The presented paper puts in discussion the dilemma of the linear supports of formal teaching and learning processes of regular school, coexisting with an inter and transdisciplinarity of the process mentioned above. In this perspective, the author wonders about the subjectivity of the students＇ apprenticeship and about the way they can change, according to the methodological variants, as well as the context. So, he intents to explore the C.P.M.P.S （Creative and Participative Method of Problem Solution） in the development of Portuguese written language competence, through the art subject. In this paper, we can see the increase of different variables from the perspective of students and teachers which validates in some manner of the teaching methodology.

Permanent downhole monitoring systems are responsible for measuring pressure and temperature time series and enable uninterrupted reservoir characterization during the oil field production period, playing a key role in the oil and gas industry. Located in hostile pressure and temperature environments (i) close to the reservoir, in the case of the PDG (Permanent Downhole Gauge) sensor, and (ii) at the wellhead, in the case of the TPT (Pressure and Temperature Transducer) and PT (Pressure Transducer), its data are transmitted from the subsea environment to the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), where the Master Control System (MCS) provides the information in engineering format. This information fulfills its function in the FPSO plant and finally is stored in an onshore data historian. Such complexity, importance, and maintenance difficulty of this system make it necessary to control and manage its reliability. Therefore, the objective of this work is to increase the availability and maximize the useful life of the downhole permanent monitoring system through the reliability calculation, using the Weibull estimate with 2 parameters, and the application of an index quality of statistical inferences. The proposed method for estimating reliability uses a database containing information from permanent downhole monitoring systems of the PDG, TPT, and PT type, from January 1st, 2008 to January 9th, 2014, and considers only the failures that occur until the arrival of the data in the MCS. From the reliability results, it can be observed that stratifications of this database could generate samples with a smaller number of observations, thus inferring reliability even with a small number of samples. ProTSA: A Testing Process for Automotive Software Domain

This study evaluates the development of a testing process for the automotive software domain, highlighting challenges stemming from the absence of adequate processes. The research demonstrates the application of Design Science Research methodology in developing, an automotive software testing process—ProTSA, using six functional testing modules. Additionally, the study evaluates the benefits of implementing ProTSA in a specific Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) using an experimental single-case approach with industry professionals’ participation through a survey. The study concludes that combining testing techniques with effective communication and alignment is crucial for enhancing software quality. Furthermore, survey data indicates that implementing ProTSA leads to productivity gains by initiating tests early, resulting in time savings in the testing program and increased productivity for the testing team. Future work will explore implementing ProTSA in cybersecurity, over-the-air software updates, and autonomous vehicle testing processes. .

Objective： In the present study, we evaluated the effects of the aqueous extract of Physalis angulata root （AEPa） on Leishmania infanturn proliferation, morphology, and the driving mechanism in leishmanicidal activity and modulatory action on macrophages. Methods： I., infantum promastigotes were treated with 50 and 100 μg/mL AEPa for 72 h and then antipro- mastigote assay was performed by counts in a Newbauer chamber, morphological changes were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and the mechanism of the leishmanicidal activity was detected. In addition, macrophages were infected with L. infantum and were used to evaluate anti-amastigote activity of AEPa and effects of AEPa on cytokine secretion after 72-hour treatment. Results： Treatment with AEPa reduced the numbers ofL infantum promastigotes （50% inhibitory concen- tration （ICso） = 65.9μg/mL; selectivity index （SI）= 22.1） and amastigotes （ICso = 37.9 μg/mL; SI = 38.5） compared with the untreated control. Amphotericin B reduced 100% of the promastigote numbers after 72 h of treatment （IC50 = 0.2μg/mL）. AEPa induced several morphological changes and increased the production of reactive oxygen species and apoptotic death in promastigotes after treating for 72 h. AEPa （100 μg/mL） promoted tumor necrosis factor-α secretion in macrophages infected with L. infantum after 72 h of treatment, but did not induce an increase in this cytokine in noninfected macrophages. In addition, AEPa showed no cytotoxic effect on J774-A1 cells （50% cytotoxic concentration 〉1000μg/mL）. Conclusion： AEPa presented antileishmanial activity against the promastigotes and amastigotes of I.. infantum without macrophage cytotoxicity; these results show that natural products such as P. angulata have leishmanicidal potential and in the future may be an alternative treatment for leishmaniasis.

Leishmaniasis, a neglected disease caused by Leishmania protozoans, primarily affects people in tropical and subtropical areas. Chemotherapy based on the use of pentavalent antimonials, amphotericin B, paromomycin, miltefosine and liposomal amphotericin B is currently the only effective treatment. However, adverse effects, long-term treatment and the emergence of parasite resistance have led to the search for alternative treatments. Natural products used in traditional medicine provide an unlimited source of molecules for the identification of new drugs, and the Amazon region has abundant biodiversity that includes several species of plants and animals, providing a rich source of new products and com- pounds. Although the literature describes numerous promising compounds and extracts for combating Leishmania protozoans, the results of such research have not been embraced by the pharmaceutical industry for the development of new drugs. Therefore, this review focused on the antileishmanial activity of extracts, isolated compounds and essential oils commonly used by the local population in the Brazilian Amazonian region to treat several illnesses and described in the literature as promising compounds for combating leishmaniasis.

Objective： The present study aimed to evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of far infrared-emitting ceramics （cFIRs） in a model of persistent inflammatory hyperalgesia and to elucidate the possible mechanisms of these effects. Methods： Mice were injected with complete Freund＇s adjuvant （CFA） and treated with cFIRs via place- ment on a pad impregnated with cFIRs on the bottom of the housing unit for different periods of time. Mice underwent mechanical hyperalgesia and edema assessments, and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）, interleukin-1β （IL-1β） and IL-10 levels were measured. Twenty-four hours after CFA injection and 30 min before cFIR treatment, mice were pretreated with a nonselective adenosinergic antagonist, caffeine, the selective adenosine receptor A antagonist, 1,3-dipropyl-8-cyclopentylxanthine （DPCPX）, the selective cannabinoid receptor type 1 antagonist, AM281, the selective cannabinoid receptor type 2 antagonist, AM630, or the nonselective opioid receptor antagonist, naloxone, and mechanical hyperalge- sia was assessed. Results： cFIRs statistically （P 〈 0.05） decreased CFA-induced mechanical hyperalgesia （82.86 ±5.21）% in control group vs （56.67±9.54）% in cFIR group） and edema （（1699.0 ± 77.8） gm in control group vs （988.7±107.6） gm in cFIR group）, cFIRs statistically （P 〈 0.05） reduced TNF-α （0.478± 0.072） pg/mg of protein in control group vs （0.273 ±0.055） pg/mg of protein in cFIR group） and IL-113 （（95.81 ± 3.95） pg/mg of protein in control group vs （80.61 ±4.71）pg/mg of protein in cFIR group） levels and statistically （P〈 0.05） increased IL-10 （（18.32 ±0.78） pg/mg of protein in control group vs （25.89 ±1.23） pg/mg of protein in cFIR group） levels in post-CFA-injected paws. Landscape changes have caused the decline of biodiversity and affected the integrity of aquatic *** this study,we assessed the influence of industrialization associated with urban development on aquatic environments and the biodiversity of semiaquatic bugs(Gerromorpha)at different scales(water quality,habitat,and landscape).Using the simple buffer method,we evaluated nine streams assessing water quality variables,habitat structure,and linear features(radius¼300 m,length¼600 m)for the percentage of land use and land *** results found that species composition of Gerromorpha was mainly affected by primary forest cover,habitat integrity,leaves substrate,and water temperature(29%explanation),and the species richness was mostly influenced by the habitat integrity index(HII)and phosphorus *** model that best explained the variation in species richness showed a positive relationship with phosphorus concentrations and HII(43%variation).Therefore,our results show that those human activities are the main factors altering aquatic biodiversity from local to regional ***,the retention of riparian forests–even in urban and industrialized areas–can maintain the diversity of semiaquatic insect species by providing suitable environments for the habitat,feeding,and reproductive requirements of these aquatic ***,our results also show that the management of riparian vegetation in urban areas and industrial complexes promotes aquatic biodiversity conservation in regions under development in the Amazon.

The City of Silo Paulo is the largest urban occupation in Brazil, covering 1,500 km^2. Its population is approximately 12 million inhabitants, 12% of them living in subnormal agglomerates, the IBGE （Brazilian Agency for Statistics and Geography） denomination for informal settlements, mostly located in fiver floodplain areas or top of hills. The extreme high level of soil sealing and high slopes have a fundamental role to explain the increase the risks of mass movements or landslides, related to precipitation magnitude and duration. This article presents the construction of curves coupling landslides occurrences and precipitation based on the data analysis of different basins in the city of Sao Panlo, considering also the probability and duration of the rainfall event in order to establish a vulnerability index to estimate the vulnerability category of an specific area. Based on the data analysis of instantaneous radar rain records for seven extreme rainfall events where landslides occurrences records were available, it was possible to plot sigmoid curves linking the number of occurrences with the event probability in terms of return period.
