Frozen storage of emulsion-type sausages may be one approach to avoid or reduce the use of sodium nitrite,which is associated with health *** carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)mince(m_(0))was washed for 1(m_(1))or 3(m_(3))times and the impact of washing on the properties frozen storage(−18℃)during 4 months were determined and results were compared to those of conventional silver carp sausages(mt).Lipid oxidation,as evidenced by changes in thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and FFAs,took place during storage in the order of m_(0)>m_(1)=m_(3)=mt with m_(0)being highly oxidized(P≤0.05).Total volatile base nitrogen formed during storage and the ranking for the quality loss was as follows m_(0)>m_(1)>m_(3)=***(m_(1)=m_(3))led to less hardness(P≤0.05).mt had better redness,while m_(1)and m_(3)led to higher expressible moisture,water release and lightness(P≤0.05).Results indicated the lower sensory and consumer-liking properties of frozen m_(1)and m_(3)***,washing and frozen storage influenced silver carp mince sausages.

Osteoporosis harms human health and has a variety of causes,among which the imbalance of bone metabolism caused by menopause is an important *** have shown that sea cucumbers have a variety of physiological activities such as *** cucumber enzymatic hydrolysates(SCEH)were prepared and characterized for peptides and polysaccharides,and then the effects on relieving osteoporosis were explored by feeding ovariectomized Sprague-Dawley rats for 90 *** density and microstructure were measured using micro-CT and pathological *** markers for bone metabolism,and inflammation were measured using ELISA *** transcription and expression of the OPG/RANKL system in bone were measured using qRT-PCR and western *** showed that SCEH could improve the bone density,strength,microstructure and mass,and inhibit the generation of *** abnormally elevated markers for bone resorption,formation and inflammation were reduced with the intake of *** mRNA and protein expressions of RANKL were also decreased by feeding SCEH,thereby up-regulating the ratio of OPG to *** results suggested that SCEH could inhibit the bone resorption by inhibiting the NF-κB pathway related to osteoclast generation via the down-regulation of both the RANKL level and inflammatory response,and also improve the balance of bone metabolism,thus obtaining the effects of increasing bone density and relieving *** with a medium-dose(1000 mg/kg body weight)had the best remission effect and could be used as a potential starting material to develop healthy foods that can assist in treating osteoporosis.

Enzyme-assisted aqueous extraction processing(EAEP)is an environmentally friendly technology that simultaneously extracts both oil and *** has shown to be commercial feasibility for high oil recovery(97%)and favorable protein functionality *** present study used soy skim,the liquid co-products obtained using EAEP to produce a polypeptiderich spray-dried *** effects of inlet drying air temperature(140℃,160℃,180℃and 200℃),feed flow rate(3,6,9,and 12 m L/min),and solids concentration(25%,30%,35%,and40%)on the properties of the polypeptide-rich powders were *** activity(aw),color characteristics,bulk density,Carl Index(CI),Water Solubility Index(WSI),micro-morphology,peptide distribution,and antioxidant capacity were significantly affected by different spray-drying *** results of antioxidant capacity test showed that the spray drying conditions significantly affected the antioxidant capacity of the polypeptide-rich *** polypeptide molecular weight size and distribution,the composition of the peptide chain,and the crosslinking with other substances could all affect its antioxidant ***,good quality polypeptide-rich powders in terms of physicochemical characteristics,micro-morphology,and functional properties can be produced by spray-drying at an inlet temperature of 160℃,a feed flow rate of 6 m L/min,and solids concentration of 35%.

Integrins are a highly complex family of receptors that, when expressed on the surface of cells, can mediate reciprocal cell-to-cell and cell-to-extracellular matrix(ECm) interactions leading to assembly of integrin adhesion complexes(IACs) that initiate many signaling functions both at the membrane and deeper within the cytoplasm to coordinate processes including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, survival, differentiation, and metabolism. All metazoan organisms possess integrins, and it is generally agreed that integrins were associated with the evolution of multicellularity, being essential for the association of cells with their neighbors and surroundings, during embryonic development and many aspects of cellular and molecular biology. Integrins have important roles in many aspects of embryonic development, normal physiology, and disease processes with a multitude of functions discovered and elucidated for integrins that directly influence many areas of biology and medicine, including mammalian pregnancy, in particular implantation of the blastocyst to the uterine wall, subsequent placentation and conceptus(embryo/fetus and associated placental membranes) development. This review provides a succinct overview of integrin structure, ligand binding, and signaling followed with a concise overview of embryonic development, implantation, and early placentation in pigs, sheep, humans, and mice as an example for rodents. A brief timeline of the initial localization of integrin subunits to the uterine luminal epithelium(LE) and conceptus trophoblast is then presented, followed by sequential summaries of integrin expression and function during gestation in pigs, sheep, humans, and rodents. As appropriate for this journal, summaries of integrin expression and function during gestation in pigs and sheep are in depth, whereas summaries for humans and rodents are brief. magnesium-ion batteries(mIBs)have promising applications because of their high theoretical capacity and the natural abundance of magnesium ***,the kinetic performance and cyclic stability of cathode materials are limited by the strong interactions between mg ions and the crystal ***,we demonstrate the unique mg^(2+)-ion storage mechanism of a hierarchical accordion-like vanadium oxide/carbon heterointerface(V2O3@C),where the V2O3 crystalline structure is reconstructed into a mgV_(3)O_(7)·H_(2)O phase through an anodic hydration reaction upon first cycle,for the improved kinetic and cyclic *** verified by in situ/ex situ spectroscopic and electrochemical analyses,the fast charge transfer kinetics of the V2O3@C cathode were due to the crystal-reconstruction and chemically coupled *** V2O3@C demonstrated an ultrahigh rate capacity of 130.4 mAh g^(-1)at 50000 mA g^(-1)and 1000 cycles,achieving a Coulombic efficiency of 99.6%.The high capacity of 381.0 mA h g^(-1)can be attributed to the reversible mg^(2+)-ion intercalation mechanism observed in the mgV_(3)O_(7)·H_(2)O phase using a 0.3 m mg(TFSI)2/ACN(H_(2)O)***,within the voltage range of 2.25 V versus mg/mg^(2+),the V2O3@C exhibited a capacity of 245.1 mAh g^(-1)when evaluated with magnesium metal in a 0.3 m mg(TFSI)^(2+)0.25 m mgCl_(2)/DmE *** research findings have important implications for understanding the relationship between the mg-ion storage mechanism and reconstructed crystal phase of vanadium oxides as well as the heterointerface reconstruction for the rational design of mIB cathode materials.

以泥鳅抗氧化多肽为研究对象,模拟加工和储存条件,探讨了温度、pH、光照、干燥方式、金属离子和食品配料对泥鳅多肽清除DPPH和ABTS自由基能力的影响.结果表明:在25～100℃范围内泥鳅多肽抗氧化活性变化不显著(P>0.05);日光照射下存放8周后,其清除DPPH和ABTS自由基的能力分别降低36.8%和25.9%(Pmg2+,Ca2+和K+则对其影响不显著;糖类对其抗氧化活性的影响大小顺序依次为:葡萄糖>蔗糖>海藻糖;冷冻和喷雾干燥方式对泥鳅肽抗氧化性的影响不存在显著差异.

The paper presents a stochastic and economic analysis for petroleum development under uncertain market and technical environments. mean-reversion with jumps for price forecasting is used to consider market uncertainty, while various scenarios for the reservoir properties and cost are employed to consider technical uncertainty. monte Carlo simulation is carried out to obtain the feasible range of net present values and internal rates of return. The influence of stochastic parameters is examined through correlation coefficients. The stochastic approach yields more reliable evaluation and effectively investigates the characteristics of development. The integration of uncertainties and contractual terms results in an irregular tendency in the future cash flow and reveals that a larger reserve does not guarantee a greater profit. The reserve and the well rate affect the economic values whereas the parameters for price prediction don＇t. The research confirms the necessity of qualifying uncertainties for realistic decision-making at the initial stage of development.
