Slurry casting has been used to.fabricate lithium-io. battery electro.es fo. decades,which invo.ves to.ic and expensive o.ganic so.vents fo.lo.ed by high-co.t vacuum drying and electro.e *** wo.k presents a new manufacturing metho. using a no.thermal plasma to.create inter-particle binding witho.t using any po.ymeric binding materials,enabling so.vent-free manufacturing electro.es with any electro.hemistry o. *** co.d-plasma-co.ting technique enables fabricating electro.es with thickness(>200 pm),high mass lo.ding(>30 mg cm^(-2)),high peel strength,and the ability to.print lithium-io. batteries in an arbitrary *** cro.scutting,chemistry agno.tic,platfo.m techno.o.y wo.ld increase energy density,eliminate the use o. so.vents,vacuum drying,and calendering pro.esses during pro.uctio.,and reduce manufacturing co.t fo. current and future cell ***,lithium iro. pho.phate and lithium co.alt o.ide were used as examples to.demo.strate the efficacy o. the co.d-plasma-co.ting *** is fo.nd that the mechanical peel strength o. co.d-plasma-co.ting-manufactured lithium iro. pho.phate is o.er an o.der o. magnitude higher than that o. slurry-casted lithium iro. pho.phate *** cells assembled with a graphite ano.e and the co.d-plasma-co.ting-lithium iro. pho.phate catho.e o.fer highly reversible cycling perfo.mance with a capacity retentio. o. 81.6%o.er 500 *** the highly co.ductive catho.e material lithium co.alt o.ide,an areal capacity o. 4.2 mAh cm^(-2)at 0.2 C is *** anticipate that this new,highly scalable manufacturing technique will redefine glo.al lithium-io. battery manufacturing pro.iding significantly reduced plant fo.tprints and material co.ts.

This is the Fundamental Directio. o. Evo.utio., FDE. There is also.an evo.utio. do.n time dilatio. gradients, the Gravitatio.al Directio. o. Evo.utio., GDE. These evo.utio.s are gravity, which is the evo.utio.ary fo.ce in time. Gravitatio.al velo.ities are co.pensatio. fo. the difference in the rate o. time, dRt, in a dilatio. field, and the dRtis equal to.the co.pensato.y velo.ity’s percentage o. c, and is a measure o. the fo.ce in time inducing the velo.ity. In applied fo.ce induced velo.ities, the dRt is a measure o. the resistance in time to.the induced velo.ity, which might be called “anti-gravity” o. “negative gravity”. A ten-mo.th field research study was meticulo.sly co.ducted at Ro.ert Mo.es State Park (RMSP) o. the so.th sho.e o. Lo.g Island, NY. The o.jective was to.determine if aerial pheno.ena o. an unkno.n nature exist o.er a co.stal lo.atio. and to.characterize their pro.erties and behavio.s. Primary and seco.dary field o.servatio. metho.s were utilized in this data-centric study. Fo.ensic engineering principles and metho.o.o.ies guided the study. The challenges set fo.ward were o.ject detectio., o.servatio., and characterizatio., where multispectral electro.o.tical devices and radar were emplo.ed due to.limited visual acuity and intermittent presentatio. o. the pheno.ena. The primary means o. detectio. utilized a 3 cm X-band radar o.erating in two.scan geo.etries, the X- and Y-axis.
