Early Triassic Volcanic Rocks in the Western Yarlung Zangbo Suture Zone:Implications for the Opening of the Neo-Tethys Ocean

In this study,zircon U-Pb dating of volcanic rocks from the Zhongba ophiolite of the Yarlung Zangbo Suture Zone(YZSZ)in southern Xizang(Tibet)yielded an age of 247±3 *** to whole rock geochemical and Sr-NdPb isotopic data,the Early Triassic samples could be divided into two groups:Group 1 with P-MORB affinity,showing initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.70253–0.70602,ε_(Nd)(t)values of 4.2–5.3,(^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 16.353–18.222,(^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 15.454–15.564,and(^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 35.665–38.136;Group 2 with OIB affinity,showing initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.70249–0.70513,ε_(Nd)(t)values of 4.4–4.9,(^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 17.140–18.328,(^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 15.491–15.575,and(^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 36.051–*** 2 rocks formed by partial melting of the mantle source enriched by a former plume,and assimilated continental crustal material during melt *** formation of Group 1 rocks corresponds to the mixing of OIB melts,with the same components as Group 2 and *** Zhongba Early Triassic rocks belong to the continental margin type ophiolite and formed in the continental–oceanic transition zone during the initial opening of the Neo-Tethys in southern Xizang(Tibet).

The flesh color of pummelo(Citrus maxima)fruits is highly diverse and largely depends on the level of carotenoids,which are beneficial to human *** is vital to investigate the regulatory network of carotenoid biosynthesis to improve the carotenoid content in ***,the molecular mechanism underlying carotenoid accumulation in pummelo is not fully *** this study,we identified a novel histone methyltransferase gene,CgSDG40,involved in carotenoid regulation by analyzing the flesh transcriptome of typical white-fleshed pummelo,red-fleshed pummelo and extreme-colored F1 hybrids from a segregated pummelo *** of CgSDG40 corresponded to flesh color change and was highly coexpressed with ***,CgSDG40 and CgPSY1 are located physically adjacent to each other on the chromosome in opposite directions,sharing a partially overlapping promoter *** localization analysis indicated that CgSDG40 localizes to the *** of CgSDG40 significantly increased the total carotenoid content in citrus calli relative to that in wild *** addition,expression of CgPSY1 was significantly activated in overexpression lines relative to wild *** together,our findings reveal a novel histone methyltransferase regulator,CgSDG40,involved in the regulation of carotenoid biosynthesis in citrus and provide new strategies for molecular design breeding and genetic improvement of fruit color and nutritional quality.

Development and Catalytic Cracking Performance of Ultrastable Y Zeolite Rich in Secondary Pores

A novel ultra-stable zeolite, NSZ, rich in secondary pores was developed through the combination of gas-phase andmild hydrothermal methods. This zeolite was successfully tested in an industrial setting for the first time in the world. The porestructure characteristics of the NSZ zeolite prepared for industrial use were analyzed and characterized using BET. The resultsindicate a significant increase in the secondary pore volume of NSZ zeolite compared to the existing ultra-stable zeolite HSZ-5, which is produced through a conventional gas-phase method. The average secondary pore volume to total pore volume ratioin NSZ zeolite was found to be 58.96% higher. The catalytic cracking performance of NSZ zeolite was evaluated. The resultsshowed that the NSC-LTA catalyst, with NSZ as the active component, outperformed the HSC-LTA catalyst with HSZ-5 zeolitein terms of obtaining more high-value products (gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas) during the hydrogenated light cycle oilprocessing. Additionally, the NSC-LTA catalyst showed a significant improvement in coke selectivity.

A Study on Idea Adoption Prediction Model Based on SMOTE-AdaBoost:Taking Salesforce Platform as an Example

In the context of information overload,companies often struggle to effectively identify valuable ideas on their open innovation *** this article,we propose an idea adoption strategy based on machine *** used data from a well-known open innovation platform,Salesforce,and extracted characteristic variables using the Information Adoption *** classification models were then constructed based on AdaBoost,Random Forest,SVM and Logistic Regression *** to significant differences in the number of positive and negative samples in the OIP,we used the SMOTE method to address the problem of data *** results of the study showed that the ensemble learning models were more accurate in identifying valuable ideas than the individual machine learning *** comparing the two ensemble learning models,AdaBoost outperformed Random Forest in predicting both positive and negative class *** SMOTE-AdaBoost model achieved a recall of 0.93,a precision of 0.92 and an impressive AUC of 0.98 in identifying adopted ideas,which could well identify valuable ideas and has implications for improving the efficiency and quality of idea adoption in *** shortcoming of this work is that it only investigated a single *** the future,we will consider extending this method to different platforms and multiple classification problems.
