Genetic and pathogenic characterization of new infectious bronchitis virus strains in the GVI-1 and GI-19 lineages isolated in central China

Avian infectious bronchitis(IB)is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),which is prevalent in many countries worldwide and causes serious harm to the poultry *** present,many commercial IBV vaccines have been used for the prevention and control of IB;however,IB outbreaks occur *** this study,two new strains of IBV,SX/2106 and SX/2204,were isolated from two flocks which were immunized with IBV H120 vaccine in central *** and recombination analysis indicated that SX/2106,which was clustered into the GI-19 lineage,may be derived from recombination events of the GI-19 and GI-7 strains and the LDT3-A *** analysis showed that SX/2204 belongs to the GVI-1 lineage,which may have originated from the recombination of the GI-13 and GVI-1 strains and the H120 *** virus cross-neutralization test showed that the antigenicity of SX/2106 and SX/2204 was different from *** experiments found that both SX/2106 and SX/2204 could replicate effectively in the lungs and kidneys of chickens and cause disease and death,and H120 immunization could not provide effective protection against the two IBV *** is noteworthy that the pathogenicity of SX/2204 has significantly increased compared to the GVI-1 strains isolated previously,with a mortality rate up to 60%.Considering the continuous mutation and recombination of the IBV genome to produce new variant strains,it is important to continuously monitor epidemic strains and develop new vaccines for the prevention and control of IBV epidemics.

目的观察分娩镇痛产妇进食不同食物后使用超声评估胃排空的情况。方法选择2020年10月至2021年6月足月、单胎、头位自愿接受硬膜外分娩镇痛初产妇80例,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)Ⅱ级,进入产程前禁食6~8 h,禁饮2~4 h。随机数字表法将产妇分为2组,每组40例,碳水化合物饮料(CHO)组和对照组。胃窦部超声由一位经过培训的麻醉医师执行,分娩镇痛后即刻(T0)超声测量产妇基础标准矢状切面胃窦横截面积(CSA)。随后CHO组在20 min内饮用碳水化合物饮料400 ml,分别在饮用CHO后30 min(T1)、60 min(T2)、90 min(T3)、120 min(T4)、150 min(T5)、180 min(T6)测量CSA,直到CSA测量值≤T0定义为排空,再根据需求饮用碳水化合物饮料直到分娩结束。对照组20 min内食用营养科统一配制容积为400 ml的面条汤,分别在30 min(T1)、60 min(T2)、90 min(T3)、120 min(T4)、150 min(T5)、180 min(T6)、240 min(T7)、300 min(T8)和360 min(T9)测量CSA,任何时间点测量CSA≤T0,同时看不到胃内有固体颗粒定义为排空,胃容量根据CSA计算得出。记录2组产程时长、分娩方式、缩宫素使用率、恶心呕吐的发生率、新生儿1 min、5 min Apgar评分。结果8名产妇中转剖宫产和2名产妇超声图像成像质量差被剔除。CHO组50%胃排空率为120 min,对照组50%胃排空率为360 min,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论与食用面条汤相比,碳水化合物饮料不增加分娩镇痛产妇胃容量,具有胃排空快,胃内残留低,不影响产程时长和母婴分娩结局等优势,安全可行。

Vegetation Changes in Alberta Oil Sands,Canada,Based on Remotely Sensed Data from 1995 to 2020

There are rich oil and gas resources in Alberta oil sand mining area in *** the 1960s,the Canadian government decided to increase the mining ***,the exploitation will bring many adverse *** recent years,more people pay attention to the environmental protection and ecological restoration of mining area,such as issues related with changes of vegetated ***,the authors used the Landsat-5 TM and Landsat-8 OLI remote sensing images as the basic data sources,and obtained the land cover classification maps from 1995 to 2020 by *** on the NDVI,NDMI and RVI,three images in each period are processed and output to explore the long-term impact of *** results show that from 1995 to 2020,the proportion of vegetation around mining areas decreased sharply,the scale of construction land in the mining area increased,and the vegetated land was changed to land types such as tailings pond,oil sand mine and other land *** addition,three vegetation indexes decreased from 1995 to *** the exploitation of oil sand mining area brings great economic benefits,the environmental protection(especially vegetation)in oil sand mining areas should be paid more attention.

目的探讨肺超声技术在妊娠期高血压疾病产妇容量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年12月在北京市海淀区妇幼保健院住院行剖宫产术的妊娠期高血压疾病的产妇291例,按随机数字表法随机分为试验组(肺超声组)144例和对照组147例,肺超声组,在开腹前(T_(0))、胎儿娩出后5min(T_(1))、手术结束(T_(2))实施肺超声扫查如显示肺损伤程度评分为2分时,给予利尿处理;对照组,当中心静脉压(CVP)>12 cm H_(2)O,或少尿时给与利尿处理。观察并记录2组产妇的年龄、身高、体质量、孕周、疾病类型;术中记录2组产妇T_(0)、T_(1)、T_(2)时,平均动脉压(MAP)、心率;记录手术时长、术中液体入量、输血量、术中出血量、尿量、血管活性药物的剂量、利尿剂的剂量;肺超声组记录术毕(T_(2))两肺的肺损伤程度评分、CVP值、氧合指数(oxygenation Index,OI)。记录2组产妇术后24 h肺部并发症的发生情况、住院时间。结果2组产妇组间年龄、身高、体质量、孕周、疾病类型等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组产妇T_(0)、T_(1)、T_(2)的MAP、心率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组产妇MAP、HR组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);2组产妇术中血管活性药物的使用剂量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组产妇呋塞米的使用剂量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组肺损伤程度评分与氧合指数(OI)呈显著负相关(r=-0.249,P=0.005);肺损伤程度评分与CVP值之间呈显著正相关(r=0.425,P<0.01)。结论肺部超声技术可以直观、动态地评估妊娠期高血压疾病产妇的容量情况,在容量管理方面有一定的优势,值得临床推广应用。

为提升羊毛织物的防污性能,首先采用酸性蛋白酶对织物进行预处理来增加粗糙度,然后以甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧烷基)硅烷(M3T)与甲基丙烯酸十八烷酯(SMA)为功能单体,合成无氟防污整理剂MS,并将其应用于羊毛织物的防污整理。整理后织物的水接触角由118.6°提高为150.5°,花生油润湿时间由4 s提高至3 min,具有良好的防水性能与防油污性能,且整理后织物经20次洗涤后接触角仍有141.7°,经过3000次摩擦后接触角为139.7°,具有良好的耐洗性与耐摩擦性。

Tunable VO_(2) cavity enables multispectral manipulation from visible to microwave frequencies

Optical materials capable of dynamically manipulating electromagnetic waves are an emerging field in memories,optical modulators,and thermal ***,their multispectral design preliminarily attracts much attention,aiming to enhance their efficiency and integration of ***,the multispectral manipulation based on these materials is challenging due to their ubiquitous wavelength dependence restricting their capacity to narrow *** this article,we cascade multiple tunable optical cavities with selective-transparent layers,enabling a universal approach to overcoming wavelength dependence and establishing a multispectral platform with highly integrated *** on it,we demonstrate the multispectral(ranging from 400 nm to 3 cm),fast response speed(0.9 s),and reversible manipulation based on a typical phase change material,vanadium *** platform involves tandem VO_(2)-based Fabry–Pérot(F-P)cavities enabling the customization of optical responses at target bands *** can achieve broadband color-changing capacity in the visible region(a shift of~60 nm in resonant wavelength)and is capable of freely switching between three typical optical models(transmittance,reflectance,and absorptance)in the infrared to microwave regions with drastic amplitude tunability exceeding *** work represents a state-of-art advance in multispectral optics and material science,providing a critical approach for expanding the multispectral manipulation ability of optical systems.

The cAMP-dependent protein kinase A(PKA)signaling pathway has long been considered critical for long-term memory(LTM)*** studies have mostly focused on the role of PKA signaling in LTM induction by multiple spaced conditioning with less attention to LTM induction by a single ***,we conducted behavioral-pharmacology,enzyme immunoassay and RNA interference experiments to study the role of the PKA signaling pathway in LTM formation in the agricultural pest Bactrocera dorsalis,which has a strong memory capacity allowing it to form a two-day memory even from a single conditioning *** found that either blocking or activating PKA prior to conditioning pretreatment affected multiple spaced LTM,and conversely,they did not affect LTM formed by single *** was further confirmed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and silencing of the protein kinase regulatory subunit 2 and catalytic subunit *** together,these results suggest that activating PKA during memory acquisition helps to induce the LTM formed by multiple spaced conditioning but not by a single *** findings challenge the conserved role of PKA signaling in LTM,which provides a basis for the greater diversity of molecular mechanisms underlying LTM formation across species,as well as possible functional and evolutionary implications.

Extraction of altered minerals from Aster remote sensing data in Gongchangling iron deposit of Liaoning, China

The precision of Aster data is higher than that of Landsat series of multispectral remote sensing data,which can more accurately reveal the distribution of altered *** plays an important role in prospecting,but it is rarely used in areas with complex terrain and high vegetation *** on this purpose,this study used Aster remote sensing data,and took Gongchangling iron deposit as a case *** combined the mineral spectrum theory and the basic geologic data of the study area,using the model of principal component analysis(PCA)and color synthesis to extract abnormal altered *** results show that the distribution of identified anomalies is basically consistent with the existing geological data in this study area,which provides a reliable reference for the mineral resources ex-ploration and delineation of mining areas.

Microscopic experiment on efficient construction of underground gas storages converted from water-invaded gas reservoirs

Based on the microfluidic technology,a microscopic visualization model was used to simulate the gas injection process in the initial construction stage and the bottom water invasion/gas injection process in the cyclical injection-production stage of the underground gas storage(UGS)rebuilt from water-invaded gas *** analysis of the gas-liquid contact stabilization mechanism,flow and occurrence,the optimal control method for lifecycle efficient operation of UGS was *** results show that in the initial construction stage of UGS,the action of gravity should be fully utilized by regulating the gas injection rate,so as to ensure the macroscopically stable migration of the gas-liquid contact,and greatly improve the gas sweeping capacity,providing a large pore space for gas storage in the subsequent cyclical injection-production *** the cyclical injection-production stage of UGS,a constant gas storage and production rate leads to a low pore space *** increasing the gas storage and production rate,that is,transitioning from small volume to large volume,can continuously break the hydraulic equilibrium of the remaining fluid in the porous media,which then expands the pore space and flow *** is conducive to the expansion of UGS capacity and efficiency for purpose of peak shaving and supply guarantee.
