Colorectal cancer,a malignant lesion of the intestines,significantly affects human health and life,emphasizing the necessity of early detection and *** segmentation of colorectal cancer regions directly impacts subsequent staging,treatment methods,and prognostic *** colonoscopy is an effective method for detecting colorectal cancer,its data collection approach can cause patient *** address this,current research utilizes Computed Tomography(CT)imaging;however,conventional CT images only capture transient states,lacking sufficient representational capability to precisely locate colorectal *** study utilizes enhanced CT images,constructing a deep feature network from the arterial,portal venous,and delay phases to simulate the physician’s diagnostic process and achieve accurate cancer *** innovations include:1)Utilizing portal venous phase CT images to introduce a context-aware multi-scale aggregation module for preliminary shape extraction of colorectal cancer.2)Building an image sequence based on arterial and delay phases,transforming the cancer segmentation issue into an anomaly detection problem,establishing a pixel-pairing strategy,and proposing a colorectal cancer segmentation algorithm using a Siamese *** with 84 clinical cases of colorectal cancer enhanced CT data demonstrated an Area Overlap Measure of 0.90,significantly better than Fully Convolutional Networks(FCNs)at *** research will explore the relationship between conventional and enhanced CT to further reduce segmentation time and improve accuracy.

The evolution of the microstructure and toughness of APL5L X80 pipeline steel after thermal welding simulation was investigated by X-ray diffraction,electron backscatter diffraction,and transmission electron *** results indicated that primary heat-affected zones can be divided into weld,coarse-grained,fine-grained,intercritical,and sub-critical *** microstructure of the weld zone is mainly composed of bainitic ferrite and a small amount of granular bainite;however,the original austenite grains are distributed in the columnar *** structure of the coarse-grained zone is similar to that of the weld zone,but the original austenite grains are *** contrast,the microstructure in the fine-grained zone is dominated by fine granular bainite,and the effective grain size is only 8.15μm,thus providing the highest toughness in the entire heat-affected *** intercritical and subcritical zones were brittle valley regions,and the microstructure was dominated by granular ***,the martensite-austenite(M/A)constituents are present in island chains along the grain boundaries,and the coarse size of the M/A constituents seriously reduces the *** results of the crack propagation analyzes revealed that high-angle grain boundaries can significantly slow down crack growth and change the crack direction,thereby increasing the material *** impact toughness of the low-temperature tempering zone was equivalent to that of the columnar grain zone,and the impact toughness was between those of the critical and fine-grained zones.

The permeability index is one of the important production indicators to monitor the operation of blast *** is crucial to grasp the trends of changes in the new permeability index in *** the complex vibration spectrum of the permeability index,a prediction model of the permeability index based on the VMD-PSO-BP(variational mode decomposition-particle swarm optimization-back propagation)method was ***,the key factors that affect the permeability index of blast furnace were studied from multiple ***,the permeability index was divided into multiple sub-modes based on the difference of frequency bands by the VMD algorithm,and a PSO-BP prediction model was established for each ***,the prediction results of each sub-mode were summed to obtain the final *** results show that the composite prediction accuracy by using the VMD algorithm is 3%higher than that of the traditional prediction method,which has better applicability.

Fluorescence Anisotropy(FA)is an effective biochemical detection method based on molecular *** oxide(GO)has been extensively used as an FA ***,the enhancement of FA by GO alone is limited and the strong scattering of GO will easily make the measurement of FA *** order to address these problems,an octopus-like DNA nanostructure(ODN)was designed and coupled with GO to enhance the FA together in this *** mimicking the multi-clawed structure of the octopus,the ODN can be adsorbed on GO tightly,which not only could improve the sensitivity because of the double FA enhancement abilities of GO and ODN,but also could improve the specificity due to the decrease of the nonspecific interaction in complex ***,ODN could maintain a certain distance between the fluorophore and GO to reduce the fluorescence quenching efficiency of GO,which could improve the *** method has been applied for the detection of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)in a range of 1-50 nmol/L and the limit of detection(LOD)was 330 pmol/*** addition,the proposed method has been successfully utilized to detect HBV-DNA in human serum,indicating that this method has a great practical application prospect.

BACKGROUND Many scholars have performed several clinical studies have investigated the association between chronic periodontitis(CP)and chronic kidney disease(CKD).However,there are still differences between these research results,and there is no unified ***,a systematic review is required to understand this issue *** To explore the correlation between CP and *** Literature on the correlation between CP and CKD,as well as the clinical attachment level(CAL)and pocket probing depth(PPD)of CKD and non-CKD,were retrieved from PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,and Web of Science repositories until January *** the effective data were extracted,data processing and statistics were performed using Stata *** Of the 22 studies,13 were related to CP and CKD,and 9 reported CAL and PPD in patients with CKD and healthy ***-analysis of the correlation between CP and CKD revealed that CKD probability in people with CP was 1.54 times that of healthy individuals[relative risk=1.54,95%confidence interval(CI):1.40-1.70],and CP incidence in patients with CKD was 1.98 times that of healthy individuals[overall risk(OR)=1.98,95%CI:1.53-2.57].Meta-analysis of CAL and PPD evaluations between CKD patients and healthy individuals showed that CAL and PPD levels were higher in CKD patients[standard mean difference(SMD)of CAL=0.65,95%CI:0.29-1.01;SMD of PPD=0.33,95%CI:0.02-0.63].CONCLUSION A bidirectional association exists between CP and *** risk is increased in CP patients and vice *** tissue or tooth loss risks increase over time in CKD patients.

在发生学视域下,马克思主义哲学的诞生史,集中凝练为马克思和恩格斯完成世界观和政治立场转变之后五年中原创概念的发生过程。从1844年开始对英国古典政治经济学批判,历时三年在社会历史论域原创了本体论概念,马克思和恩格斯先后使用“物质本身预先存在的条件”“物质生活条件”“人的对象性存在”“人们的存在”等表述,以至定型为“社会存在”概念,表达全部社会生活的物质方面,并将“物质活动方式”的表述厘定为“生产方式”,指称人的生命活动方式,界定了社会存在最重要的内容。为了分析人的社会存在,他们又历时四年原创了社会分析的结构性概念。马克思把物质交往关系作为决定其他社会关系的初始关系划分出来,先后用“物质的生活关系”“交往形式/交往方式/交往关系”“生产的社会关系”等表述,直至提炼出“生产关系”概念;恩格斯则把“市民社会”比拟为“人工大厦基础”,进而表述为“交往形式的总和”,并与马克思一起提炼出“(经济)基础”概念。进而,逐步扬弃古典经济学家的劳动商品话语,历时五年初创了劳动力商品概念,展露最基本的资本主义生产关系,成为表达人的社会存在现实样态和主体本质辩证发展的旨向性概念。

Objective Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is an aggressive hematological malignancy characterized by abnormal myeloid blast *** studies have demonstrated that circular RNAs play a role in AML *** this study,we aimed to investigate the clinical significance of circ_0012152 in AML and elucidate its underlying molecular mechanism in the pathogenesis of this *** Circ_0012152 expression was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction in samples obtained from 247 patients with AML and 40 healthy controls.A systematic analysis of clinical characteristics and prognostic factors was also *** growth was assessed using the Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)assay,and apoptosis and cell cycle progression were evaluated by flow ***,RNA pull-down was performed to identify target microRNAs,and transcriptome RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analyses were utilized to identify downstream mRNA *** Circ_0012152 was significantly upregulated in samples from patients with AML and served as an independent adverse prognostic factor for overall survival(OS)(hazard ratio:2.357;95%confidence interval 1.258–4.415).The circ_0012152 knockdown reduced cell growth,increased apoptosis,and inhibited cell cycle progression in AML cell *** pull-down and sequencing identified miR-652-3p as a target microRNA of circ_*** growth inhibition by circ_0012152 knockdown was significantly relieved by miR-652-3p *** suggested that miR-652-3p targeted SOX4,as the decrease in SOX4 expression resulting from circ_0012152 knockdown was upregulated by miR-652-3p inhibitors in AML *** Circ_0012152 is an independent poor prognostic factor for OS in AML,and it promotes AML cell growth by upregulating SOX4 through miR-652-3p.
