as the reporting signal for assessing the enzyme level and drug ***,the prodrug was incorporated in liposome for monitoring drug release and chemotherapeutic effect in living *** internalization by HeLa cells,the prodrug can release chlorambucil and exhibit high *** approach may provide some helpful insights for enhancing therapeutic effect and tracking the release of prodrug.

Bone morphogenesis proteins(BMPs) are multi-functional growth factors. They are expressed in retina,retinal pigment epithelium(RPE) and sclera and serve as a regulator in the growth and development of the eye. This article reviewed the chondrogenic potency of the sclera,biochemical and pathological changes of myopic scleral tissue and the differentiation of chondrogenesis by BMP-2. We proposed the hypothesis that BMP-2 can regulate differentiate of scleral fibroblasts and affect the development of myopia.

AIM:To explore the apoptosis of ARPE-19 cells after the treatment with different doses of all-trans-retinoic acid(ATRA).METHODS:ARPE-19 cells were used in the in-vitro *** cytometry assay was employed to evaluate the level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and *** effects of ATRA(concentrations from 2.5 to 20μmol/L)on the expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)markers in vitro were evaluated by Western blot and realtime quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)*** contribution of ROS and ERS-induced apoptosis in vitro was determined by using N-acetyl-L-cysteine(NAC)and Salubrinal,an antagonist of NAC and ERS,***:Flow cytometry showed that ATRA significantly increased ARPE-19 cell apoptosis and ROS levels in each group(F=86.39,P<0.001;F=116.839.P<0.001).Western blot and qRT-PCR revealed that levels of CHOP and BIP were elevated in a concentration-dependent pattern after the cells were incubated with ATRA(2.5-20μmol/L).The upregulation of VEGF-A and CHOP induced by ATRA could be inhibited by NAC(antioxidant)and Salubrinal(ERS inhibitor)in ***:ATRA induces the apoptosis of ARPE-19 cells via activated ROS and ERS signaling pathways.

AIM：To investigate the effect of dopamine on bone morphogenesis protein-2（BMP-2）expression in retinal pigment epithelium（RPE）cells in ***：ARPE-19 cells as a human RPE cell line were cultured with dopamine for different times（2,4,6,8,12,16and 24h）or with different concentrations（0.1,1,2,5,10,20,and 100μg/m L）in ***-2 m RNA expression level in ARPE-19 cells was analyzed with real-time polymerase chain reaction（PCR）analysis and BMP-2 protein level was measured with Western blot *** active form of BMP-2 in the culture medium was measured with enzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.RESULTS：The expression level of BMP-2 increased significantly cultured with 20μg/m L dopamine,at different time points（P〈0.05）.BMP-2 m RNA level peaked 2h and the protein level peaked at 6 and 8h after *** concentrations of secreted BMP-2 elevated at 12h and peaked at 24h（P〈0.05）in a time-dependent *** with 100μg/m L dopamine for 6h,the expression levels of BMP-2 m RNA and protein in ARPE-19 cells were enhanced significantly compared to that in the untreated cells（P〈0.05）.And secreted BMP-2 protein in the cell culture supernatant was also increased（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Dopamine up-regulate BMP-2 expression in RPE cells,and this may be associated with its inhibitive effect on myopia development.

Consider C^(2)Anosov systems on a compact manifold driven by a quasi-periodic *** study their dynamical complexity on various levels from the perspectives of both path-wise dynamics and stochastic *** that these systems are non-wandering(i.e.,every point in the phase space is nonwandering),we prove a set of results:(1)the existence of abundance of random periodic points;(2)a random Livsic theorem;(3)a random Mañé-Bousch-Conze-Guivarc'h lemma;(4)the existence of strong random ***,a concrete example constructed on a 2-dimensional torus is also given to uncover some interesting phenomena of the systems.

Experimental Study on Geometry Characteristics of Turbulent Premixed Flames for Natural Gas/Air Mixtures

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature(T=300-400 K),initial pressure(P=0.1-0.3 MPa),turbulence intensity(u'=1.0-2.7 m/s),oxygen volumetric percentage(φ(O_(2))=15%-21%)and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ(CO_(2))=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale(D6-D8)disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.
