The development of portable X-ray detectors is necessary for diagnosing fractures in unconscious patients in emergency situations. However, this is quite challenging because of the heavy weight of the scintillator and silicon photodetectors. The weight and thickness of X-ray detectors can be reduced by replacing the silicon layer with an organic photodetectors. This study presents a novel bithienopyrroledione-based polymer donor that exhibits excellent photodetection properties even in a thick photoactive layer (similar to 700 nm), owing to the symmetric backbone and highly soluble molecular structure of bithienopyrroledione. The ability of bithienopyrroledione-based polymer donor to strongly suppress the dark current density (j.d) similar to 10(-10) A cm(-2)) at a negative bias (-2.0 V) while maintaining high responsivity (R = 0.29 A W-1) even at a thickness of 700 nm results in a maximum shot-noise-limited specific detectivity of D-sh* = 2.18 x 10(13) j.nes in the organic photodetectors. Printed organic photodetectors are developed by slot-die coating for use in X-ray detectors, which exhibit D-sh* = 2.73 x 10(12) j.nes with clear rising (0.26 s) and falling (0.29 s) response times upon X-ray irradiation. Detection reliability is also proven by linear response of the X-ray detector, and the X-ray detection limit is 3 mA.

We study the leader-following consensus stability and stabilization of networked multi-teleoperator systems with interval time-varying communication delays. With the construction of a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and the utilization of the reciprocally convex approach, novel delay-dependent consensus stability and stabilization conditions for the systems are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can easily be solved by various effective optimization algorithms. One illustrative example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

In this paper, we investigate the problem of H∞ synchronization for chaotic neural networks with time-varying delays. A new model of the networks with disturbances in both master and slave systems is presented. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and using a reciprocally convex approach, a novel H∞ synchronization criterion for the networks concerned is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） which can be easily solved by various effective optimization algorithms. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Cold-j.nction compensation(Cj.)and disconnection detection circuit design of various thermocouples(TC)and multi-channel TC interface circuits were *** Cj. and disconnection detection circuit consists of a Cj. semiconductor device,an instrumentation amplifier(IA),two resistors,and a diode for disconnection *** on the basic circuit,a multi-channel interface circuit was also *** Cj. was implemented using compensation semiconductor and IA,and disconnection detection was detected by using two resistors and a diode so that IA input voltage became-0.42 *** a result of the experiment using R-type TC,the error of the designed circuit was reduced from 0.14 mV to 3μV after Cj. in the temperature range of 0°C to 1400°*** addition,it was confirmed that the output voltage of IA was saturated from 88 mV to-14.2 V when TC was disconnected from *** output voltage of the designed circuit was 0 V to 10 V in the temperature range of 0°C to 1400°*** results of the 4-channel interface experiment using R-type TC were almost identical to the Cj. and disconnection detection results for each *** implemented multi-channel interface has a feature that can be applied equally to E,j.K,T,R,and S-type TCs by changing the terminals of Cj. semiconductor devices and adj.sting the IA gain.

Short-Term and Long-Term Effects of Natural and Artificial Carbonaceous Substrates on Greenhouse Gas Fluxes

Highly textured dense Ca3-xYxCo4 O9+δ(0≤x≤0.3)samples were fabricated by combining sol-gel process with spark plasma sintering(SPS).Y^3+substitution for Ca^2+simultaneously increased the Seebeck coefficient and reduced the thermal *** latter was attributed to the increase in lattice anharmonicity,structural distortion,and grain boundary area,which enhanced the phonon ***2.7Y0.3Co4 O9+δshowed the largest dimensionless figure-of-merit(ZT=0.194)at 1073 K because it had the largest Seebeck coefficient and the lowest thermal *** ZT value was 55%larger than that of undoped Ca3 Co4 O9(0.125 at 1073 K).Therefore,Y^3+substitution,sol-gel powder synthesis,and SPS are highly effective for enhancing the thermoelectric prope rties of Ca_(3)Co_(4)O_(9).
