Background:Venous ulcer represents the most advanced stage of chronic venous *** is an important public health problem and has a significant impact on patients’quality of life due to chronic pain,inability to work,need for hospitalization and frequent outpatient ***:We investigated the treatment benefits of far-infrared ceramic(cFIR),in a 90-day study of lower limb venous ulcers and looked at ulcer healing scores,quality of life,serum bio-markers of oxidative stress and antioxidant defense ***,setting,participants and interventions:This is a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study conducted in the Vascular Surgery Service of a hospital located in the northwest region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul,*** included patients with lower limb venous ulcers who were randomized to use either a bioceramics wrap or a placebo wrap for 90 *** outcome measures:The following evaluations were conducted at baseline and after 15,30,60 and90 days:ulcer healing score,quality of life,and serum markers of oxidative stress and antioxidant enzyme ***:Patients(n=24)with lower limb venous ulcers were randomized into two treatment *** decreased the ulcer size on day 30(P=0.042)and 90(P=0.034)and the total ulcer healing scale scores on day 30(P=0.049)and 90(P=0.02)of the treatment,when compared to ***,cFIR improved tissue type(epithelial tissue)on day 60(P=0.022)when compared to baseline ***:cFIR clinically improved ulcer healing in patients with lower limb venous *** registration:RBR-8c7xzn on ReBEC.

电网中受关注母线处的谐波电压是系统中所有谐波源共同作用的结果。在主要谐波源已知的情况下,量化这些谐波源在受关注母线处产生的谐波影响是划分谐波污染责任的前提。首先建立了多谐波源谐波责任划分的多元线性回归模型,考虑到系数矩阵病态情况下传统最小二乘估计无法得出正确结果,因此研究应用了岭估计方法。当谐波电流数据异常或者存在一定相关性时,岭估计方法避免了模型病态导致的错误结果。仿真算例验证了所述方法的有效性以及在系数矩阵病态时相对于传统最小二乘估计的优越性。

朱家台遗址位于鄂西北均县城南2.5公里,七里屯村东北的一块高地上,东临汉江与曾河交汇处之冲积地带,西傍均(县)草(店)公路。地貌为一长条形土丘,高出周围地面3—6米,南北长185、东西宽20—70米,面积约8000平方米,遗址保存较好(图一)。

大寒村位于河南省安阳市东南约15公里,白壁集南约2公里。遗址坐落在村南约500米的一个高7—8米的土岗上,故称南岗。岗南有一条向东流的小溪,岗的东、北、西三面有路沟环绕。遗址面积约25万平方米。1961年夏,安阳市文管会和我队在考古调查中发现此遗址。1962年,我队曾对此遗址进行试掘。1965年,配合北京大学历史系考古专业62级同学实习,在1962年试掘地点的西南约200米处进行发掘,发掘工作自9月13日开始。

Objective:To evaluate the antidiarrhoeal property of methanol extract of the leaves of Rauwolfia serpentina(R. serpentina) in experimental diarrhoea induced by castor oil in ***:Doses of 100, 200 and 400 mg/kgR. serpentinaleaf methanol extracts were administered to castor oil induced diarrhoea mice to determine its antidiarrhoeal ***:All doses of the extract and the reference drug atropine sulphate(3 mg/kg, i.p.) produced a dose-dependent reduction in intestinal weight and fluid volume. The extracts also significantly reduced the intestinal transit in charcoal meal test when compared to diphenoxylate Hcl(5 mg/kg, p.o.).Conclusions:The results show that the extract of R. serpentin a leaves has a significant antidiarrhoeal activity and supports its traditional uses in herbal medicine.

Yellow fever is an acute viral disease endemic to tropical countries, like Brazil, where, since the 1940 s, has no significant documented outbreaks similar to that observed between 2016/2018(2 045 confirmed cases and 677 deaths; caused by the sylvatic form).The principal manipulating factors inciting this change were absence of appropriate vaccination campaigns and increased urbanization & population growth in forest areas, with prevalence of the virus in the species inhabiting of these *** 2016/2018 outbreaks exhibited incidence in areas with historically low or no yellow fever virus activity, triggering a surge in recorded deaths-mainly in the Southeastern states of *** Brazilian government aggressively responded, reforming the countries' prophylactic measures, including vaccine implementation-as of March, 2018, switching from the former double dose regimen of the vaccine, to a single dose protocol, deemed as ***, some states appropriated the fractionated dosage(1/5 of the standard dose), in foresight of potential vaccine *** prevent the uprising of new sylvatic yellow fever cases in Brazil, it's obligatory the development of effective combative plans, including adaptation of prophylactic measures individually(use of repellents, protective clothing etc.), applicable vaccination campaigns in every endemic region, to raise awareness to locals and visitors *** these preventative strategies, the persistence of cases and the recent outbreaks in Brazil, highlight the possible ineffectiveness of combative *** on these considerations, the objective of this review was to raise more awareness of the epidemiological impact of the disease in Brazil.

陕西彬县断泾遗址发掘报告

The Duanjing-cun site is on the right bank of the Jinghe River,under the juristiction of Xinbaozi township,Binxian county, Shaanxi province, and in the territory of Binyi recorded in ancient texts. In order to explore the predynastic Zhou culture of the time when the Zhou people lived in the Bin area,the Jing-Wei Archaeological Team,ia,CASS,excavated the site in 1995. Six squares were excavated, and one ash-trench, 22 ash-pits and four graves of the Shang period were revealed. The ash-pits are generally oval in plan. The graves are all rectangular earth shafts and measure 4. 92m in length and 3.8m in width for the largest. Among the artifacts, including excavated and collected, there are bronze axes, knives and arrowheads, gold ornaments, pottery li tripods, yan steamers, gui basins, dou stemmed vessels and jars, stone axes and knives, and bone spades and oracle bones. The Shang period remains at the site can be divided into two stages. The first stage, characterized by the li with a decorative border appliqued along the rim, a high collar, a split crotch and pointed hollow legs, is estimated to be of roughly the same date as the first phase of the Yin Ruins at Anyang. This must be the predynastic Zhou culture of the Bin-occupied period. In the second stage, the li was slightly changed, with cord design appliqued on the neck and the crotch becoming arched. Its date roughly corresponds to that of the predynastic Zhou culture remains of the Qi-occupied period. Meanwhile, the foot-pit in the tombs and the shapes of gold ornaments and bronze axes all show distinct stylistic features of the Rong, Di and Gulf aug cultures. The whole batch of material may verify the historical records on the Zhou people once living in the Bin area and provides important clues for further identifying the location of Binyi.
